本发明涉及一种化工搅拌桶的清洁装置，包括刮盘，刮盘间隙配合装置于搅拌桶中；刮盘的中心带有凸台，凸台中借助轴承转动轴向装置有转杆，所述转杆的上端连接手持钩，其下端借助连接套铰接刮料杆，连接套中装置有扭簧；刮料杆相对转杆的下端倾斜向外设置，刮料杆的末端铰接刮料块，刮料块的侧面中部装置有刮料板。本发明的结构简单、设计合理、巧妙，便于加工和安装；通过刮盘与刮料板相结合，实现对搅拌桶内壁的接触清洁，其清洁效果好、彻底。

本发明涉及化工技术领域，尤其涉及化工搅拌桶的清洁装置。
背景技术
化工搅拌桶一般由上部的圆柱形桶和下部的锥形斗组成，目前化工搅拌桶的清洗方式为水冲洗和搅拌杆结合清洗，其缺点是搅拌桶的内壁与搅拌杆为非接触，单纯水冲洗不彻底，内壁会残留部分原料。
发明内容
本申请人针对现有技术存在的上述缺点，进行研究和设计，提供一种结构简单、方便操作、清洗效果好的化工搅拌桶的清洁装置。
本发明所采用的技术方案如下：
一种化工搅拌桶的清洁装置，包括刮盘，刮盘间隙配合装置于搅拌桶中；刮盘的中心带有凸台，凸台中借助轴承转动轴向装置有转杆，所述转杆的上端连接手持钩，其下端借助连接套铰接刮料杆，连接套中装置有扭簧；刮料杆相对转杆的下端倾斜向外设置，刮料杆的末端铰接刮料块，刮料块的侧面中部装置有刮料板。

下面结合附图，说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1所示，本实施例的化工搅拌桶的清洁装置，包括刮盘1，刮盘1的外径略小于搅拌桶的内径，刮盘1置入时，与搅拌桶间形成间隙配合；刮盘1的中心带有凸台11，凸台11中借助轴承6转动轴向装置有转杆2，转杆2的上端连接手持钩3，手持钩3便于将刮盘1上下推动，转杆2的上部侧面径向连接横杆7，横杆7便于对转杆2进行转动操作；转杆2的下端借助连接套4铰接刮料杆5，连接套4中装置有扭簧41；刮料杆5相对转杆2的下端倾斜向外设置，刮料杆5的末端铰接刮料块8，刮料块8的侧面中部装置有刮料板9。，扭簧41用于保持刮料杆5与转杆2间的扭力，当刮料板9与搅拌桶的锥形斗侧壁接触时，刮料杆5对其形成一定的挤压力，提高刮料板9的刮料摩擦力，从而提高清洁效果。
本发明的结构简单、设计合理、巧妙，便于加工和安装；通过刮盘与刮料板相结合，实现对搅拌桶内壁的接触清洁，其清洁效果好、彻底。

1.一种化工搅拌桶的清洁装置，其特征在于：包括刮盘(1)，刮盘(1)间隙配合装置于搅拌桶中；刮盘(1)的中心带有凸台(11)，凸台(11)中借助轴承(6)转动轴向装置有转杆(2)，所述转杆(2)的上端连接手持钩(3)，其下端借助连接套(4)铰接刮料杆(5)，连接套(4)中装置有扭簧(41)；刮料杆(5)相对转杆(2)的下端倾斜向外设置，刮料杆(5)的末端铰接刮料块(8)，刮料块(8)的侧面中部装置有刮料板(9)。
