本发明属于保健用品技术领域，特别涉及一种美肤保健按摩液。
背景技术
皮肤的衰老，呈现出干燥无光泽、皱纹、色泽晄白或暗黄，甚至出现褐斑、老人斑，这不但是人体内在的健康不良在外表的显现，还给人的外表美和自信心带来严重的伤害，因此，皮肤的健美，对于任何一个人来说，尤其是成年以后的人来说，终身都是大事！
目前，市场上出现的按摩油大都含有动物油或石油化工生产的矿物油脂 ，涂抹于人体身上后，很油腻，即使使用洗涤剂亦不易清除，且对人体皮肤健美并无多大益处，甚至有害；而另一种含全水溶性原料的产品涂抺于人体皮肤上则很容易蒸发干燥，难以保持湿滑。因此，寻求在配方和工艺的组合而创新一种天然、爽滑、保湿性好、易清洗、无污染、健康的美肤保健按摩液，成为本发明申请人的理想追求。
发明内容
本发明人通过对人体皮肤生理学和营养学的研究 ，并通过对各种有利于皮肤健美的物质，尤其是天然生物物质的研究和反复单项及复配试验，终于制得一种美肤保健按摩液，并且具有营养皮肤、促进血液循环、促进营养吸收、促进细胞生长和健康、令皮肤红润亮泽、预防和减少皱纹、安神镇静、愉情抚志的功能和天然无污染、爽滑而不腻、易清洗、气味香甜的特点，更创新性的是，本发明产品不但可作为按摩液外用，还可内服，亦能起到健体美肤的作用，安全可靠。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的。
一种美肤保健按摩液，其特征在于，每1000g按摩液由以下重量份的原料制成：
黄秋葵嫩果 200g
玫瑰花蒸馏液 40－60g
柚子皮水煎液 40－60g
鲜木瓜籽 120－240g
芦荟汁 60－80g
食用甘油 10－30g
沙棘油 20－40g
橄榄油 40－60g
火麻仁油 10－20g
普鲁兰糖 2－10g
透明质酸 0.5－4.5g
水 余量；
其制备方法，以采用上述重量份的原料为基础，包括以下制备步骤：
（1）将黄秋葵嫩果加1倍重量份水用旋刀搅拌机打烂 ，再用胶体磨磨成浆，经100目网滤去渣，得黄秋葵嫩果黏液；
（2）将鲜木瓜籽加入1倍重量份的60℃热水，搅拌至籽粒表面的胶体完全溶脱后，滤去籽粒，得鲜木瓜籽胶液；
（3）将步骤（1）和步骤（2）所得放入剪切乳化缸内，再加入玫瑰花蒸馏液、柚子皮水煎液、芦荟汁、食用甘油、沙棘油、橄榄油、火麻仁油、普鲁兰糖，启动剪切乳化器，10min后再加入透明质酸，并补充水定量至1000g，继续剪切乳化10min，经高压均质机38MPa压力均质处理，然后灌装、封口、辐照灭菌，制得一种美肤保健按摩液。
本发明中各原料的作用和有益效果如下：
黄秋葵嫩果：含丰富果胶 、可溶性膳食纤维及维生素A、C、E等营养素 ，还含LM（一种类似于天然荷尔蒙的物质）和植物黄酮，有良好润滑、护肤作用。
玫瑰花蒸馏液：用玫瑰花加水煮沸后收集的蒸馏液 ，含玫瑰花精油和芳香水，有活血去瘀、芳香解郁、润肤作用。
柚子皮水煎液：含柚皮精油、果胶、柚皮甙、芦丁等成份 ，有抗氧化、降低血液黏稠度、活血润燥、行气导滞、芳香安神作用。
鲜木瓜籽：含丰富木瓜酶和葡萄糖、半乳糖、阿拉伯糖、木糖及已糖醛酸 ，有非常特殊的润滑性，具有去陈生新的嫩肤独特作用。
芦荟汁：含丰富的多糖、氨基酸、维生素 、活性酶等，其凝胶对皮肤渗透性很强，可以直达皮肤深层，能令肌肤光滑白晢，还有保湿、滑润、消斑、再生、消炎作用。
食用甘油：有保湿、润肤作用。
沙棘油：有活血、软化血管、抑菌、促进细胞代谢、润肤、养颜抗衰老作用。
橄榄油：是与人体皮肤最有亲和力的天然植物油，本发明人曾做过试验 ：分别用橄榄油和椰子油（或棕榈油）等量涂抹于人的左臂和右臂，12小时后，涂抹橄榄油的手臂上基本被皮肤吸收，手摸已无油腻感，而涂抹椰子油（或棕榈油）的手臂上还是油腻腻的，几乎无吸收。橄榄油含角鲨烯、油酸、亚油酸、亚麻酸、维生素A、B、D、E、K等，有柔肤润肤、除皱纹、增加皮肤弹性、活血、降血脂、减少血栓形成作用。
