本发明涉及一种高强度耐磨塑料,包括下列组分,聚乙烯120份,树脂40份,聚氯乙烯20份,苯胺12份,乙酸铵15份,氧化锆8份,三乙烯四胺5份,二氧化硅4份,聚苯胺7份,邻苯二甲酸二异癸酯8份,过氧化二异丙苯醇2份,亚磷酸三苯酯1份,三氧化二锑5份,二硫化钼5份。本发明所述高强度耐磨塑料,添加了三氧化二锑,使得塑料的制成品具有在低温时减少摩擦,在注塑生产产品时能够自行脱模,不需要用到脱模剂,生产成本和原材料成本大大降低,产品的机械强度大大提高,从而提高了产品的竞争力。

本发明涉及一种化工产品,尤其是一种高强度耐磨塑料。
背景技术
塑料作为常见的工业材料被应用,很多物品的外壳都是采用塑料制成的。塑料外壳存在脆、硬的问题,有的时候会发生破损和开裂的状况,影响物品的使用寿命。改性塑料的质量不稳定,抗老化性能并不佳,还是容易老化,发生龟裂,降低使用寿命。新型设备的装置和组件同样也有用耐塑料代替金属和热固性材料的趋势。这些都将会加大对耐塑料材料的需求量,从而带动市场需求。市场需要有能有极大幅降低摩擦系数,同时原材料自身耐磨性极强的零部件,普通塑料的诸多优点让设计人员很青睐,但自身耐磨性不足的缺点却又很让人头疼。

本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种高强度耐磨塑料。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的高强度耐磨塑料,包括下列组分,聚乙烯120份,树脂40份,聚氯乙烯20份,苯胺12份,乙酸铵15份,氧化锆8份,三乙烯四胺5份,二氧化硅4份,聚苯胺7份,邻苯二甲酸二异癸酯8份,过氧化二异丙苯醇2份,亚磷酸三苯酯1份,三氧化二锑5份,二硫化钼5份。
作为进一步的改进,所述塑料还包括果糖6份。
作为进一步的改进,所述塑料还包括有机纤维5份。
本发明所述高强度耐磨塑料,添加了三氧化二锑,使得塑料的制成品具有在低温时减少摩擦,在注塑生产产品时能够自行脱模,不需要用到脱模剂,生产成本和原材料成本大大降低,产品的机械强度大大提高,从而提高了产品的竞争力。
