Abstract

一种挡风装置,包括一安装架及若干装设于该安装架内的挡风片,该安装架包括相对的第一侧板及第二侧板,每一挡风片的两端凸设两连接轴,第一侧板及第二侧板对应每一挡风片的两连接轴设有两轴孔,第一侧板的轴孔的内壁开设一螺旋状的导槽,挡风片的一连接轴凸设一旋转地收容于该导槽内的阻尼部,挡风片的另一连接轴枢接于第二侧板的轴孔内。该挡风装置的每一挡风片的其中一连接轴设有阻尼部,固定框对应的轴孔内设有螺旋状的导槽,阻尼部旋入导槽内,增强了连接轴在转动过程中所受的摩擦力,使挡风片在张开或者闭合时缓慢摆动而避免相互撞击,有效减少了噪音。本发明还涉及一种装设有该挡风装置的风扇组合。

风扇组合及其挡风装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种风扇组合及其挡风装置。
背景技术
现有的风扇组合一般包括一收容风扇的框体和若干挡风片,该框体于两侧壁对应地分别开设若干穿孔,每一挡风片的两端向外延伸两枢接于对应的两穿孔内的连接轴。然而,这些挡风片在风力的作用下,易容摆动而相互撞击,产生较大的噪音。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种有效减少噪音的挡风装置及设有该挡风装置的风扇组合。
一种挡风装置,包括一安装架及若干装设于该安装架内的挡风片,该安装架包括相对的第一侧板及第二侧板,每一挡风片的两端凸设两连接轴,第一侧板及第二侧板对应每一挡风片的两连接轴设有两轴孔,第一侧板的轴孔的内壁开设一螺旋状的导槽,挡风片的一连接轴凸设一旋转地收容于该导槽内的阻尼部,挡风片的另一连接轴枢接于第二侧板的轴孔内。
一种风扇组合,包括一设有一出风口的固定框,一收容于该固定框内的风扇及一设于该固定框的出风口处的挡风装置,该挡风装置包括一固定于该固定框的安装架及若干覆盖于该出风口并正对该风扇的挡风片, 该安装架包括相对的第一侧板及第二侧板,每一挡风片的两端凸设两连接轴,第一侧板及第二侧板对应每一挡风片的两连接轴设有两轴孔,第一侧板的轴孔的内壁开设一螺旋状的导槽,挡风片的一连接轴凸设一旋转地收容于该导槽内的阻尼部,挡风片的另一连接轴枢接于第二侧板的轴孔内。
本发明风扇组合的挡风片的其中一连接轴设有阻尼部,固定框对应的轴孔内设有螺旋状的导槽,阻尼部旋入导槽内,增强了连接轴在转动过程中所受的摩擦力,使挡风片在张开或者闭合时缓慢摆动而避免相互撞击,有效减少了噪音。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
具体实施方式
请参阅图1,本发明风扇组合100的较佳实施方式包括一开设有两收容空间22的固定框20、两安装于该两收容空间22内的风扇40及两挡风装置60。
该固定框20包括一前侧板21,每一收容空间22呈圆柱状且穿通该前侧板21而形成一出风口212。该固定框20的后侧开设有进风口(图中未示)。
请一并参阅图2至图4,每一挡风装置60包括一方形的安装架62、若干挡风片64及若干连接件66。
该安装架62包括相对的一第一侧板621及一第二侧板622。其中第二侧板622沿该第二侧板622的长度方向开设若干轴孔624,第一侧板621开设若干正对轴孔624的连接孔626。
每一挡风片64包括一长方形的板体642,该板体642的同一侧的两端分别向外凸设一连接轴644。其中一连接轴644的周缘向外凸设一螺旋状的阻尼部646。
每一连接件66包括一卡持柱662及自该卡持柱662的一端向外凸设的一定位柱664。该卡持柱662的直径小于该定位柱664的直径。该定位柱664轴向地开设一轴孔666,该轴孔666贯穿该卡持柱662。该轴孔666的内壁开设一螺旋状的导槽668。
请一并参阅图4及图5,组装每一挡风装置60时,将连接件66的卡持柱662自该安装架62的内部卡入该第一侧板621的连接孔626内。将每一挡风片64放置于该安装架62的第一侧板621与第二侧板622之间,使该挡风片64的设有阻尼部646的连接轴644正对相应的连接件66的轴孔666。旋转每一挡风片64使连接轴644旋入对应的导槽668内。将每一挡风片64的另一连接轴644收容于对应的轴孔624内。此时,这些挡风片64可旋转地安装于安装架62内,且这些挡风片64在重力的作用下旋转而将安装架62盖住。
组装每一挡风装置60至固定框20,将该挡风装置60的安装架62远离挡风片64的一侧紧贴该固定框20的前侧板21,使该挡风装置60的挡风片64正对相应的出风口212。通过螺接或卡接的方式将该安装架62固定于该固定框20。
请参阅图6,使用时,风扇40工作,自风扇40吹出的气流冲击止挡风片64,迫使挡风片64绕着连接轴644转动而打开固定框20的出风口212,以供风流通过。在此过程中,每一连接轴644的阻尼部646在对应的导槽668内旋转,增强了阻尼部646与导槽668的摩擦力,使挡风片64缓慢旋转而避免相互撞击,有效减少了噪音。
在其他实施方式中,无需设置所述连接件66,而直接在轴孔624的内壁开设螺旋状的导槽668。