火麻仁油：含单不饱和和多不饱和脂肪酸、植物醇 ，有营养肌肤、抗氧化抗衰老、润肤作用，本发明实验中发现其与橄榄油及沙棘油复配后，乳化性能大大提高。
普鲁兰糖：有清爽滑润、乳化 、保湿作用，且具有耐热、耐酸碱、耐酶特性，对本发明配料起重要乳化稳定作用。
透明质酸：是人类皮肤的真皮层中的重要物质 ，可改善皮肤营养代谢，促进营养吸收、使皮肤柔嫩、光滑、去皱、增加弹性、防止衰老，还有良好的乳化、润滑作用。
本发明的原料配合，结合剪切乳化、高压均质处理，在不添加单甘酯 、蔗糖酯等乳化剂的情况下，很有效地解决了油水相乳化不良、分离的难题，使产品既有大量的水溶性多糖等健康功能物质，又有适量的油性营养功能物质，避免了单纯含油性带来的过于油腻，或单纯含水溶性物质的水分易蒸发而干燥的缺点，还有，在试验中发现，鲜木瓜籽提取的胶黏液与芦荟汁和黄秋葵嫩果黏液复配后，比其中任一种单一胶黏液的保湿性都增强了，在配方中的其它油性物质的配合下又得到了更优良的保湿性，因此，涂抹于皮肤上，爽滑自然的感觉非常良好，既没有油腻感，又不易蒸发干燥，用其进行按摩，使人轻松愉悦、安然欲睡。为最大限度地保护产品中木瓜酶等活性物质、配合实现本发明的理想目的，灭菌工艺采用辐照灭菌，避免传统工艺的加热灭菌对活性物质的破坏，而又实现产品保质的目的。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例。
优选地，一种美肤保健按摩液的制备方法，包括以下制备步骤：
（1）将黄秋葵嫩果200g加200g水用旋刀搅拌机打烂，再用胶体磨磨成浆，经100目网滤去渣，得黄秋葵嫩果黏液；
（2）将鲜木瓜籽180g加入180g 60℃热水，搅拌至鲜木瓜籽粒表面的胶体完全溶脱后，滤去籽粒，得鲜木瓜籽胶液；
（3）将步骤（1）和步骤（2）所得放入剪切乳化缸内，再加入玫瑰花蒸馏液50g、柚子皮水煎液50g、芦荟汁70g、食用甘油20g、沙棘油30g、橄榄油50g、火麻仁油15g、普鲁兰糖6g，启动剪切乳化器，10min后再加入透明质酸2.5g，并补充水定量至1000g，继续剪切乳化10min，经高压均质机38MPa压力均质处理，然后灌装、封口、辐照灭菌，制得一种美肤保健按摩液。
用上述制得产品经常用于保健按摩，能令皮肤红润亮丽、滑嫩有弹性 ，达到美肤保健的目。
以上所述实施例仅为较佳的实施例之一，仅表达了本发明的实施方式 ，但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制，本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。
Claims (1)
1.一种美肤保健按摩液，其特征在于，每1000g按摩液由以下重量份的原料制成：
黄秋葵嫩果 200g
玫瑰花蒸馏液 40－60g
柚子皮水煎液 40－60g
鲜木瓜籽 120－240g
芦荟汁 60－80g
食用甘油 10－30g
沙棘油 20－40g
橄榄油 40－60g
火麻仁油 10－20g
普鲁兰糖 2－10g
透明质酸 0.5－4.5g
水 余量；
所述的美肤保健按摩液通过包括以下制备步骤的制备方法制得：
（1）将黄秋葵嫩果加1倍重量份水用旋刀搅拌机打烂，再用胶体磨磨成浆，经100目
网滤去渣，得黄秋葵嫩果黏液；
（2）将鲜木瓜籽加入1倍重量份的60℃热水，搅拌至籽粒表面的胶体完全溶脱后，滤去籽粒，得鲜木瓜籽胶液；
（3）将步骤（1）和步骤（2）所得放入剪切乳化缸内，再加入玫瑰花蒸馏液、柚子皮水煎液、芦荟汁、食用甘油、沙棘油、橄榄油、火麻仁油、普鲁兰糖，启动剪切乳化缸，10min后再加入透明质酸，并补充水定量至1000g，继续剪切乳化10min，经高压均质机38MPa压力均质处理，然后灌装、封口、辐照灭菌，制得一种美肤保健按摩液。
