Abstract

本发明是通过室内CO2浓度变化控制新风风量的主动式新风系统与高压静电杀菌除尘或高效过滤除尘模块、PHT光氢离子或负氧离子净化模块合理结合,开发研究出新型主动式净化型住宅新风设备。不但可以同时解决目前住宅新风不足和室内空气品质低下的问题,该装置稳定可靠,可以反复清洗,寿命超长。该住宅新风系统使送至室内的无菌、温暖空气如同室外雨过天青后的新鲜无菌、洁净无尘、氧气充足的自然空气。通过本系统主动型送风装置,外加机械排风装置,可使室内空气污染的有毒元素浓度稀释降低,污染的有害尘埃病菌消灭净化。使清新新风不断进入室内,污染的浊气不断排除室外。达到住宅新鲜空气补充和净化目的。

Description

一种主动式净化型住宅新风设备
技术领域
本发明是一种主动式净化型住宅新风设备,可用于为住宅提供新鲜干净的空气,并可释放出光氢离子(PHT)或负氧离子,因此可灭杀室内有机污染物如甲醛、苯、二甲苯等和病菌、病毒如大肠杆菌、感冒病毒等。
背景技术
随着科学技术的飞速发展以及人们生活水平的不断提高,人们逐步认识到住宅室内环境的重要性。人们在经历了“煤烟污染”和“光化学烟雾污染”对人们健康的危害之后,正在经历着以“室内空气污染”为代表的第三次污染时代的到来。据统计,人在一天中有80%的时间在室内度过,而室内空气的污染指标是室外的100倍。人员在室内长时间的滞留,呼吸产生CO2、H2O、吸烟产生的有害气体、非健康群体携带的病毒源、室内装潢散发的有机物质、室内腐烂物质散发的味道等,都构成了室内污染,对人们的健康构成了较大的隐患。室内存在的空气隐患导致了癌症、呼吸道疾病、哮喘、流行感冒、猩红热、流产、畸形新生儿等病症发病率的升高。与人们息息相关的住宅室内空气品质(IAQ)状况令人担忧,改善室内空气品质(IAQ)已“迫在眉睫”。新鲜清洁的空气不仅是人们身体健康和生活品质的基础,也是良好室内空气品质(IAQ)的保证。改善室内空气品质(IAQ)的措施很多,最直接最有效的方法是向室内送新风,进行通风换气,因此,人们提出了住宅新风系统的要求。在国内外,住宅新风经过了多年的发展与改进,从最初自然通风,到被动式新风系统(自然进风+机械排风),再到当前的主动式新风系统和带热回收的新风系统(机械进风+机械排风或机械进风+自然排风)。
发明内容
本发明是通过室内CO2浓度变化控制新风风量的主动式新风系统与高压静电杀菌除尘装置或过滤除尘装置、PHT光氢离子或负氧离子装置合理结合,开发研究出新型的主动式净化型住宅新风设备。不但可以同时解决目前住宅新风不足和室内空气品质低下的问题,并且杀菌除尘装置稳定可靠,可以反复清洗,而净化装置稳定高效,寿命超长。该住宅新风系统使送至室内的无菌、温暖空气如同室外雨过天晴后的新鲜无菌、洁净无尘、氧气充足的自然空气。通过本系统主动型送风装置,外加机械排风装置,可使室内空气污染的有毒元素浓度稀释降低,污染的有害尘埃病菌消灭净化。使清新新风不断进入室内,污染的浊气不断排除室外。达到住宅新鲜空气补充和净化目的。
为实现本发明的目的,拟采用以下技术方案:
一种主动式新型住宅新风净化系统,包括壳体、进风口、送风口、回风口、高压静电杀菌除尘模块或高效过滤除尘模块、PHT光氢离子或负氧离子净化模块、小型静音风机、CO2浓度监测模块,其特征在于:高压静电杀菌除尘装置、PHT光氢离子净化装置、小型静音风机、CO2浓度监测模块置于壳体内部,进风口、出风口分别位于壳体前后两端、回风口位于壳体下侧。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
如图1,本发明实施例一种主动型住宅新风净化系统依次由部件1-4以及风管部件等一系列模块组成。风管模块一端穿过外墙,设计有户外防雨风口;小型静音风机3把室外新风引入室内,接着与室内回风以一定比例混合;混合后的空气经过高压静电杀菌除尘模块或高效过滤模块1,其对室外新风及室内回风进行高效的除尘;2为PHT光氢离子模块或负氧离子模块,散发高效PHT光氢离子或者负氧离子,和混合后的空气一起送入室内,对室内空气污染物(如甲醛、苯、二甲苯等和病菌、病毒如大肠杆菌、感冒病毒等)进行有效杀灭;4为CO2浓度监测模块,通过对室内空气二氧化碳浓度变化来控制小型风机运行与否,实现风量调节,同时控制部件1和部件2的开停等功能,以实行有效的节能和延长新风净化系统使用寿命。
本发明的另一种实施方案为如下:
室外新风口关闭,小型静音风机3启动,并带动室内空气循环,使PHT光氢离子模块或负氧离子模块,散发高效PHT光氢离子或者负氧离子,和循环空气一起送入室内,对室内空气污染物(如甲醛、苯、二甲苯等和病菌、病毒如大肠杆菌、感冒病毒等)进行有效杀灭。此时,该装置等效于空气净化器。

Claims (4)

1.一种主动式净化型住宅新风设备,主要由高压静电杀菌除尘模块或高效过滤除尘模块1、PHT光氢离子或负氧离子净化模块2、小型静音风机3和CO2浓度监测模块4组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的主动式净化型住宅新风设备,其特征在于:该装置由CO2浓度监测模块对室内二氧化碳浓度变化(即室内人数的变化)进行监测,以此来调节小型风机的开停,实现变室内新风量的调节。
3.根据权利要求1所述的主动式净化型住宅新风设备,其特征在于:小型静音风机3把室外新风引入室内后,与室内回风以一定比例混合,混合后的空气经过高压静电杀菌除尘模块或高效过滤除尘模块1除尘,与PHT光氢离子或负氧离子净化模块放出的净化离子混合,对室内空气进行有效的灭菌,去除室内异味及有机污染分解。
4.根据权利要求1所述的主动式净化型住宅新风设备,其特征在于:当室外新风进风口关闭时,该设备可做室内空气净化器使用。
