Abstract

本发明公开了一种双层气体保护真空采血管,包括管体和密封胶塞,管体包括外管和内管,内管与外管之间设有隔层空腔,内管和外管注塑成一个整体;密封胶塞的外壁设有多圈弹性凸环与外管密封卡紧,且该密封胶塞的前端伸入到内管内。本发明采用的双层结构和双重气体多元结合,具有更好的隔离空气、隔热、延长产品期限等保护效果,且密封胶塞与外管之间采用了多圈弹性凸环卡合,增加了它们之间的密封性能和卡紧度,且内管和隔层空腔内的保护气层能更好的保护管内的血液样品以及延长真空采血管保质期。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械领域,尤其涉及一种双层气体保护真空采血管。
背景技术
目前,使用真空采血管及双向采血针作为临床血液检测的工具,已经取代了早期临床上习惯使用的一次性注射器,真空采血管的操作方便和安全性能,已被临床检验广泛使用。但普通真空采血管在使用中,传统的单管结构比较容易破碎,且单管的密封胶塞与单管之间的密封性能不好。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有技术的上述不足,提出了一种双层气体保护真空采血管。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种双层气体保护真空采血管,包括管体和密封胶塞,所述管体包括形成双层结构的外管和内管,且内管与外管之间设有隔层空腔,所述内管和外管注塑成一个整体;所述密封胶塞的外壁设有多圈弹性凸环与所述外管密封卡紧,且该密封胶塞的前端伸入到所述内管内。
进一步,所述的隔层空腔抽成真空状态。
进一步,所述的隔层空腔充盈氮气层和氦气层中的至少一种气层。
进一步,所述的内管内充盈氮气层和氦气层中的至少一种气层。
与现有技术相比,本发明采用的双层结构和双重气体多元结合,具有更好的隔离空气、隔热、延长产品期限等保护效果,且密封胶塞与外管之间采用了多圈弹性凸环卡合,增加了它们之间的密封性能和卡紧度,且内管和隔层空腔内的保护气层能更好的保护管内的血液样品以及延长真空采血管保质期。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对发明进行详细的说明。
如图1、2所示,本发明提出的双层气体保护真空采血管,包括管体1和密封胶塞2,管体1包括形成双层结构的外管3和内管4,且内管和外管注塑成一个整体,内管4与外管3之间设有隔层空腔5,密封胶塞2的外壁设有多圈弹性凸环6与外管3密封卡紧,且该密封胶塞2的前端伸入到所述内管内。
在本发明的一实施例中,内管4和隔层空腔5内充盈着氮气层,这样就防止了内管内的血液样本与空气中的氧气接触,设置的弹性凸环6结构能够大大提高密封胶塞2与外管3之间的密封度和卡紧度;外管3采用PET塑料材料制作,这种材料使得外管具有更好的隔热效果,保证了血液样本的安全;内管4采用防亲水性的PP塑料材料制作,采用此种材料使得内管4对管内血液样本的水分不易吸收,这样更加有效的延长本发明的保质期以及提高血液样本检验的准确性。

1.一种双层气体保护真空采血管,包括管体(1)和密封胶塞(2),其特征在于:所述管体(1)包括形成双层结构的外管(3)和内管(4),且内管与外管之间设有隔层空腔(5),所述内管和外管注塑成一个整体,所述密封胶塞的外壁设有多圈弹性凸环(6)与所述外管(3)密封卡紧,且该密封胶塞的前端伸入到所述内管内,其中所述的隔层空腔充盈氮气层和氦气层中的至少一种气层。
2.如权利要求1所述的双层气体保护真空采血管,其特征在于:所述内管内充盈氮气层和氦气层中的至少一种气层。
