技术领域
本发明涉及一种回转轴承,其中,环的其中一个设置有用于在装配或维护期间插入滚子的通孔。
背景技术
回转轴承有时形成为具有几十厘米直至几十米的直径的大规模轴承,尤其是以锥形滚子轴承的形式。滚子、优选地圆柱形滚子,可利用其中一个环中的通孔被插入到滚道之间,其中通孔直接地达到环的滚道。通常通过手用一个或两个手指将滚子推进通孔并且通孔的直径大于滚子的直径,优选地甚至大于滚子滚动表面上的两个相对的点之间的最大距离,但是至少是1.5cm到2cm,从而可以适合装进工人的至少一个手指。
一旦装配完成,通孔由塞子封闭,并且塞子可利用在横向于通孔的方向上被插入到小钻孔中的销固定。
在例如文件FR7123270公开了这种类型的轴承。
塞子的轴向内表面形成滚道的一部分并且使后者完整。
上述装配方法目前受限于工人手指的长度并且在通孔的深度可观地长于手指的深度、例如比7cm到9cm更深的时候,无法将滚子推过通孔。在锥形滚道的情况下,通孔的深度应指的是环的外表面之间的距离,通孔从该外表面向内延伸到最接近外表面的通孔和滚道之间的交叉点。
发明内容
通过提出一种具有新结构的回转轴承,本发明试图克服以上方便的人工装配方法的限制。
本发明的目的用根据权利要求1所述的回转轴承实现。在从属权利要求中限定优选的实施方式。
本发明开始于一种包括两个环和布置在环之间的滚子的回转轴承开始,其中环的其中一个设有用于在装配或维护时插入滚子的通孔并且设有用于封闭通孔的塞子。
所提出的是,通孔形成为包括具有更小钻孔直径的内部和具有更大钻孔直径的外部的钻孔。
本发明的优势在于,与直径恒定的解决方案相比,较小直径部分的深度可被减小并且对应于通孔的整个深度的较小直径,并且后一个特征可易于装配同时避免在通孔的最里面的部分中直径增加以及与滚道相交叉。为了稳定和坚固起见,在通孔和滚道之间的相交叉的区域应当保持为很小。
优选地,外部和内部的尺寸应当被选择,从而使得轴承装配可用手工完成,即,内部的最小直径应当为1.5cm或更多、优选地2cm或更多,在内部和滚道之间的最外面的交叉点之间所测出的深度应当是9cm或更小、优选地7cm或更小,并且外部的直径应当使得人手的至少一个其它手指、即食指或中指在被弯曲时适合装到通孔的内部中,也就是8cm或更多。
本发明的以上描述以及所附权利要求、附图和以下本发明优选实施方式的描述表示以特定组合的本发明的多个有利特征。技术人员将能够容易地考虑到这些特征的另外的组合或子组合,从而使权利要求所限定的本发明适合他/她的特定需求。

具体实施方式
图1表示根据本发明所述的回转轴承的外环10。除了外环10以外,回转轴承包括内环和滚子12,所述滚子布置在内环和外环10之间从而分别在内环和外环10的锥形滚道上滚动。
通孔14设在外环10中并且具有使滚子12在装配时能够通过通孔14装配到外环10和内环之间的空间中的直径。此外,通孔14可用来将滚子12从轴承中取出,以便维护、更换等。
一旦所有滚子12被插入,通孔14由塞子16封闭。
当滚道被加工时,塞子16被插入到通孔14中,从而使得塞子16的端面在装配构造中形成滚道的一部分。
如图1所示,塞子16包括具有较大直径的头部16a和具有较小直径的、与头部16a同心的内部16a。如图4更具体所示,通孔14具有与塞子16的形状配合的构造并且具有较小直径的内部14a和较大直径的外部14b,其中外部16b形成为内部16a的沉孔并且与内部16a同心地布置。
这种构造的原因如图2所示,示出根据现有技术所述的装配过程,其中,与本发明相反的是,通孔14在其整个深度上具有不变的直径。
当装配工人用他的食指试图将滚子12推过通孔14时,它的无名指或者小姆指可能与通孔14的边缘发生冲突,并且工人可能无法进一步向内推动滚子12。滚子12可被向内推进的深度基本上受到工人食指长度的限制,即大约8cm。
根据本发明所述的通孔14的较大直径部分14a(图3),避免了这种冲突,并且通孔14的外部14a的半径基本上对应于图3所示的构造中手的食指和小姆指之间的距离,即大约7cm到8cm,而图3的实施方式,内部的半径是大约2cm到3cm,这样选择使得相对于滚道的锥形角倾斜的滚子12可被安装穿过通孔14。
完成装配以后,如图4所示,通孔14可用塞子16封闭并且塞子16可用任何合适的装置、例如销或螺钉以及焊接等固定。

Claims (7)

1.一种回转轴承,具有两个环(10)和布置在两个所述环(10)之间的滚子(12),其中,所述环(10)的其中一个设有用于插入滚子(12)以便装配和维护的通孔(14),并且设有用于封闭所述通孔(14)的塞子(16),其特征在于,所述通孔(14)形成为钻孔(16),其包括具有较小钻孔直径的内部(14a)和具有较大钻孔直径的外部(14b)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的回转轴承,其中所述内部的长度在5cm和8cm之间。
3.根据前述权利要求的任一项所述的回转轴承,其中所述外部(14b)的所述钻孔直径至少是8cm。
4.根据前述权利要求的任一项所述的回转轴承,其中所述内部(14a)的所述钻孔直径至少是2cm。
5.根据前述权利要求的任一项所述的回转轴承,其中所述内部(14a)和所述外部(14b)是同心钻孔。
6.根据前述权利要求的任一项所述的回转轴承,其特征在于所述塞子(16)具有要被安装在所述钻孔(14)的内部(14a)中的内部(16a)和要被安装在所述钻孔(14)的所述外部(16b)中的所述头部(16b),其中所述内部(16a)和所述头部(16b)的直径分别对应于所述钻孔(14)的所述内部和外部(14a,14b)的直径。
7.根据前述权利要求的任一项所述的回转轴承,其特征在于所述塞子(16)的所述内部端面构成所述轴承的滚道的一部分。
