Abstract
本实用新型有关一种可替换的膨胀螺栓,其包括一膨胀螺栓结构,主要由本体、外缘、螺杆与螺帽所组成,该本体一端向外突出有环状的外缘,且该外缘与本体之间相互垂直,而又设一螺杆由内而外穿设该本体,使得螺杆一端露出在本体外,且该露出端的螺杆上并螺合有一螺帽,利用工具可轻易于该外缘与墙壁之间将本体再次被撬拉出来。

技术领域
本实用新型有关一种可替换的膨胀螺栓,为一适于植设在建筑墙壁上,以利于做为装潢、吊挂家具或装饰物的结构。
背景技术
传统的膨胀螺栓结构,该植设入墙壁之后,因为无头的设计,便导致无法再取出,故该在原有膨胀螺栓老旧无法使用时,仅能另外在墙壁上凿孔并安装新的膨胀螺栓来使用,藉此,非但会破坏墙壁的美观以及其结构强度,亦会改变原本藉由膨胀螺栓吊挂在墙壁上的物品的位置,此则会影响室内装潢设计。
有鉴于上述缺失弊端,本新型创作人认为其有急待改正的必要,遂以其从事相关产品设计制造的多年经验,及其一贯秉持具有的优良设计理念,针对以上不良处加以研究创作,在经过不断的努力后,终乃推出本实用新型可替换的膨胀螺栓,其以更正优良的产品结构提升产品的功效。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种可替换的膨胀螺栓,其能有效改善传统膨胀螺栓结构植设入墙壁之后无法再取出的弊端,可便于取出作替换。
为达到前揭的目的,本实用新型公开了一种可替换的膨胀螺栓,其特征在于包括:
一膨胀螺栓结构,由本体、槽孔、螺杆与一螺帽所组成,该管状的本体上形成有若干个槽孔,而该螺杆由内而外穿设该本体,该螺杆一端露出在本体外,且该露出端的螺杆上螺合有一螺帽;其特征在于:
该本体的一端向外突出有环状的该本体在植设于墙壁上时与墙壁贴合的外缘。
其中,膨胀螺栓结构的外缘与本体之间相互垂直。
其中,膨胀螺栓结构的外缘的内侧处设为斜面。
通过上述结构,本实用新型的可替换的膨胀螺栓,藉由在膨胀螺栓的本体一端设有一外缘,该外缘可让该本体置入到墙壁之后,再次被撬拉出来,以有效改善旧式膨胀螺栓无法取出的弊端,进而可保留原本在墙壁上的壁孔以保留墙壁的美观,亦不需再另外凿孔,亦减少了一工作程序,实具经济效益。

具体实施方式
本实用新型有关一种可替换的膨胀螺栓,[请参阅图1]其包括:
一膨胀螺栓结构1,该主要由本体11、外缘12、槽孔13、螺杆14与一螺帽15所组成,设一管状的本体11,该本体11一端向外突出有环状的外缘12,且该外缘12与本体11之间相互垂直,又在本体11上亦可形成有若干个槽孔13,而又设一螺杆14由内而外穿设该本体11,使得螺杆14一端露出在本体11外,且该露出端的螺杆14上并螺合有一螺帽15。
本实用新型可替换的膨胀螺栓,[请参阅图2]该于实施时将膨胀螺栓结构1植设入墙壁2的状态,该预先将墙壁2上打出一壁孔21,而后令膨胀螺栓结构1的本体11与螺杆14一并嵌置在壁孔21内,之后将螺帽15锁入螺杆14外端,使螺杆14的尾端可将本体11抵撑于壁孔21内,藉以有效地将本体11固定在壁孔21中,且该外缘12则恰可贴附在墙壁2的外壁22上,此外,若欲撬出膨胀螺栓结构1,则必须先将螺帽15取下,继藉一外力敲击螺杆14,让本体11于壁孔21内松脱,继再藉由一工具置于外缘12与外壁22之间,并透过杠杆原理将工具向外拉,以俾使外缘12可一并带动本体11而撬拉出壁孔21外,藉此,可以保留原有的壁孔21。
本实用新型可替换的膨胀螺栓,[请参阅图2]该为能使膨胀螺栓结构1撬拉出壁孔21可更为方便,在该外缘12的内侧处可设为斜面121,该可使工具在置于外缘12与外壁22之间,可经由斜面121处更为容易将工具置入。
本实用新型可替换的膨胀螺栓,其优点在于,由于膨胀螺栓结构在嵌置入壁孔后,依然可再次撬拉出来,藉此,可保留原本在墙壁上的壁孔以保留墙壁的美观,亦不需再另外凿孔,亦减少了一工作程序,实具经济效益。
唯以上所述,仅为本实用新型的一较佳实施例而已,当不能以之限定本实用新型的范围。即大凡依本实用新型申请专利范围所作的均等变化与修饰,皆应仍属本实用新型专利涵盖的范围内。

1.一种可替换的膨胀螺栓,其特征在于包括:
一膨胀螺栓结构,由本体、槽孔、螺杆与一螺帽所组成,该管状的本体上形成有若干个槽孔,而该螺杆由内而外穿设该本体,该螺杆一端露出在本体外,且该露出端的螺杆上螺合有一螺帽;其特征在于:
该本体的一端向外突出有环状的该本体在植设于墙壁上时与墙壁贴合的外缘。
2.如权利要求1所述的可替换的膨胀螺栓,其特征在于,膨胀螺栓结构的外缘与本体之间相互垂直。
3.如权利要求1所述的可替换的膨胀螺栓,其特征在于,膨胀螺栓结构的外缘的内侧处设为斜面。
