Technical Field
The invention relates to an engine for a power surfboard or motorboat, in particular to a single-cylinder two-stroke water-cooled engine which has compact structure, reduced volume, reduced overall mass and improved rotating speed and output power.
Background
Surfing is popular among people because of its thrilling stimulation and effective physical exercise. The ordinary surfboards can be used only by the thrust of the wind waves, and when the wind waves are absent or small, the surfboards lose the due public use. In order to realize surfing without wind waves or with small wind waves, one of the power surfboards in the prior art adopts an engine as power, and can surf on the sea and also drive on a flat water surface; the power surfboard generally comprises a hull assembly, a power device, an operating handle and a main tail wing, wherein the hull assembly is of a prolate elliptic streamline hollow structure, a large body cover is arranged at the middle position on the upper surface of the hull assembly, the power device is arranged at a hollow part in a hull, the head part of the hull assembly is provided with a flow guide cover, the operating handle is connected to the flow guide cover through a stay cable pipe, the tail part below the hull assembly is provided with the main tail wing, and the two sides of the front end of the main tail wing are provided with a left side wing and a right side wing. The power device adopts gasoline fuel, and the operating handle is provided with the control switch, so that the operation and entertainment are strong during surfing.
The existing pedal motorcycle engine is mostly adopted in the past aquatic power sports equipment, the structure such as the starting, the speed changing and the noise reduction with the speed reducing mechanism and the complexity is adopted, the weight reaches about 20 kilograms, the rotating speed is low, the power is low, the structure is complex, the size is large, the engine cabin of the power sports equipment is enlarged, the weight of the ship body is greatly increased, the domestic existing Kunshan Meiji power surfboard is taken as an example, and the lightest product weight reaches 75 KG. In summary, the engine for the powered surfboard or motorboat in the prior art has the advantages of large mass, low rotating speed, low power, complex structure and large volume, and is not beneficial to the development of the powered surfboard or motorboat towards the direction of light weight and small volume.

The invention aims to provide a single-cylinder two-stroke water-cooled engine which has compact structure, reduced volume, reduced overall mass and improved rotating speed and output power.
The technical scheme adopted for realizing the above purpose of the invention is as follows: a single-cylinder two-stroke water-cooled engine comprises a crankcase, a starting motor, a carburetor and an engine cylinder; wherein: a one-way bearing is fixed at the other end of the crankshaft output end of the crankcase, a reduction gear is mounted on the one-way bearing, and the reduction gear is meshed with a driving gear on an output shaft of the starting motor;
the central line of the carburetor and the central line of the crankcase form an included angle of 30 degrees, and the central line of the engine cylinder is superposed with the central line of the crankcase; the starting motor is positioned at an included angle between the carburetor and the crankcase;
the carburetor is communicated with an air inlet of the crankcase through an air inlet pipeline, and an air inlet reed valve is arranged between the air inlet pipeline and the air inlet of the crankcase;
the engine cylinder is characterized in that bracket mounting holes used for being connected with a fixing frame fixed in an engine compartment are formed in the crankcase and the engine cylinder shell, and a cooling water outlet, a cooling water inlet and an exhaust duct communicated with an inner cavity of the engine cylinder are formed in the engine cylinder shell.
The output end of the crankshaft of the engine is provided with a coupling which is directly connected with a rotating shaft of the water jet propulsion pump without any speed reducing mechanism.
Due to the structure, the structure is compact, the volume is reduced, the overall quality is reduced, and the rotating speed and the output power are improved.

Detailed Description
The invention is further illustrated by the following examples in conjunction with the accompanying drawings:
referring to fig. 1-3, a single cylinder two-stroke water cooled engine is shown comprising a crankcase 704, a starter motor 708, a carburetor 710, and an engine cylinder 709; wherein: a one-way bearing 706 is fixed at the other end of the crankshaft output end of the crankcase 704, a reduction gear 707 is mounted on the one-way bearing 706, and the reduction gear 707 is meshed with a driving gear on the output shaft of the starting motor 708;
the centerline of the carburetor 710 forms a 30 ° angle with the centerline of the crankcase 704, and the centerline of the engine cylinder 709 coincides with the centerline of the crankcase 704; the starter motor 708 is located at the corner between the carburetor 710 and the crankcase 704;
the carburetor 710 is communicated with an air inlet of the crankcase 704 through an air inlet duct 711, and an air inlet reed valve 712 is arranged between the air inlet duct 711 and the air inlet of the crankcase 704;
the crankcase 704 and/or the engine cylinder 709 shell are provided with a bracket mounting hole 713 used for connecting with a fixed frame fixed in an engine compartment, and the engine cylinder 709 shell is provided with a cooling water outlet 714, a cooling water inlet 703 and an exhaust duct 701 which are communicated with the inner cavity of the engine cylinder 709. In the embodiment, due to the structure, the whole height of the engine is extremely low, no speed reducer is arranged during power output, the weight of the engine is reduced, the rotating speed of the engine can be 10000r/min-20000r/min, and the rotating speed and the output power are improved.
In order to facilitate power output, in the above embodiment, it is preferable that: a coupling 705 is mounted at the crankshaft output end of the crankcase 704.
In order to ensure the detection accuracy, in the above embodiment, it is preferable that: a single boss type crankshaft position sensor is mounted on the outer circle of the coupling 705. The single-boss crankshaft position sensor enables detection signals to occupy a small circumferential angle, detection precision is high, and accurate crankshaft position signals and accurate rotating speed signals are provided for an ignition controller.
In order to ensure ignition performance, in the above embodiment, it is preferable that: an igniter is arranged on the engine cylinder 709 and is an inductive igniter with the speed limit of 20000 r/min.
In order to ensure the use effect of the carburetor, in the above embodiment, preferably: the reed of the intake reed valve 712 is a V-shaped valve with a large flow passage sectional area made of a carbon fiber plate. Making the intake reed valve 712 lightweight and high in natural frequency.
In order to facilitate the installation of the silencer at the exhaust duct 701, in the above embodiment, it is preferable that: the exhaust conduit 701 is located on the same side of the crankcase 704 as the crankshaft output end of the crankcase 704.
By adopting the two-stroke water-cooled engine, when a portable power surfboard and an ultra-light motorboat are designed and manufactured, the size of the engine room can be greatly reduced, the size of a hull is correspondingly reduced, the weight of the hull is reduced, and the weight of the engine is extremely low, so that the development of the power surfboard or the motorboat towards the direction of light weight and small volume becomes possible.
