一种新型活性碳纤维生物功能敷料,是由透气性良好的医用胶带与离型纸组成的包裹层,和活性碳纤维贴芯构成,活性碳纤维贴芯是由比表面积为1000—3000m2/g的活性碳纤维表面喷涂生物相容剂组合而成。本发明采用物理原理达到靶向性的吸附和修复治疗作用。其靶向性吸附治疗具有强大的吸附动力,能迅速有效地吸附创面的分泌物,外层敷料仍保持干燥,破坏了细菌生长繁殖的环境,阻止细菌在创面定植,使创面在与外部隔离的状态下干燥收敛,a-氰基丙烯酸酯具有促进伤口止血和愈合作用,本发明的敷料可以加速创面的愈合过程,从而降低感染率,缩短治愈时间。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种敷料,特别是一种新型活性碳纤维生物功能敷料。
背景技术
烧伤、烫伤、手术伤口、伤口感染是临床常见的疾病,临床常用无菌纱布或浸泡碘伏等药物敷料,以及一些普通胶粘基敷料,但只能起到一定的创面隔离和杀菌作用,对创面愈合修复没有太大功效。且传统方法透气性差,更换药物次数频繁,易粘连,不利于创面愈合。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术的不足,提出了一种透气性好,吸附力强,能促进伤口止血、愈合的新型活性碳纤维生物功能敷料。
本发明要解决的技术问题是通过以下技术方案来实现的,一种新型活性碳纤维生物功能敷料,其特点是:
是由透气性良好的医用胶带与离型纸组成的包裹层,和活性碳纤维贴芯构成,活性碳纤维贴芯是由比表面积为1000—3000m2/g的活性碳纤维表面喷涂生物相容剂组合而成,
活性碳纤维贴芯制造方法如下:
(1)在125-150℃环境下对活性碳纤维进行10-30分钟热处理 ;
(2)对上述处理好的ACF活性碳纤维用纯化水浸泡5-10分钟,然后采用超声波清洗5-10分钟;
(3)对上述清洗后的活性碳纤维进行125-150℃温度烘干10-30分钟,制成比表面积为1000—3000m2/g的活性碳纤维;
(4)对上述烘干后活性碳纤维表面喷涂a-氰基丙烯酸酯生物相容剂,a-氰基丙烯酸酯按0.05-0.1克/cm2喷涂;
(5)最后经摄氏40-60℃温度烘烤5-10分钟制得活性碳纤维贴芯。
本发明要解决的技术问题还可以通过以下技术方案来进一步实现,所述包裹层和活性碳纤维贴芯可单置,也可以结合成整体。
本发明与现有技术相比,活性碳纤维贴芯是由比表面积为1000—3000m2/g的活性碳纤维表面喷涂生物相容剂组合而成。本发明采用物理原理达到靶向性的吸附和修复治疗作用。其靶向性吸附治疗具有强大的吸附动力,能迅速有效地吸附创面的分泌物,外层敷料仍保持干燥,破坏了细菌生长繁殖的环境,阻止细菌在创面定植,使创面在与外部隔离的状态下干燥收敛,a-氰基丙烯酸酯具有促进伤口止血和愈合作用,本发明的敷料可以加速创面的愈合过程,从而降低感染率,缩短治愈时间。
本发明无细胞毒性、无刺激、无致敏,质地柔和,易于贴敷,使用感觉舒适。具有5大特点:
(1)有良好的水蒸气透过率
(2)有大的吸液量,避免积液形成,保持干燥
(3)良好的屏障隔离性能
(4)具有合适的气体通过率
(5)良好的生物相容性和促进伤口止血、愈合。

具体实施方式
一种新型活性碳纤维生物功能敷料,是由透气性良好的医用胶带与离型纸组成的包裹层,和活性碳纤维贴芯构成,活性碳纤维贴芯是由比表面积为1000—3000m2/g的活性碳纤维表面喷涂生物相容剂组合而成,
活性碳纤维是以粘胶基纤维为原料,经900℃以上高温碳化、活化后制成的纤维状新型吸附材料,具有高吸附性和强引流性,利用丰富的微孔,迅速有效地吸附创面的渗出物和炎性分泌物。
活性碳纤维贴芯制造方法如下:
(1)在125-150℃环境下对活性碳纤维进行10-30分钟热处理 ;
(2)对上述处理好的ACF活性碳纤维用纯化水浸泡5-10分钟,然后采用超声波清洗5-10分钟;
(3)对上述清洗后的活性碳纤维进行125-150℃温度烘干10-30分钟,制成比表面积为1000—3000m2/g的活性碳纤维;
(4)对上述烘干后活性碳纤维表面喷涂a-氰基丙烯酸酯生物相容剂,a-氰基丙烯酸酯按0.05-0.1克/cm2喷涂;
(5)最后经摄氏40-60℃温度烘烤5-10分钟制得活性碳纤维贴芯。
所述包裹层和活性碳纤维贴芯可分别单置,也可以结合成整体。

本发明用在护创促愈方面有以下特点:
①促进炎症消退,减少分泌物形成;
②保护创面,使创面清洁干燥,从而破坏细菌生长繁殖的环境,阻止细菌在创面繁殖,使创面与外界隔离,加速创面的愈合过程;
③创面愈合过程中无占位性,不影响上皮细胞生长;
④减少了换药次数。

Claims (2)

1.一种新型活性碳纤维生物功能敷料,其特征在于:
是由透气性良好的医用胶带与离型纸组成的包裹层,和活性碳纤维贴芯构成,活性碳纤维贴芯是由比表面积为1000—3000m2/g的活性碳纤维表面喷涂生物相容剂组合而成,
活性碳纤维贴芯制造方法如下:
(1)在125-150℃环境下对活性碳纤维进行10-30分钟热处理 ;
(2)对上述处理好的ACF活性碳纤维用纯化水浸泡5-10分钟,然后采用超声波清洗5-10分钟;
(3)对上述清洗后的活性碳纤维进行125-150℃温度烘干10-30分钟,制成比表面积为1000—3000m2/g的活性碳纤维;

2.根据权利要求1所述的新型活性碳纤维生物功能敷料,其特征在于:所述包裹层和活性碳纤维贴芯为分别单置或结合成整体。
