本发明提供一种钻井离心砂泵,包括底座、泵壳、泵座和电机,所述底座上设有所述泵座和电机,所述电机通过联轴器与所述泵座中的传送轴相连,所述传送轴与所述泵壳内的叶轮相连,所述泵壳上设有进水口和出水口,所述泵壳下端设有排砂咀,所述泵座上设有黄油咀。本发明的有益效果是:泵壳采用圆壳泵机构,叶轮采用开式大宽度柱面,使砂泵的排量大、压力高,适用于粘度高、密度高、固相含量高的钻井液,砂泵和电机整体安装在同一底座上,减少砂泵的振动,便于整体移动;具有结构简单、性能稳定、造型美观、便于维修和调整等优点。

本发明涉及石油钻井液砂泵领域,尤其是涉及一种钻井离心砂泵。
背景技术
离心式砂泵主要是用来给油田钻机的循环固控系统配套,其作用是给除砂器、除泥器、混料器等提供具有一定排量和压力的钻井液,以保证这些设备高效工作。在现有的技术中,砂泵的排量小、压力低、砂泵多采用副叶轮和填料密封,由于密封失效率高,导致传送轴磨损,存在传送轴的使用寿命短等技术问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供一种结构简单、使用方便的钻井离心砂泵,尤其适用于粘度高、密度高、固相含量高的钻井液。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种钻井离心砂泵,包括底座、泵壳、泵座和电机,所述底座上设有所述泵座和电机,所述电机通过联轴器与所述泵座中的传送轴相连,所述传送轴与所述泵壳内的叶轮相连,所述泵壳上设有进水口和出水口,所述泵壳下端设有排砂咀,所述泵座上设有黄油咀。
进一步的,所述泵壳为圆壳泵机构。
进一步的,所述联轴器为爪型聚酯联轴器。
进一步的,所述叶轮的叶面为开式大宽度柱面。
进一步的,所述传送轴采用平衡压力型机械密封。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:由于采用上述技术方案,泵壳采用圆壳泵机构,叶轮采用开式大宽度柱面,使砂泵的排量大、压力高,适用于粘度高、密度高、固相含量高的钻井液,砂泵和电机整体安装在同一底座上,减少砂泵的振动,便于整体移动;具有结构简单、性能稳定、造型美观、便于维修和调整等优点。

如图1所示,本发明一种钻井离心砂泵,包括底座7、泵壳1、泵座4和电机6,所述底座7上设有所述泵座4和电机6,所述电机6通过联轴器5与所述泵座4中的传送轴相连,所述传送轴与所述泵壳1内的叶轮相连,所述泵壳1上设有进水口和出水口,所述泵壳1下端设有排砂咀8,所述泵座4上设有黄油咀3,所述泵壳1为圆壳泵机构,所述联轴器5为爪型聚酯联轴器,所述叶轮的叶面为开式大宽度柱面,所述传送轴采用平衡压力型机械密封。
本实例的工作过程:工作时,电机6通过联轴器5驱动砂泵的传送轴转动,传送轴带动叶轮转动,钻井液经进水口由叶轮中部吸入,通过叶轮中的流道后,在离心力作用下,获得能量和速度,经过泵壳1连续不断地从出水口输送给工作机,通过油杯2给砂泵加机油,泵壳1采用圆壳泵机构,叶轮采用开式大宽度柱面,使砂泵的排量大、压力高,适用于粘度高、密度高、固相含量高的钻井液,砂泵和电机6整体安装在同一底座7上,减少砂泵的振动,便于整体移动。