Claims (7)

1.一种挡风装置,包括一安装架及若干装设于该安装架内的挡风片,该安装架包括相对的第一侧板及第二侧板,每一挡风片的两端凸设两连接轴,第一侧板及第二侧板对应每一挡风片的两连接轴设有两轴孔,第一侧板的轴孔的内壁开设一螺旋状的导槽,挡风片的一连接轴凸设一旋转地收容于该导槽内的阻尼部,挡风片的另一连接轴枢接于第二侧板的轴孔内。
2.如权利要求1所述的挡风装置,其特征在于:该第一侧板组设有若干连接件,该第一侧板的轴孔分别开设于这些连接件。
3.如权利要求2所述的挡风装置,其特征在于:该第一侧板设有若干分别收容这些连接件的连接孔,每一连接件包括一固定于对应连接孔内的卡持柱及自该卡持柱的一端向外凸设的一定位柱,连接件的轴孔沿定位柱的轴向地开设于该定位柱并贯穿该卡持柱。
4.一种风扇组合,包括一设有一出风口的固定框,一收容于该固定框内的风扇及一设于该固定框的出风口处的挡风装置,该挡风装置包括一固定于该固定框的安装架及若干覆盖于该出风口并正对该风扇的挡风片, 该安装架包括相对的第一侧板及第二侧板,每一挡风片的两端凸设两连接轴,第一侧板及第二侧板对应每一挡风片的两连接轴设有两轴孔,第一侧板的轴孔的内壁开设一螺旋状的导槽,挡风片的一连接轴凸设一旋转地收容于该导槽内的阻尼部,挡风片的另一连接轴枢接于第二侧板的轴孔内。
5.如权利要求4所述的风扇组合,其特征在于:该第一侧板组设有若干连接件,该第一侧板的轴孔分别开设于这些连接件。
6.如权利要求5所述的风扇组合,其特征在于:该第一侧板设有若干分别收容这些连接件的连接孔,每一连接件包括一固定于对应连接孔内的卡持柱及自该卡持柱的一端向外凸设的一定位柱,连接件的轴孔沿定位柱的轴向地开设于该定位柱并贯穿该卡持柱。
7.如权利要求4所述的风扇组合,其特征在于:该固定框包括一前侧板,该收容空间穿通该前侧板而形成该出风口,该挡风装置固定于该前侧板。
