Abstract

一种缩小昼夜温差的装置,解决环境温度不均衡问题,阳光强时存储热量,温度低时释放热量,达到调节温度的目的。采用该装置包括:真空的玻璃壳体内、一组散热管、吸热内胆、隔热垫块、温控弹片和导热弹片构成,所述的一组散热管均布相互平行设置在真空的玻璃壳体上,构成真空的玻璃壳体,由一组散热管内孔组成的网孔结构,所述的吸热内胆上设置于一组散热管对应的导热孔,导热孔内壁上设置有弧形导热弹片,吸热内胆经导热孔在真空的玻璃壳体内套装在散热管上,吸热内胆一侧面经隔热块与温控弹片真空在玻璃壳体内构成弹性可移动连接,有益效果是,结构简单,使用方便,无需能源,特别适应人类、动物或植物生存的局部环境温度的改善使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及生态文明建设领域,尤其涉及改善环境温度为目的的一种自动调节装置。
背景技术
对于环境温度的改善,以适应人类生活,改善人类对环境温度的要求,是人类提高生活质量的必须,特别是约占全球1/3的沙漠化或荒漠化地区,生存环境恶劣,其中一个主要原因就是昼夜温差大,白天日照时温度极高,夜晚日落时温度急剧下降,造成人、动物和植物难以适应,如何利用自然条件,改变上述问题,适应人类生活和使动物及植物的多样化生存,是该地区人们梦寐以求的夙愿。
发明内容
本发明为改善环境温度,提高人们生活水平及适应动物及植物的多样化生存的要求,本发明公开一种缩小昼夜温差的装置,该装置利用白天日照时温度高时存储热量,夜晚日落温度低时释放热量,达到温度调节,改善局部环境温度的目的。
本发明实现发明目的采用的技术方案是,一种缩小昼夜温差的装置,该装置包括:真空的玻璃壳体、一组散热管、吸热内胆、隔热垫块、温控弹片和导热弹片,所述的一组散热管均布相互平行设置在真空的玻璃壳体上,构成真空的玻璃壳体由一组散热管内孔组成的网孔结构,所述的吸热内胆上设置于一组散热管对应的导热孔,导热孔内壁上设置有弧形导热弹片,吸热内胆经导热孔在真空的玻璃壳体内套装在一组散热管上,吸热内胆一侧面上装有一定导热率的隔热块经温控弹片与真空的玻璃壳体内构成弹性可移动连接,其余面上经隔热垫块与真空的玻璃壳体对应面接触。
本发明的有益效果是,结构简单,使用方便,无需能源,自动运行,无需人工维护,特别适应与人类、动物或植物生存的局部环境的改善使用。

具体实施方式
参看附图,一种缩小昼夜温差的装置,该装置包括:真空的玻璃壳体1、一组散热管2、吸热内胆3、隔热垫块4、温控弹片5和导热弹片3-2,所述的的一组散热管2均布平行设置在真空的玻璃壳体1上,构成真空的玻璃壳体1由一组散热管2内孔组成的网孔结构,所述的吸热内胆3上设置于一组散热管2对应的导热孔3-1,导热孔3-1内壁上设置有弧形导热弹片3-2,吸热内胆3经导热孔3-1在真空的玻璃壳体1内套装在一组散热管2上,吸热内胆3的一侧面上装有一定导热率的隔热块经温控弹片5与真空的玻璃壳体1内构成弹性可移动连接,其余面上经隔热垫块4与真空的玻璃壳体1对应面接触。
使用时,白天日照时,吸热内胆3通过真空的玻璃壳体1吸热存储热量,此时吸热内胆3及导热弹片3-2均不与真空的玻璃壳体1和一组散热管2接触,吸热内胆3接受辐射获取热量实现存储热量。
夜晚真空的玻璃壳体1外温度下降,温控弹片5由于温度降低,弹性发生变化,吸热内胆3向一侧移动,此时导热弹片3-2与一组散热管2接触,一组散热管2将吸热内胆3上的热量传导给一组散热管2和真空的玻璃壳体1上,一组散热管2和真空的玻璃壳体1向外散热。将白天储存的热量在夜晚散发出去。
本发明可以通过加强一组散热管2内的空气流动,加快吸热内胆3上热量的传导。
本发明实施例中,所述的一组散热管2为空心散热管结构。实现散热的发明目的。
本发明实施例中,为使吸热内胆3在真空的玻璃壳体1移动方便,所述的吸热内胆3上下面与隔热垫块4之间设置有滚轮6。
本发明实施例中,吸热内胆3由于对材料要求不高,可利用污染物、有毒有害物(液体和放射性物资除外)压制包裹而成,既解决了环境污染问题又降低了该装置的成本。

1.一种缩小昼夜温差的装置,其特征在于:该装置包括:真空的玻璃壳体(1)、一组散热管(2)、吸热内胆(3)、隔热垫块(4)、温控弹片(5)和导热弹片(3-2),所述的一组散热管(2)均布并且相互平行设置在真空的玻璃壳体(1)上,构成真空的玻璃壳体(1)由一组散热管(2)内孔组成的网孔结构,所述的吸热内胆(3)上设置一组散热管(2)对应的导热孔(3-1),导热孔(3-1)内壁上设置有一定导热率的弧形导热弹片(3-2),吸热内胆(3)经导热孔(3-1)在真空的玻璃壳体(1)内套装在一组散热管(2)上,吸热内胆(3)一侧面上装有一定导热率的隔热块,经温控弹片(5)在真空的玻璃壳体(1)内构成弹性可移动连接,其余面上经隔热垫块(4)与真空的玻璃壳体(1)对应面接触。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种缩小昼夜温差的装置,其特征在于:所述的一组散热管(2)为空心散热管。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种缩小昼夜温差的装置,其特征在于:所述的吸热内胆(3)上下面与隔热垫块(4)之间设置有滚轮(6)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种缩小昼夜温差的装置,其特征在于:所述的吸热内胆(3)为废弃材料构成的吸热内胆。
