本发明公开了属于室内装潢固定用辅具技术领域的一种膨胀管及其制备方法。其结构为:管体上设有多条凸楞,邻近凸楞的侧边设有翅片,管体的顶部设有管帽,管帽的侧部设有多个凸片,管帽的顶部设有十字型凹陷。本发明的膨胀管,在管体上设置凸楞和翅片,加固了与墙壁等固定物的结合牢固度,管帽及管帽上的凸片的设置防止固定时膨胀管被砸入墙内,起到缓冲作用;本发明的方法制备的膨胀管,抗压和抗拉能力大幅度提高,并且适合大规模工业化生产。

技术领域
本发明属于室内装潢固定用辅具技术领域,具体涉及一种膨胀管及其制备方法。
背景技术
在室内装潢时,常用到膨胀管,其作用是防止膨胀胶塞在墙壁内跟随自攻螺钉旋紧而跟随旋转,从而使螺钉的锁紧功能更加方便,目前的膨胀管,主要由金属或塑料制成,金属制成的膨胀管刚性大但是韧性不足,抗拉能力不强,塑料制成的膨胀管韧性大但刚性不足,抗压能力弱。
此外,膨胀管的外部一般做成圆形或者椭圆形,容易随着螺钉的旋转而旋转松动,打孔时,也容易打过头,打的过深,从而使得膨胀胶塞打到墙壁里面,专利CN2813972公开了一种膨胀管,包括盖帽和与其相连的管杆,管杆上设置若干条呈纵向分布的翅条,翅条外侧设有倒齿,解决了施工方便的问题,但是,其材质采用塑料或金属制成,不能兼顾抗拉和抗压的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种膨胀管及其制备方法,解决膨胀管与外墙结合不牢,不能兼顾韧性和刚性的问题。
一种膨胀管,管体1上设有多条凸楞2,邻近凸楞2的侧边设有翅片3,管体1的顶部设有管帽4,管帽4的侧部设有多个凸片5,管帽4的顶部设有十字型凹陷6。
所述膨胀管的制备方法,按照如下步骤进行:
1)按照重量份数,将下述组分材料混合:尼龙50-60份,聚氯乙烯10-20份,柽柳皮粉5-8份,三氧化二铁1-2份,二氧化锰1-2份,二氧化钛0.5-1份,粘合剂3-8份,填充剂2-4份;
2)将混合物后投入造粒机进行造粒,制成粒径为2-4mm的颗粒,备用;
3)将制成的颗粒投入注塑机,注塑机下料口的温度为200-210℃,射嘴的温度为250-280℃,融化4-6min,然后将熔化的物料通过注塑机出口端注入模具内,注塑成型。
所述柽柳皮粉的制备方法为:柽柳皮经过脱色,晒干,粉碎,过60-80目筛子得到。
所述粘合剂为氯丁橡胶,卡拉胶,聚氨酯,聚苯乙烯,聚丙烯酸酯,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物,环氧树脂中的一种及一种以上。
所述填充剂为活性炭,石英石,麦饭石或者泡沫。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的膨胀管,在管体上设置凸楞和翅片,加固了与墙壁等固定物的结合牢固度,管帽及管帽上的凸片的设置防止固定时膨胀管被砸入墙内,起到缓冲作用;本发明的方法制备的膨胀管,抗压和抗拉能力大幅度提高,并且适合大规模工业化生产。

