背景技术
本公开大致涉及划线系统,诸如那些用于在道路和田径场上涂敷喷漆标线的划线系统。更具体地,本公开涉及用于自推进式划线系统的启动系统(activation system)。
划线系统通常包括推车,所述推车包括驱动泵的燃气发动机。泵由设置在推车上的容器提供液体,诸如涂料,并且向安装的喷嘴供应加压流体以朝地面排放。常规的划线系统包括由操作员推动的后走式推车,操作员同时通过安装到推车的把手的操纵杆来操作喷嘴。这种把手通常包括一对固定的手柄,所述手柄用于定向位于推车的前部的旋转安装的轮。这些把手要求操作员手动地致动喷嘴以确定每条标线的长度和标线之间的间隔,同时物理地推动和旋转整个系统。

发明内容
本公开涉及用于喷雾器,例如那些可以与自推进式划线系统一起使用的喷雾器,的电动液压致动系统。电动液压致动系统包括液压系统、液压致动器、电动致动器和喷雾器。液压系统用于对液压流体加压。液压致动器由液压系统驱动。电动致动器控制由液压系统驱动的液压致动器的致动。喷雾器由液压致动器启动。

活塞74A和74B通过液压流体压力相对于集管54滑进和滑出。保护罩81A和81B被设置在活塞74A和74B上方以向它们提供对于灰尘、污垢、碎屑等的防护。活塞74A和74B包括工作面(land),所述工作面与加压液压流体相互作用以基于螺线管57A和57B的位置可选择地向上或向下驱动活塞74A和74B。例如,当螺线管57A不被激励,柱塞被定位在集管54中,从而来自入口软管53A的高压液压流体被传送到活塞74A的第一端部,并且活塞74A被向下推动(参照图4A和4B)从而不移动缆索48A。当螺线管57A被激励时,柱塞被重新定位在集管54中,以将来自入口软管53A的高压液压流体传送到活塞74A的第二端部,从而活塞74A被向上推动(参照图4A和4B)以向缆索48A施加拉伸力,从而启动喷枪22A。只要泵40(图2)正在运转,液压流体就会持续地移动通过集管54,并且并且液压流体经由出口软管53B返回到贮存器。缆索管道72A和72B可以被调节以在缆索48A和48B中提供适当大小的预张力,从而致动系统52能够提供喷枪22A和22B的快速启动。

对于描述的实施例而言,当滑阀84A处于下方的位置(完全地插入到集管54中)时,高压液压流体在工作面90A处被引导至第一端部96,以经由液压流体穿过壳体83A中适当的孔的这种通过动作迫使活塞74A向下移动。因此,缆索48A(图4B)保持充分松弛以不启动喷枪22A(图1A)。螺线管57A可以包括弹簧以将滑阀84A偏置到下方的位置,例如,处于未启动状态。当适当的电信号被提供到插口94A时,线圈82A被激励以在壳体83A中移动滑阀84A,露出壳体83A中的各种孔。因此,当滑阀84A处于上方的位置(从集管54抽出)时,高压液压流体被引导至工作面88A的下侧以经由液压流体穿过壳体83A中适当的孔的这种通过动作来迫使活塞74A向上移动。因此,缆索48A被置于拉伸状态,并且被移动以机械地开动操纵杆,控制穿过喷枪22A中的阀的流体的流动。
对于螺线管57A的激励和未激励状态二者,高压液压流体都被引导至活塞74A。致动系统52不依赖于集管54中的压降来停止在喷枪22A处分配。相反地,致动系统52主动地在两个方向上移动活塞74A。因此,活塞74A快速响应两个状态,这导致由控制器25对划线过程的精确的和准确的控制。通过使启动过程自动化,控制器25和致动系统52额外地增加了划线过程的精确性和准确性,而在常规的现有技术的系统中,所述启动过程是手动控制的。此外,致动系统52被结合到划线系统内的液压系统中,从而减少了对用于涂料系统的额外的专用构件(诸如空气压缩机)的需求。按钮49(图1A)提供了当需要激励螺线管57A和57B以开始涂划操作时用户友好的用于操纵控制器25的手段。

Claims (20)

