本发明涉及耐热性单组份拼板胶。
背景技术
拼板胶是指用于拼接集成材等木制品的粘合剂,适合用于非结构材及结构材用集成材等的拼板粘合。 
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种耐热性单组份拼板胶,其耐热性能强,胶膜的耐热性可达400℃,且保存期和开放期长。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种耐热性单组份拼板胶,按重量份计由以下成分组成:
3~4份三乙醇胺,
4~5份叔丁基过氧化氢,
5~6份甲醛次硫酸氢钠,
1~2份三乙胺,
2~3份过硫酸铵,
2~3份苯甲酸钠,
6~7份丙烯酸丁酯,
4~5份凯松,
300份去离子水,
2~3份聚丙烯酸钠,
1~2份乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷,
1~2份聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯。

4份三乙醇胺,
