本发明涉及一种聚苯乙烯防锈涂料,该涂料包括:90-120份聚苯乙烯、25-65份聚乙烯醇、10-25份醋酸纤维素、0.5-1.0份碱溶增稠剂、55-70份引发剂、2-5份二苯乙醇丁醚、5-10份磷酸铝、0.2-0.8份分散剂、15-30份钛白粉、2-5份成膜助剂及40-80份去离子水。本发明的防锈涂料安全无毒、绿色环保;干燥速度快、硬度高、光泽度好;且有阻水、阻氧、防锈时间长、效果好等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种涂料,尤其是一种聚苯乙烯防锈涂料,属于涂料技术领域。
背景技术
目前市面上的防锈涂料,其中防锈颜料中通常有红丹、铅粉或钡等组分,这些颜料都具有很强的毒性,价格高且污染环境,易燃,对人身体有害。但聚苯乙烯本身性质硬、脆,附着力和柔韧性差;在湿度较大的环境中,易生锈等弊端,针对上述现有技术存在的缺陷,需要改进更为适合的防锈涂料。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术存在的问题,提出了一种聚苯乙烯防锈涂料,解决了现有技术中存在的上述问题。本发明的涂料具有安全无毒、绿色环保;干燥速度快、硬度高、光泽度好;且有阻水、阻氧、防锈时间长、效果好等优点。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种聚苯乙烯防锈涂料,包括:90-120份聚苯乙烯、25-65份聚乙烯醇、10-25份醋酸纤维素、0.5-1.0份碱溶增稠剂、55-70份引发剂、2-5份二苯乙醇丁醚、5-10份磷酸铝、0.2-0.8份分散剂、15-30份钛白粉、2-5份成膜助剂及40-80份去离子水。
作为优选,由以下重量份数的组分组成:105份聚苯乙烯、40份聚乙烯醇、15份醋酸纤维素、0.8份碱溶增稠剂、60份引发剂、3.5份二苯乙醇丁醚、7份磷酸铝、0.5份分散剂、20份钛白粉、3.5份成膜助剂及65份去离子水。
本发明所述组份中的成膜助剂可与乙醚、乙烷及酯类等有机溶剂混溶。
本发明的有益效果是:该防锈涂料安全无毒、绿色环保;干燥速度快、硬度高、光泽度好;且有阻水、阻氧、防锈时间长、效果好等优点。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种聚苯乙烯防锈涂料,包括:90份聚苯乙烯、25份聚乙烯醇、10份醋酸纤维素、0.5份碱溶增稠剂、55份引发剂、2份二苯乙醇丁醚、5份磷酸铝、0.2份分散剂、15份钛白粉、2份成膜助剂及40份去离子水。
实施例2:
一种聚苯乙烯防锈涂料,包括:105份聚苯乙烯、40份聚乙烯醇、15份醋酸纤维素、0.8份碱溶增稠剂、60份引发剂、3.5份二苯乙醇丁醚、7份磷酸铝、0.5份分散剂、20份钛白粉、3.5份成膜助剂及65份去离子水。
根据以上原料的重量份数配制的聚苯乙烯防锈涂料,是通过以下步骤实现的:
(1)将105份聚苯乙烯、40份聚乙烯醇、15份醋酸纤维素、0.8份碱溶增稠剂、60份引发剂、3.5份二苯乙醇丁醚搅拌15分钟,至混合均匀后,得到混合物;
(2)向上述混合物中依次加入7份磷酸铝、0.5份分散剂、20份钛白粉、3.5份成膜助剂及65份去离子水,再次搅拌15分钟至混合均匀,得到聚苯乙烯防锈涂料。
实施例3:
一种聚苯乙烯防锈涂料,包括: 120份聚苯乙烯、65份聚乙烯醇、25份醋酸纤维素、1.0份碱溶增稠剂、70份引发剂、5份二苯乙醇丁醚、10份磷酸铝、0.8份分散剂、30份钛白粉、5份成膜助剂及80份去离子水。

1.一种聚苯乙烯防锈涂料,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的组分组成:90-120份聚苯乙烯、25-65份聚乙烯醇、10-25份醋酸纤维素、0.5-1.0份碱溶增稠剂、55-70份引发剂、2-5份二苯乙醇丁醚、5-10份磷酸铝、0.2-0.8份分散剂、15-30份钛白粉、2-5份成膜助剂及40-80份去离子水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚苯乙烯防锈涂料,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的组分组成:105份聚苯乙烯、40份聚乙烯醇、15份醋酸纤维素、0.8份碱溶增稠剂、60份引发剂、3.5份二苯乙醇丁醚、7份磷酸铝、0.5份分散剂、20份钛白粉、3.5份成膜助剂及65份去离子水。
3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种聚苯乙烯防锈涂料,其特征在于:所述组分中的成膜助剂可与乙醚、乙烷及酯类等有机溶剂混溶。
