Abstract

本发明涉及一种出水转换器,包括阀体和阀栓,所述阀体内设有第一水路和第二水路,所述第一水路和第二水路通过阀栓择一打开,所述第二水路的出水由外接开关控制;所述阀栓的位置由外接开关通过第二水路内的水压力反馈调节,所述阀栓在外接开关处于关闭状态时由第二水路内的水压力推动向上移动以打开第一水路,所述阀栓在外接开关处于开启状态时由第二水路内的水压力推动向下移动以关闭第一水路。该出水转换器结构简单、设计新颖且控制方便,不仅实现了两种出水功能,例如自来水和净水,而且可通过第二水路的外接开关启闭来反馈控制阀栓的上下运动,以达到两个水路出水转换的目的。

一种出水转换器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种水龙头出水切换装置,特别是一种出水转换器。
背景技术
目前,水龙头一般只出自来水或只出净水,若需要同时具有两种出水功能,则需要复杂的出水切换装置进行切换,而且切换方式一般是关闭或打开各自的进水管,不是通过出水终端(例如外接开关)来控制。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单、设计新颖且控制方便的出水转换器,不仅实现了两种出水功能,而且可通过外接开关的一个水路启闭来反馈控制两个水路的切换。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种出水转换器,包括阀体和阀栓,所述阀体内设有第一水路和第二水路,所述第一水路和第二水路通过阀栓择一打开,所述第二水路的出水由外接开关控制;所述阀栓的位置由外接开关通过第二水路内的水压力反馈调节,所述阀栓在外接开关处于关闭状态时由第二水路内的水压力推动其向上移动以打开第一水路,所述阀栓在外接开关处于开启状态时由第二水路内的水压力推动其向下移动以关闭第一水路。
进一步的,所述第一水路由阀体上部的第一进水通道和第一出水通道组成,所述第二水路由阀体下部的第二进水通道和第二出水通道组成,所述阀栓设置于相互连通的第一出水通道和第二出水通道之间,所述第一进水通道在阀栓位于上止点位置时与第一出水通道相连通,所述第二进水通道在阀栓位于下止点位置时与第二出水通道相连通。
进一步的,所述阀栓上端设置有第一凸环部,所述第一凸环部开设有第一环槽,所述第一环槽内安装有用于隔断第一进水通道与第一出水通道的第一O型密封圈;所述阀栓中部设置有中间凸环部,所述中间凸环部开设有中间环槽,所述中间环槽内安装有隔断第一出水通道和第二出水通道的中间O型密封圈。
进一步的,所述中间凸环部的横截面大于第一凸环部的横截面。
进一步的,所述阀栓下端设置有第二凸环部,所述第二凸环部开设有第二环槽,所述第二凸环部在第二环槽周侧均匀开设有多个水孔,所述第二环槽内安装有用于隔断第二进水通道与第二出水通道的单向密封圈。
进一步的,所述第一出水通道和第二出水通道竖向对接设置且通过中间通道相互连通,所述第一进水通道和第二进水通道横向设置且相互错开。
进一步的,所述阀体内设置有用于定位阀栓上止点位置的台阶,所述第二出水通道下端内安装有用于定位阀栓下止点位置的套管。
进一步的,所述第一进水通道和第二进水通道的进水口处均设置有外螺纹接头,所述第一出水通道和第二出水通道的出水口处均设置有外螺纹接头。
进一步的,所述第一水路为自来水水路,所述第二水路为净水水路。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:该出水转换器结构简单、设计新颖且控制方便,不仅实现了两种出水功能,例如自来水和净水,而且可通过第二水路的外接开关启闭来反馈控制阀栓的上下运动,以达到两个水路出水转换的目的。

