Abstract

本发明公开了一种铟镁内凹微晶复合层,其特征在于:本发明的铟镁内凹微晶复合层是在零件设一表面材料层,表面材料层的金相组织具有含铟超过50%(Wt%)且铟和镁的总含量超过55%(Wt%)的内凹槽状或内凹通孔状微晶,内凹槽状或内凹通孔状微晶数量为表面材料层的组成晶体总数的15%以上,基体材料可为其它成份和其它形状金相组织,零件表面材料层和基体材料成为一体,形成铟镁内凹微晶复合层。

技术领域
本发明涉及铟镁内凹微晶复合层。
背景技术
摩擦磨损是机械和汽车等产品失效的主要原因之一,大约80%的机械零部件失效是由于各种形式的磨损引起的,由于机械零部件失效带来经济损失达到几十亿元。
众所周知,零件的表面材料层的性能会因微观组织结构不同而产生明显的不同,同样成份含铟材料的微观组织结构有球状、八面体状及其它形状而引起综合性能不一样。文献检索和专利检索结果,目前国内还没有铟镁内凹微晶复合层的相关专利文献报导。因此,研究铟镁内凹微晶复合层具有重要的应用价值和实用意义。
发明内容
本发明的任务是提供一种铟镁内凹微晶复合层,本发明的任务是通过如下技术方案来实现的:本发明的铟镁内凹微晶复合层是在零件设一表面材料层,表面材料层的金相组织具有含铟超过50%( Wt%)、且铟和镁的总含量超过55%( Wt%)的内凹槽状或内凹通孔状微晶,内凹槽状或内凹通孔状微晶数量为表面材料层的组成晶体总数的15%以上,基体材料可为其它成份和其它形状金相组织,零件表面材料层和基体材料成为一体,形成铟镁内凹微晶复合层。
所述的铟镁内凹微晶复合层的铟镁内凹微晶单元可以是圆形或椭圆形或其它形状的、内凹槽状或内凹通孔状微晶单元。
所述的铟镁内凹微晶复合层的铟镁内凹微晶单元大小尺寸:小于1μm,大于0.2nm。
本发明者经过多年来的深入研究,发现机械零件表面发生相对运动过程中,尤其在存在微动磨损的机械零件接触表面,铟镁内凹微晶复合层所起的减少微动疲劳、微动腐蚀性能,与能够及时使摩擦副表面形成润滑油膜、形成动压润滑的作用机理、对改善其接触表面的表面摩擦因数和摩擦力作用机理,与大都数国内外学者已见报导相关材料的性能有很大不同。零件表面铟镁内凹微晶复合层的能有效减少微动疲劳、微动腐蚀,提高零件接触表面抗“径向微动+扭转微动”等复合微动磨损的性能,具有保持零件表面的接触状态而明显改善其近似原位接触的复合微动磨损。与现有技术比较,本发明的铟镁内凹微晶复合层的的相关技术有重大改进:① 零件表面铟镁内凹微晶复合层能有效减少微动疲劳、微动腐蚀,其结构和材质两个方面重大改进,零件表面材料的铟镁内凹槽状或内凹通孔状微晶具有能贮存润滑油的晶粒,具有促进形成润滑油吸附膜的作用;② 提高零件接触表面抗“径向微动+扭转微动”等复合微动磨损的性能;③ 具有保持零件表面的接触状态而明显改善其近似原位接触的复合微动磨损;④ 复合的润滑形式:铟镁内凹微晶复合层的晶粒单元充满润滑油,每个铟镁内凹微晶复合层的晶粒单元与零件的表面材料层的其它晶粒浸润速度等浸润性能不同、形成润滑油吸附膜的性能不同,因而在机械零件相对运动时,互相配合作用,并互相激荡,润滑作用增强,促进及时形成润滑油膜,增强润滑作用;在机械零件的相对运动过程中,铟材料具有良好的自润滑性能,铟镁内凹微晶复合层的晶粒具有贮油自润滑性能,与润滑油润滑一起形成复合的润滑形式,提升了润滑性能,具有明显改善机械零件接触表面的摩擦副的摩擦学性能,从而有效减少摩擦副的摩擦磨损;⑤ 吸振减摩:铟镁内凹微晶复合层的晶粒能吸收部分振动,对存在微动磨损的机械零件具有的吸收部分振动、减少因存在润滑不充分的摩擦磨损有重要应用价值,铟镁内凹槽状或内凹通孔状微晶的晶粒对存在微动磨损的机械零件接触表面具有独特的减少摩擦磨损效果功效持久,因此,本发明的铟镁内凹微晶复合层的晶粒具有重要的应用价值和实用意义。
本发明的有益效果是,能长期有效减少机械零件接触表面的摩擦磨损,能有效减少微动疲劳、微动腐蚀,提高零件接触表面抗“径向微动+扭转微动”等复合微动磨损的性能,使用方便,结构简单,适用性强,且应用成本适宜,适合批量生产的特点。

