Abstract

本发明公开了一种反极性射频同轴转接器及其制造方法,其包括螺套、橡胶圈、卡环、壳体、内导体、绝缘子,卡环、橡胶圈分别装在壳体的两端外径上,壳体位于螺套的上方,内导体位于壳体的上方,绝缘子位于内导体的外侧,壳体的内孔径上各加工一个倒刺。本发明反极性射频同轴转接器可以将IPEX跳线与其它通信设备连接,另外可以保证电气性能也稳定可靠。

一种反极性射频同轴转接器及其制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种转接器,特别涉及一种反极性射频同轴转接器及其制造方法。 
技术背景
目前,通信行业内通讯设备向多元化发展,其中用来传输横向电磁波信号的通讯设备也发展迅速。目前大多数的横向电磁波信号均用一种IPEX跳线来传输。而此种跳线经常一头用IPEX接头,另一头接头常用SMA的反极性母头加工而成。如果要将IPEX跳线与其它通信设备连接,就需要转接器,但是市场上没有这种转接器。 
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种反极性射频同轴转接器及其制造方法,其可以将IPEX跳线与其它通信设备连接,另外可以保证电气性能也稳定可靠。 
本发明是通过下述技术方案来解决上述技术问题的:一种反极性射频同轴转接器,其特征在于,其包括螺套、橡胶圈、卡环、壳体、内导体、绝缘子,卡环、橡胶圈分别装在壳体的两端外径上,壳体位于螺套的上方,内导体位于壳体的上方,绝缘子位于内导体的外侧,壳体的内孔径上各加工一个倒刺。 
优选地,所述内导体在尖针端处加工一个直纹的台阶。 
优选地,所述内导体采用锡青铜材料加工而成。 
优选地,所述倒刺的长度为0.6mm,径向高度为0.1-0.15mm。 
本发明还提供一种反极性射频同轴转接器的制造方法,其特征在于,所述制造方法包括以下步骤: 
步骤一,将内导体右端的开槽端,与绝缘子先装配好,注意绝缘子的台阶孔朝向内导体的中间,然后用工装将这此绝缘子组件从右向左压入壳体内孔的一端,绝缘子端面与壳体端面平齐或凹进壳体端面0.1mm; 
步骤二,再在壳体的另一端内孔,先顺着内导体的插针尖穿入另一只绝缘子,同样,绝缘子的台阶孔朝向内导体的中间,并将绝缘子穿入壳体的孔中约2/3的长度,然后用工装将绝缘子从左端压入壳体中到位; 
步骤三,将卡环、橡胶圈分别装在壳体的两端外径上,然后将螺套用工装压入壳体 到位,壳体两端均用相同的螺套。 
本发明具有如下积极效果:本发明反极性射频同轴转接器将反极性母头的转为正常极性,可以将IPEX跳线与其它通信设备连接。本发明通过倒刺保证绝缘子的稳定性。装配好后,由于绝缘子稳定了,也相对使得内导体也不能串动,从而保证了本发明反极性射频同轴转接器的电气性能也稳定可靠。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的内容更容易被清楚的理解,下面根据具体实施例并结合附图,对本发明作进一步详细的说明。 
如图1所示,本发明反极性射频同轴转接器包括螺套1、橡胶圈2、卡环3、壳体4、内导体5、绝缘子6,卡环3、橡胶圈2分别装在壳体4的两端外径上,壳体4位于螺套1的上方,内导体5位于壳体4的上方,绝缘子6位于内导体5的外侧,壳体4的内孔径上各加工一个倒刺7。内导体5在尖针端处加工一个直纹的台阶8,防止针尖与插孔插拔时,内导体的转动。内导体5采用锡青铜材料加工而成。内导体5的一端加工成尖针形状,另一端打孔开槽。倒刺7的长度为0.6mm,径向高度为0.1-0.15mm,此倒刺能有效防止绝缘子6与壳体4之间的串动,保证绝缘子的稳定性。装配好后,由于绝缘子稳定了,也相对使得内导体也不能串动,从而保证了此款反极性转接器的电气性能也稳定可靠。 
本发明反极性射频同轴转接器的制造方法包括以下步骤: 
步骤一,将内导体5右端的开槽(插孔)端与绝缘子6先装配好,注意绝缘子6的台阶孔朝向内导体的中间,然后用工装将这此绝缘子组件从右向左压入壳体4内孔的一端,绝缘子6端面与壳体4端面平齐或凹进壳体端面0.1mm即可。 
步骤二,再在壳体4的另一端内孔,先顺着内导体5的插针尖穿入另一只绝缘子6,同样,绝缘子6的台阶孔朝向内导体的中间,并将绝缘子穿入壳体4的孔中约2/3的长度,然后用工装将绝缘子6从左端压入壳体4中到位。要求绝缘子6左端与壳体4左端面平齐,最大可凹时0.1mm。 
步骤三,将卡环3、橡胶圈2分别装在壳体4的两端外径上,然后将螺套1用工装压入壳体4到位,壳体4两端均用相同的螺套1,这样,此款反极性射频同轴转接器形成成 品。 
本发明反极性射频同轴转接器将反极性母头的转为正常极性,可以将IPEX跳线与其它通信设备连接。本发明通过倒刺保证绝缘子的稳定性。装配好后,由于绝缘子稳定了,也相对使得内导体也不能串动,从而保证了本发明反极性射频同轴转接器的电气性能也稳定可靠。

Claims (5)

1.一种反极性射频同轴转接器,其特征在于,其包括螺套、橡胶圈、卡环、壳体、内导体、绝缘子,卡环、橡胶圈分别装在壳体的两端外径上,壳体位于螺套的上方,内导体位于壳体的上方,绝缘子位于内导体的外侧,壳体的内孔径上各加工一个倒刺。
2.根据权利要求1所述的反极性射频同轴转接器,其特征在于,所述内导体在尖针端处加工一个直纹的台阶。
3.根据权利要求1所述的反极性射频同轴转接器,其特征在于,所述内导体采用锡青铜材料加工而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的反极性射频同轴转接器,其特征在于,所述倒刺的长度为0.6mm,径向高度为0.1-0.15mm。
5.一种反极性射频同轴转接器的制造方法,其特征在于,所述制造方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一,将内导体右端的开槽端,与绝缘子先装配好,注意绝缘子的台阶孔朝向内导体的中间,然后用工装将这此绝缘子组件从右向左压入壳体内孔的一端,绝缘子端面与壳体端面平齐或凹进壳体端面0.1mm;
步骤二,再在壳体的另一端内孔,先顺着内导体的插针尖穿入另一只绝缘子,同样,绝缘子的台阶孔朝向内导体的中间,并将绝缘子穿入壳体的孔中约2/3的长度,然后用工装将绝缘子从左端压入壳体中到位;
步骤三,将卡环、橡胶圈分别装在壳体的两端外径上,然后将螺套用工装压入壳体到位,壳体两端均用相同的螺套。