具体实施方式
如图1~3所示,一种出水转换器,包括阀体1和阀栓2,所述阀体1内设有第一水路A和第二水路B,所述第一水路A和第二水路B通过阀栓2择一打开,所述第二水路B的出水由外接开关C控制;所述阀栓2的位置由外接开关C通过第二水路B内的水压力反馈调节,所述阀栓2在外接开关C处于关闭状态时由第二水路B内的水压力推动其向上移动以打开第一水路A,所述阀栓2在外接开关C处于开启状态时由第二水路B内的水压力推动其向下移动以关闭第一水路A。
当外接开关C处于关闭状态时,所述第二水路B对阀栓2有向上的水压力,且大于第一水路A对阀栓2向下的水压力,因此第二水路B的水压力推动阀栓2向上移动,从而打开第一水路A;当外接开关C处于开启状态时,由于泄压的缘故,且第一水路A内有对阀栓2向下的水压力,因此第一水路A的水压力推动阀栓2向下移动,从而关闭第一水路A。
在本实施例中,所述第一水路A由阀体1上部的第一进水通道41和第一出水通道31组成,所述第二水路B由阀体1下部的第二进水通道42和第二出水通道32组成,所述阀栓2设置于相互连通的第一出水通道31和第二出水通道32之间,所述第一进水通道41在阀栓2位于上止点位置时与第一出水通道31相连通,所述第二进水通道42在阀栓2位于下止点位置时与第二出水通道32相连通。
在本实施例中,所述第一出水通道31和第二出水通道32竖向设置且通过中间通道3相互连通,所述第一进水通道41和第二进水通道42横向设置且相互错开。
在本实施例中,所述阀栓2上端设置有第一凸环部21,所述第一凸环部21开设有第一环槽211,所述第一环槽211内安装有用于隔断第一进水通道41与第一出水通道31的第一O型密封圈6;当第二水路B的外接开关C打开时,所述阀栓2依靠自重、第一水路A的压差以及第二水路B水流向下冲力保持在下止点位置,此时第一O型密封圈6隔断第一进水通道41与第二出水通道32,由第一进水通道41和第二出水通道32组成的第一水路A关闭。
在本实施例中,所述阀栓2中部设置有中间凸环部23,所述中间凸环部23开设有中间环槽231,所述中间环槽231内安装有隔断第一出水通道31和第二出水通道32的中间O型密封圈5;不管阀栓2向上运动,还是向下运动,所述中间O型密封圈5一直可靠地分隔成第一出水通道31和第二出水通道32。
在本实施例中,为了使得阀栓2在外接开关C打开时快速下移,所述中间凸环部23的横截面大于第一凸环部21的横截面,当外接开关C打开时,第一水路A的水流对中间凸环部23的向下作用力大于其对第一凸环部21的向上作用力,即第一水路A有对阀栓2向下的水压力。
在本实施例中,所述阀栓2下端设置有第二凸环部22,所述第二凸环部22开设有第二环槽221,所述第二环槽221内安装有用于隔断第二进水通道42与第二出水通道32的单向密封圈7;当第二进水通道42和第二出水通道32组成的第二水路B外接开关C关闭时,所述第二出水通道32内的水压不断增高,先使得单向密封圈7隔断第二进水通道42与第二出水通道32,再使得阀栓2向上运动至上止点位置并保持,此时第一O型密封圈6不隔断第一进水通道41与第二出水通道32,由第一进水通道41和第二出水通道32组成的第一水路A打开。
在本实施例中,所述第二凸环部22在第二环槽221周侧均匀开设有多个水孔222;当第二水路B出水时,即第二水路B的外接开关C打开,从第二进水通道42进来的水流将单向密封圈7外缘下压并逐渐向内收缩后,从水孔222流入第二出水通道32内,最后从外接开关C流去;当第二水路B不出水时,即第二水路B的外接开关C关闭,第二出水通道32内积蓄的水流通过水孔222后将单向密封圈7外缘上顶并逐渐向外撑开,第二出水通道32内的水压推动阀栓2逐渐上升直至上止点位置。
在本实施例中,所述第二出水通道32下端内安装有用于定位阀栓2下止点位置的套管8,所述套管8下端设有与阀体1定位配合的阶梯面,所述套管8外周侧与第二出水通道32内侧可以过盈配合或螺纹间隙配合;装配时,先将阀栓2从阀体1的第二出水通道32下端装入,再安装套管8。所述阀体1内设置有用于定位阀栓2上止点位置的台阶11,所述阀栓2被第二出水通道32内的水压向上推动直至中间凸环部23上端面顶住台阶11,所述台阶11位于中间通道3的上方。
在本实施例中,为了方便连接两根进水管,所述第一进水通道41和第二进水通道42的进水口处均设置有外螺纹接头12,当然也可以是内螺纹接头;为了方便连接两根出水管,所述第一出水通道31和第二出水通道32的出水口处均设置有外螺纹接头12,当然也可以是内螺纹接头。所述第一进水通道41和第一出水通道31组成的第一水路A为自来水水路,所述第二进水通道42和第二出水通道32组成的第二水路B为净水水路,自来水和净水可以一直进水但择一出水,具体可以由净水水路的外接开关C反馈到出水转换器,以切换最终流出的是自来水还是净水。

Claims (9)

1.一种出水转换器,包括阀体和阀栓,其特征在于:所述阀体内设有第一水路和第二水路,所述第一水路和第二水路通过阀栓择一打开,所述第二水路的出水由外接开关控制;所述阀栓的位置由外接开关通过第二水路内的水压力反馈调节,所述阀栓在外接开关处于关闭状态时由第二水路内的水压力推动其向上移动以打开第一水路,所述阀栓在外接开关处于开启状态时由第一水路内的水压力推动其向下移动以关闭第一水路。
2.根据权利要求1所述的出水转换器,其特征在于:所述第一水路由阀体上部的第一进水通道和第一出水通道组成,所述第二水路由阀体下部的第二进水通道和第二出水通道组成,所述阀栓设置于相互连通的第一出水通道和第二出水通道之间,所述第一进水通道在阀栓位于上止点位置时与第一出水通道相连通,所述第二进水通道在阀栓位于下止点位置时与第二出水通道相连通。
3.根据权利要求2所述的出水转换器,其特征在于:所述阀栓上端设置有第一凸环部,所述第一凸环部开设有第一环槽,所述第一环槽内安装有用于隔断第一进水通道与第一出水通道的第一O型密封圈;所述阀栓中部设置有中间凸环部,所述中间凸环部开设有中间环槽,所述中间环槽内安装有隔断第一出水通道和第二出水通道的中间O型密封圈。
4.根据权利要求3所述的出水转换器,其特征在于:所述中间凸环部的横截面大于第一凸环部的横截面。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的出水转换器,其特征在于:所述阀栓下端设置有第二凸环部,所述第二凸环部开设有第二环槽,所述第二凸环部在第二环槽周侧均匀开设有多个水孔,所述第二环槽内安装有用于隔断第二进水通道与第二出水通道的单向密封圈。
6.根据权利要求2所述的出水转换器,其特征在于:所述第一出水通道和第二出水通道竖向对接设置且通过中间通道相互连通,所述第一进水通道和第二进水通道横向设置且相互错开。
7.根据权利要求2所述的出水转换器,其特征在于:所述阀体内设置有用于定位阀栓上止点位置的台阶,所述第二出水通道下端内安装有用于定位阀栓下止点位置的套管。
8.根据权利要求2所述的出水转换器,其特征在于:所述第一进水通道和第二进水通道的进水口处均设置有螺纹接头,所述第一出水通道和第二出水通道的出水口处均设置有螺纹接头。
9.根据权利要求1所述的出水转换器,其特征在于:所述第一水路为自来水水路,所述第二水路为净水水路。