一种膨胀管,如图1-2所示,管体1上设有多条凸楞2,邻近凸楞2的侧边设有翅片3,管体1的顶部设有管帽4,管帽4的侧部设有多个凸片5,管帽4的顶部设有十字型凹陷6。
本实施例的膨胀管在管体上设置凸楞和翅片,加固了与墙壁等固定物的结合牢固度,管帽及管帽上的凸片的设置防止固定时膨胀管被砸入墙内,起到缓冲作用。
实施例2
实施例1所述膨胀管的制备方法,按照如下步骤进行:
1)按照重量份数,将下述组分材料混合:尼龙55份,聚氯乙烯15份,三氧化二铁1.5份,二氧化锰1.5份,二氧化钛0.8份,氯丁橡胶5份,石英石3份;
2)将混合物后投入造粒机进行造粒,制成粒径为2-4mm的颗粒,备用;
3)将制成的颗粒投入注塑机,注塑机下料口的温度为200-210℃,射嘴的温度为250-280℃,融化4-6min,然后将熔化的物料通过注塑机出口端注入模具内,注塑成型。
制备的膨胀管抗拉强度为495MPa,抗压强度为592MPa。
实施例3
实施例1所述膨胀管的制备方法,按照如下步骤进行:
1)按照重量份数,将下述组分材料混合:尼龙55份,聚氯乙烯15份,柽柳皮粉7份,三氧化二铁1.5份,二氧化锰1.5份,二氧化钛0.8份,氯丁橡胶5份,石英石3份;
2)将混合物后投入造粒机进行造粒,制成粒径为2-4mm的颗粒,备用;
3)将制成的颗粒投入注塑机,注塑机下料口的温度为200-210℃,射嘴的温度为250-280℃,融化4-6min,然后将熔化的物料通过注塑机出口端注入模具内,注塑成型。
所述柽柳皮粉的制备方法为:柽柳皮经过脱色,晒干,粉碎,过60-80目筛子得到。
制备的膨胀管抗拉强度为595MPa,抗压强度为692MPa。
实施例4
实施例1所述膨胀管的制备方法,按照如下步骤进行:
1)按照重量份数,将下述组分材料混合:尼龙50份,聚氯乙烯10份,柽柳皮粉5份,三氧化二铁1份,二氧化锰1份,二氧化钛0.5份,聚氨酯3份,麦饭石2份;
2)将混合物后投入造粒机进行造粒,制成粒径为2-4mm的颗粒,备用;
3)将制成的颗粒投入注塑机,注塑机下料口的温度为200-210℃,射嘴的温度为250-280℃,融化4-6min,然后将熔化的物料通过注塑机出口端注入模具内,注塑成型。

2)将混合物后投入造粒机进行造粒,制成粒径为2-4mm的颗粒,备用;
3)将制成的颗粒投入注塑机,注塑机下料口的温度为200-210℃,射嘴的温度为250-280℃,融化4-6min,然后将熔化的物料通过注塑机出口端注入模具内,注塑成型。

所述膨胀管按照如下步骤制备:
1)按照重量份数,将下述组分材料混合:尼龙50-60份,聚氯乙烯10-20份,柽柳皮粉5-8份,三氧化二铁1-2份,二氧化锰1-2份,二氧化钛0.5-1份,粘合剂3-8份,填充剂2-4份;
2)将混合物后投入造粒机进行造粒,制成粒径为2-4mm的颗粒,备用;
3)将制成的颗粒投入注塑机,注塑机下料口的温度为200-210℃,射嘴的温度为250-280℃,融化4-6min,然后将熔化的物料通过注塑机出口端注入模具内,注塑成型。
2.一种制备权利要求1所述的一种膨胀管的方法,其特征在于,按照如下步骤进行:
1)按照重量份数,将下述组分材料混合:尼龙50-60份,聚氯乙烯10-20份,柽柳皮粉5-8份,三氧化二铁1-2份,二氧化锰1-2份,二氧化钛0.5-1份,粘合剂3-8份,填充剂2-4份;
2)将混合物后投入造粒机进行造粒,制成粒径为2-4mm的颗粒,备用;
3)将制成的颗粒投入注塑机,注塑机下料口的温度为200-210℃,射嘴的温度为250-280℃,融化4-6min,然后将熔化的物料通过注塑机出口端注入模具内,注塑成型。
3.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述柽柳皮粉的制备方法为:柽柳皮经过脱色,晒干,粉碎,过60-80目筛子得到。
4.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述粘合剂为氯丁橡胶,卡拉胶,聚氨酯,聚苯乙烯,聚丙烯酸酯,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物,环氧树脂中的一种或一种以上。
5.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述填充剂为活性炭,石英石,麦饭石或者泡沫。
