Abstract

The device manufactured according to the method comprises a packed tower, a dehumidifying device, an adsorption device and an air circulating pipeline, wherein the packed tower is composed of a spray liquid distributor, packing, a spray liquid pond and a spray pump; the dehumidifying device is composed of a refrigeration compressor, an air-cooled condenser, a water-cooled condenser, a refrigerating expansion valve and a refrigerating evaporator, which are connected in series to form a refrigerating circulation system; and the air circulating pipeline is sequentially connected with a gas outlet of the packed tower, the adsorption device, the refrigerating evaporator, the air-cooled condenser, a circulating blower, and a packed tower dry gas inlet. Compared with a traditional distillation method for recovering the organic solvent, the energy is saved by over 70%.
