背景技术
[0002] 随着生产和活动方式的现代化,人们更多的工作和文娱体育活动都可在室内进行。因此,室内空气质量的好坏与人体健康的关系就显得更加密切,也对人体健康更加重要。据权威机构的文献得知,室内环境空气污染的水平一般比室外环境污染要高得多,通常为2-5倍,极端情况下,可超过100倍。而人们90%的时间是在室内活动的,尤其是婴儿和小孩比成年人呼吸更多空气,故接触和吸入更多的室内污染物。
[0003] 空气净化机是一种能够吸附、分解或转化各种空气污染物(一般包括粉尘、花粉、异味、甲醛之类的装修污染、细菌、过敏原等)的装置,可有效提高空气清洁度。目前,传统的空气净化机是风机抽风,利用滤网过滤粉尘来达到净化空气的目的。如一篇申请号为201010162609.0、名称为一种空气净化机的中国专利,其包括:吸入室内空气的吸入口 ;净化从吸入口吸入的空气的净化装置;向净化装置通风的送风装置;在主体的顶面所设置的用于向室内吹出净化后的空气的吹出口;在吹出口设置的仰角方向的角度可调节的吹出百叶窗;检测空气中的灰尘的粒径的灰尘传感器;以及根据灰尘传感器输出的灰尘的粒径的大小,调节吹出百叶窗的仰角方向的角度的控制部。此专利在一定程度上更有效的吸收粉尘,但仅限于除尘,不具备杀灭细菌、降解空气中有毒有害气体的能力,难以真正实现空气的净化功能。

[0009] 作为一种优选实施方案,所述透明防尘罩为塑料罩,在塑料罩上一体成型有与机壳连接的卡扣/卡槽,在机壳上设有相应的卡槽/卡扣。

[0018] 二、采用发射紫外光的LED光源充当光触媒的照射光源,有效降低整个空气净化机的额定功率,降低能耗。
[0019] 三、通过在发射紫外光的LED光源外套设透明防尘罩,并采用卡扣的方式将透明防尘罩安装在机壳上,实际应用过程中,方便用户对透明防尘罩进行拆卸清洗,保证了 LED光源的光透过率,不影响空气净化机正常使用。
[0020] 四、通过在滤网架上设置第二光触媒网,当空气流经滤网架时,其含毒有机物得到一次净化,而蜂窝状光触媒网起二次净化作用,通过两次净化过程使净化效果更好。

[0028] 如图1所示,一种空气净化机,包括:具有排气通道的机壳,设置机壳内的风机总成,光触媒还原装置和滤网架。其中,所述机壳包括:前壳11、后壳12和底座13 ;所述风机总成包括立设在前壳11内的涡轮风机21,所述光触媒还原装置3、滤网架4由前到后依次安装在后壳12上。所述光触媒还原装置3包括:光触媒网31和发射紫外光的LED光源32。
[0029] 实际工作时,在风机总成2的作用下,空气依次通过滤网架4和光触媒还原装置3而得到净化。在这里,滤网架起到治理物理污染的目的,用来祛除空气中的烟尘、螨虫、花粉、粉尘等致病悬浮微粒;光触媒还原装置3起到杀灭空气中细菌和分解空气中有机污染物的目的,把有机污染物分解成无污染的水、二氧化碳和其它无害物质。这样,在光触媒还原装置和滤网架的多层功能作用下,使得整个空气净化机具有极强的杀菌、除臭、防霉、防污自洁功能。
[0030] 在本实施例中,优选光触媒网31的基材呈多孔蜂窝状,光触媒涂布于基材表面;优选LED光源为两根紫外LED灯条,两根紫外LED灯条通过支架安装在光触媒网31的两侧并凸出光触媒网31的后平面;以便紫外LED灯条发射的光尽可能大的照射到多孔蜂窝状光触媒网内,充分利用光触媒网的还原能力,提高空气净化效率。优选紫外LED灯条外套设有透明的塑料罩,用来防止灰尘落在紫外LED灯条上,影响出光。尤其,在塑料罩上还一体成型有与机壳连接的卡扣,在机壳上设有相应的卡槽;以方便对塑料罩进行拆卸清洗,提高LED光源紫外光的出射率。其他实施方式中,所述光触媒网为多层网格或多孔泡棉结构;所述LED光源由至少一根紫外LED灯条构成,所述卡扣和卡槽的设置方式对调,即将卡扣设置在机壳上,将卡槽设置在塑料罩上,不限于本实施例。
[0031] 具体地,为方便控制空气净化机的启动,所述风机总成还包括:驱动涡轮风机21的电机22和控制电路板23。所述控制电路板23上集成有LED光源控制电路、自启动控制电路、遥控控制电路和防触电电路。所述机壳上设有与外界接触的传感器,红外接收器和防触电开关。所述传感器,红外接收器和防触电开关分别与自启动控制电路,遥控控制电路和防触电电路信号连接。本实施例中,优选传感器为灰尘传感器和甲醛传感器,其他实施方式中,所述传感器为灰尘传感器、甲醛传感器、苯传感器中的一种或几种,不限于本实施例。
[0032] 更进一步地,为提高空气净化机的除尘净化效果,所述滤网架4上由内到外依次设有第二光触媒网 41、HEPA (High efficiency particulate air Filter)过滤网 42 和活性炭过滤装置43。在机壳的排气通道内设有负离子发生器。这样,当空气进过滤网架后,空气中的PM2.5达到国家标准,且第二光触媒网的存在可对流经排气通道的空气进行一次净化,而蜂窝状光触媒网起二次净化,通过两次净化过程净化效果更好。此外,负离子发生器的存在,有效提高空气中负离子含量,保健效果好。

1.一种空气净化机,包括:具有排气通道的机壳,设置机壳内的风机总成,光触媒还原装置和滤网架,其特征在于,所述光触媒还原装置包括:光触媒网和发射紫外光的LED光源。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种空气净化机,其特征在于,所述光触媒网的基材呈多孔结构,光触媒涂布于基材表面;所述LED光源由至少一根紫外LED灯条构成,在紫外LED灯条外设有透明防尘罩。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种空气净化机,其特征在于,所述紫外LED灯条的数量为两根,两根紫外LED灯条通过支架安装在光触媒网的两侧并凸出光触媒网的后平面。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种空气净化机,其特征在于,所述透明防尘罩为塑料罩,在塑料罩上一体成型有与机壳连接的卡扣/卡槽,在机壳上设有相应的卡槽/卡扣。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种空气净化机,其特征在于,所述滤网架上由内到外依次设有第二光触媒网、HEPA过滤网和活性炭过滤装置。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种空气净化机,其特征在于,在机壳的排气通道内设有负离子发生器。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种空气净化机,其特征在于,所述机壳包括:前壳、后壳和底座,所述风机总成包括立设在前壳内的涡轮风机,所述光触媒还原装置、滤网架由前到后依次安装在后壳上。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种空气净化机,其特征在于,所述风机总成还包括:驱动涡轮风机转的电机和控制电路板,所述控制电路板上集成有LED光源控制电路、自启动控制电路、遥控控制电路和防触电电路。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种空气净化机,其特征在于,在机壳上设有与外界接触的传感器,所述传感器为灰尘传感器、甲醛传感器、苯传感器中的一种或几种;所述传感器与自启动控制电路信号连接。
10.根据权利要求8所述的一种空气净化机,其特征在于,在机壳上设有红外接收器和防触电开关,所述红外接收器和防触电开关分别与遥控控制电路和防触电电路信号连接。
