Abstract

本发明公开了一种儿童保护用纸铝泡罩底板复合膜。所述复合膜，依次包括胶粘层、铝箔层、离型剂层以及纸层，所述复合膜通过所述胶黏层与泡罩相固定粘结，所述离型剂层使所述纸层易于从所述铝箔层上剥离。本发明所述的复合膜用作泡罩底板，能够有效地避免小孩破坏该泡罩底板后，取出泡罩空腔内的药物，从而避免了危险。

一种儿童保护用纸铝泡罩底板复合膜
技术领域
本发明属于泡罩底板复合膜领域，具体地，涉及一种儿童保护用纸铝泡罩底板复合膜。
背景技术
药品领域中，泡罩底板通常由胶粘层、铝箔层、印刷层、光油层等构成，泡罩与泡罩底板粘合形成具有若干空腔的药品包装，药物容置在各空腔里。由于胶粘层、铝箔层、印刷层、光油层组成的泡罩底板的动态强度差，受垂直力挤压后非常容易被破坏，使任意人群尤其是小孩均能接触到空腔内的药物，十分危险。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种儿童保护用纸铝泡罩底板复合膜，该复合膜不易被小孩破坏，因而保障了小孩不易取出泡罩空腔内的药物，避免了危险。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案是：
一种儿童保护用纸铝泡罩底板复合膜，依次包括胶粘层、铝箔层、离型剂层以及纸层，所述复合膜通过所述胶黏层与泡罩相固定粘结，所述离型剂层使所述纸层易于从所述铝箔层上剥离。
进一步地，所述纸层优选牛皮纸。
进一步地，所述纸层的厚度优选0.06-0.1mm。
进一步地，所述离型剂层选自以下材料中的任一种：聚乙烯、聚丙烯或聚氯乙烯。
进一步地，所述铝箔层的厚度优选0.02mm。
进一步地，所述复合膜包括设于所述纸层外侧的印刷层。
进一步地，所述复合膜包括设于所述印刷层外层的光油层。
综上，本发明的有益效果是：本发明所述的复合膜用作泡罩底板，能够有效地避免小孩破坏该泡罩底板后，取出泡罩空腔内的药物，从而避免了危险。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例，对本发明作进一步的详细说明，但本发明的实施方式不限于此。
实施例1
请参阅图1，本发明较佳实施例所示的复合膜100，依次包括胶粘层10、铝箔层20、离型剂层30以及纸层40。
所述胶粘层10用于使所述复合膜100能够牢固粘接到泡罩上，形成对泡罩空腔内药物的保护。
所述铝箔层20的厚度优选0.02mm。
所述离型剂层30用于使设于所述离型剂层30一侧的纸层40能够相对较容易地从所述铝箔层20上剥离开。所述离型剂层30可以选自以下材料中的任一种：聚乙烯、聚丙烯或聚氯乙烯等。
所述纸层40优选牛皮纸等。所述纸层40的厚度优选0.06-0.1mm。
请参阅图2，可以理解，本发明所述的复合膜100，还可以包括印刷层50以及光油层60，所述印刷层50与所述纸层40相贴邻，所述光油层60可用于保护所述印刷层50不受破坏。
当人们需要取出泡罩空腔内的药物时，先将所述纸层40从所述铝箔层20上剥离开，此时，所述铝箔层20暴露于空气中，人们很容易破坏该铝箔层20，从而取出其内的药物。而小孩子在不知道前述取出药物所需步骤的情况下，通常会通过抠、戳等方式作用于所述复合膜100，而由于所述纸层40具有良好的抗撕裂强度、破裂功以及动态强度，通过抠、戳等方式并不能破坏该纸层40，也就避免了小孩子接触到泡罩空腔内的药物的危险。
综上所述，本发明所述的复合膜100，通过在普通的铝箔层外设置易于剥离的纸层40，有效地保护了泡罩内的药物，避免了小孩子在大人们不知情的情况下接触药物，从而避免了危险，且本发明所述的复合膜100结构简单、安全。
如上所述，可较好的实现本发明。

1.一种儿童保护用纸铝泡罩底板复合膜，其特征在于，依次包括胶粘层、铝箔层、离型剂层以及纸层，所述复合膜通过所述胶黏层与泡罩相固定粘结，所述离型剂层使所述纸层易于从所述铝箔层上剥离。
2.如权利要求1所述的儿童保护用纸铝泡罩底板复合膜，其特征在于，所述纸层为牛皮纸。
3.如权利要求2所述的儿童保护用纸铝泡罩底板复合膜，其特征在于，所述纸层的厚度为0.06-0.1mm。
4.如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的儿童保护用纸铝泡罩底板复合膜，其特征在于，所述离型剂层选自以下材料中的任一种：聚乙烯、聚丙烯或聚氯乙烯。
5.如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的儿童保护用纸铝泡罩底板复合膜，其特征在于，所述铝箔层的厚度为0.02mm。
6.如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的儿童保护用纸铝泡罩底板复合膜，其特征在于，所述复合膜包括设于所述纸层外侧的印刷层。
7.如权利要求6所述的儿童保护用纸铝泡罩底板复合膜，其特征在于，所述复合膜包括设于所述印刷层外层的光油层。