具体实施方式
本发明的铟镁内凹微晶复合层是在零件设一表面材料层,表面材料层的金相组织具有含铟超过50%( Wt%)、且铟和镁的总含量超过55%( Wt%)的内凹槽状或内凹通孔状微晶,内凹槽状或内凹通孔状微晶数量为表面材料层的组成晶体总数的15%以上,基体材料可为其它成份和其它形状金相组织,零件表面材料层和基体材料成为一体,形成铟镁内凹微晶复合层。
所述的铟镁内凹微晶复合层的铟镁内凹微晶单元可以是圆形或椭圆形或其它形状的、内凹槽状或内凹通孔状微晶单元。
所述的铟镁内凹微晶复合层的铟镁内凹微晶单元大小尺寸:小于1μm,大于0.2nm。

实施例1
图1为本发明实施例1的铟镁内凹微晶复合层的结构示意图,图2为本发明实施例1的铟镁内凹微晶复合层的铟镁内凹微晶单元的20万倍扫描电镜图像,图3为本发明实施例1的图2中的铟镁内凹微晶复合层的1个铟镁内凹微晶单元的能谱图。附图中,1为表面材料层,2为基体材料。
本发明的铟镁内凹微晶复合层是用AZ91D镁合金材料通过机械加工方法制成机械零件,在零件的相互接触表面进行磨削、抛光研磨、清洁、除油、除锈、清洗、干燥并立即用氩气保护,覆盖一层平整洁净的厚0.5mm、尺寸大小与零件表面相适的纯铟材料,纯铟材料与零件贴合良好、无皱折。调整好大功率脉冲激光功率和合适照射面积,用大功率脉冲激光照射零件表面0.5秒,停1秒,再用1.9倍功率的脉冲激光照射零件表面0.15秒,形成图1所示的铟镁内凹微晶复合层,图2为本发明实施例1的铟镁内凹微晶复合层的铟镁内凹微晶单元的20万倍扫描电镜图像,图3为本发明实施例1的图2中的铟镁内凹微晶复合层的1个铟镁内凹微晶单元的能谱图。
零件表面铟镁内凹微晶复合层的能有效减少微动疲劳、微动腐蚀,提高零件接触表面抗“径向微动+扭转微动”等复合微动磨损的性能,具有保持零件表面的接触状态而明显改善其近似原位接触的复合微动磨损;其良好的自润滑性能,与润滑油润滑、铟镁内凹槽状或内凹通孔状微晶单元的储油和润滑一起形成复合的润滑形式,提升了润滑性能,极大提升了本零件应用于微动摩擦磨损领域形成良好润滑;材质较软且耐磨的铟材料层能吸收部分振动;铟镁内凹微晶复合层改善其接触表面的表面摩擦因数,实现良好的减少摩擦磨损效果,尤其是减少微动磨损效果且功效持久。

Claims (4)

1.铟镁内凹微晶复合层, 其特征在于: 所述的铟镁内凹微晶复合层是在零件设一表面材料层,表面材料层的金相组织具有含铟超过重量百分比50%且铟和镁的总含量超过重量百分比55%的内凹槽状或内凹通孔状微晶,内凹槽状或内凹通孔状微晶数量为表面材料层的组成晶体总数的15%以上,零件表面材料层和基体材料成为一体,形成铟镁内凹微晶复合层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铟镁内凹微晶复合层,其特征在于:所述的铟镁内凹微晶复合层的铟镁内凹微晶单元是圆形或椭圆形、内凹槽状或内凹通孔状微晶单元。
3.根据权利要求1所述的铟镁内凹微晶复合层,其特征在于:所述的铟镁内凹微晶复合层的铟镁内凹微晶单元大小尺寸:小于1μm,大于0.2nm。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的铟镁内凹微晶复合层,其特征在于:所述的铟镁内凹微晶复合层用AZ91D镁合金材料通过机械加工方法制成机械零件,在零件的相互接触表面进行磨削、抛光研磨、清洁、除油、除锈、清洗、干燥并立即用氩气保护,覆盖一层平整洁净的厚0.5mm、尺寸大小与零件表面相适的纯铟材料,纯铟材料与零件贴合良好,不能有皱折现象,调整好大功率脉冲激光功率和合适照射面积,用大功率脉冲激光照射零件表面0.5秒,停1秒,再用1.9倍功率的脉冲激光照射零件表面0.15秒,形成铟镁内凹微晶复合层。