1.一种用于喷雾器的电动液压致动系统,所述电动液压致动系统包括:
液压系统,所述液压系统用于对液压流体加压;
液压致动器,所述液压致动器由液压系统驱动;
电动致动器,所述电动致动器控制由液压系统驱动的液压致动器的致动;和
喷枪,所述喷枪由液压致动器致动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电动液压致动系统,进一步地包括:
液压流体集管,所述液压流体集管连接液压致动器和电动致动器;
其中所述电动致动器控制液压流体从液压系统到液压致动器的流动。
3.根据权利要求2所述的电动液压致动系统,其中所述液压致动器包括从液压流体集管延伸的活塞。
4.根据权利要求3所述的电动液压致动系统,进一步地包括:
联接装置,所述联接装置将活塞连接到喷枪。
5.根据权利要求3所述的电动液压致动系统,进一步地包括:
联接器,所述联接器用于将多个喷枪连接到所述活塞。
6.根据权利要求3所述的电动液压致动系统,其中所述电动致动器包括具有线圈和滑阀的螺线管,其中所述滑阀延伸到所述液压流体集管中。
7.根据权利要求6所述的电动液压致动系统,其中所述液压致动器包括双向致动器,并且所述滑阀控制流至所述活塞的相反的端部的液压流体流。
8.根据权利要求1所述的电动液压致动系统,进一步地包括:
流体泵,所述流体泵由所述液压系统驱动,其中所述流体泵向所述喷枪提供加压流体。
9.根据权利要求1所述的电动液压致动系统,进一步地包括:
可编程的控制器,所述可编程的控制器与电动致动器通信,该控制器包括用于启动电动致动器的开关。
10.根据权利要求1所述的电动液压致动系统,进一步地包括:
额外的液压致动器,所述额外的液压致动器由所述液压系统驱动;
额外的电动致动器,所述额外的电动致动器控制由所述液压系统驱动的液压致动器的致动;和
额外的喷枪,所述额外的喷枪由所述额外的液压致动器致动。
11.一种划线系统,包括:
底盘;
轮,所述轮安装到底盘;
喷雾系统,所述喷雾系统安装在底盘上;
液压系统,所述液压系统安装在底盘上,其中所述液压系统驱动所述轮和喷雾系统;和
致动系统,所述致动系统连接到喷雾系统,所述致动系统包括:
活塞,所述活塞由所述液压系统驱动以使喷雾系统排料;
电动阀,所述电动阀控制所述活塞的操作。
12.根据权利要求11所述的划线系统,其中所述液压系统包括:
液压泵,所述液压泵用于对液压流体加压;和
液压马达,所述液压马达用于驱动所述轮。
13.根据权利要求12所述的划线系统,其中所述喷雾系统包括:
液泵,所述液泵由液压流体驱动;和
喷雾器,所述喷雾器接收来自液泵的加压液体。
其中所述活塞控制喷枪的致动。
14.根据权利要求11所述的划线系统,其中所述电动阀控制通往所述活塞的液压流体的流动。
15.根据权利要求14所述的划线系统,其中:
所述致动系统进一步包括连接活塞和电动阀的集管;并且
所述电动阀包括:
柱塞,所述柱塞延伸进入所述集管,以控制至活塞的流动;
电线圈,所述电线圈用于致动所述柱塞。
16.根据权利要求15所述的划线系统,进一步地包括:
控制器,所述控制器连接到电线圈;和
开关,所述开关连接到能够向电线圈发送信号的所述控制器。
17.根据权利要求15所述的划线系统,其中所述活塞由所述液压系统在第一方向和第二方向上驱动。
18.一种致动系统,包括:
流体集管;
液压致动器,所述液压致动器安装到流体集管并且具有从流体集管延伸的活塞;
电动致动器,所述电动致动器连接到流体集管并且具有控制穿过集管至活塞的流体流的柱塞;
联接装置,所述联接装置延伸自活塞;和
喷枪,所述喷枪连接到所述联接装置。
19.根据权利要求18所述的致动系统,其中所述柱塞控制流体流以在电动致动器被启动时在第一方向上移动活塞,并且在电动致动器未被启动时在第二方向上移动活塞。
20.根据权利要求18所述的致动系统,进一步地包括:
流体泵,所述流体泵向喷枪提供加压流体;和
液压泵,所述液压泵向所述流体泵和所述液压致动器提供加压的液压流体。
