一种美耐灯,包括灯体芯线、灯泡、外皮,在灯体芯线上还垂直打有灯泡孔、灯脚孔,灯脚孔设在相临两个灯泡孔的中间,灯泡设在灯泡孔内,在灯体芯线的外面包有一层外皮;其特征在于所述的两个灯泡之间的灯泡脚折弯打钩,互相钩住,用焊锡固定,并且焊接的部分塞入在灯脚孔内,避免了灯脚接触不良造成的美耐灯报废,结构简单。提高了生产效率,保证了产品质量,利于加工制造,成本低。

本发明涉及一种美耐灯。
背景技术
美耐灯是一种装饰灯带,它的结构是:由软质绝缘塑料、铜绞线挤压成型灯体芯线,然后在灯体芯线上竖直打孔,在孔内设置灯泡,多个灯泡串接,再在灯体芯线外包上一层外皮。现有的美耐灯两个灯泡之间的连接是在灯体芯线上设有一个灯脚孔,把两个灯泡的灯脚放入灯脚孔中,插上金属钉固定,两个灯泡通过金属钉连接起来。这种装置由于使用金属钉固定连接灯泡脚,增加了成本,加重了美耐灯的重量,增加了运输费用。金属钉与灯脚易接触不良,造成美耐灯报废。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决现有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单、制造加工容易、成本低的一种美耐灯的灯体。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种美耐灯,包括灯体芯线、灯泡、外皮,在灯体芯线上还垂直打有灯泡孔、灯脚孔,灯脚孔设在相临两个灯泡孔的中间,灯泡设在灯泡孔内,在灯体芯线的外面包有一层外皮:其特征在于所述的两个灯泡之间的灯泡脚折弯打钩,互相钩住,用焊锡固定,并且将焊接的部分塞入在灯脚孔内。
本发明的有益效果是:将相临两个灯泡的灯脚折弯打钩钩住,再用焊锡的方式把灯脚固定后插入灯脚孔中,避免了灯脚接触不良造成的美耐灯报废,结构简单。提高了生产效率,保证了产品质量,利于加工制造,成本低。

具体实施例
一种美耐灯,包括灯体芯线1 、灯泡2 、外皮3 ,在灯体芯线1上还垂直打有灯泡孔4 、灯脚孔5 ,灯脚孔5 设在相临两个灯泡孔4的中间,灯泡2 设在灯泡孔4 内,再在灯体芯线1 的外面包上一层外皮3。
其中相临两个灯泡2 的连接方式是:通过两个灯泡的灯泡脚折弯打钩,互相钩住后,用焊锡固定,再将焊接的部分塞入灯脚孔5 内,反复以上操作,就将灯泡2 连接起来了。
在灯体芯线1 上还设有槽6 ,槽6 与灯体芯线l 一起由模具挤压成型,灯泡脚外露部份放置在槽6 内。

1.一种美耐灯,包括灯体芯线( 1 )、灯泡(2) 、外皮(3) ,在灯体芯线(1) 上还垂直打有灯泡孔(4) 、灯脚孔(5) ,灯脚孔(5) 设在相临两个灯泡孔(4) 的中间,灯泡(2) 设在灯泡孔(4) 内,在灯体芯线( 1 )的外面包有一层外皮(3) ,其特征在于所述的两个灯泡之间的灯泡脚折弯打钩,互相钩住,用焊锡固定,并且焊接的部分塞入在灯脚孔(5) 内。
