本申请标准竹条枕头。为公知的竹片条枕头，是手工削成的较大块的竹片条，大小厚度都不均匀，竹片条的二头，采用榫槽或用元钉将其固定在木块上。其结构简单，加工粗糙，不能推广使用。本发明要解决的技术问题是：一、设计一种用塑料注成的枕框，如图1主视图所示，图中4是塑料注成的枕框。图中2是长10毫米、宽10毫米、厚3.5毫米的槽，一头的周围共设有28个槽。图中1是枕框的塑料盖，安装时，采用塑料胶粘聚粘牢，使之构成标准竹条的榫槽，如图所示。图中5是竹条与枕框的弹性空间。图中6是为消除竹条受压时的撬力，每根竹条的两头长7毫米，加工成15度的斜面。图中3是标准竹条，其规格：长32厘米、宽10毫米、厚3.5毫米。

本发明，涉及一种人们睡觉时，必须使用的枕头。
背景技术：
公知的竹片条枕头，一种是与竹床连在一起的竹片条枕头，另一种是个别人仿照竹床上的竹片条枕头，手工削几条竹片，其大小厚度都不均匀，竹片条的二头，采用榫槽和或用元钉，将竹片条固定在木块上。其结构简单，加工粗糙，不能推广使用。
发明内容：
本发明要解决的技术问题是：一、设计一种用塑料注成的枕框，如图1主视图所示，图中4是塑料注成的枕框。图中2是长10毫米、宽10毫米、厚3.5毫米的槽，一头的周围共设有28个槽。图中1是枕框的塑料盖，安装时，采用塑料胶粘聚粘牢，使之构成标准竹条的榫槽，如图2所示。图中5是竹条与枕框的弹性空间。图中6是为消除竹条受压时的撬力，每根竹条的两头长7毫米，加工成15度的斜面。图中3是标准竹条，其规格：长32厘米、宽10毫米、厚3.5毫米。

Claims (3)
1.以塑料注成的枕框结构，如图1主视图所示，图中4是枕框，包括二头的塑料枕框盖。图中1所示。
2.标准竹条的规格长32厘米、宽8至15毫米、厚3至4.5毫米。图中3所示。
3.每条竹条的两头长7毫米加工成15度的斜面图中6所示。
