本发明涉及一种抗菌棉织物超疏水涂层面料,包括基层(2)和抗菌层(1),抗菌层(1)由经纱(11)和纬纱(12)相互连接制成,经纱(11)和纬纱(12)采用纳米银纤维纺织而成;所述基层由面料制成,所述面料包括棉织物,棉织物双层面上涂覆有纳米硅粒子层,在纳米硅粒子层表面还涂覆有疏水性的氟季胺硅烷耦合剂涂层。本发明提供了一种具有较好抗菌效果的抗菌棉织物超疏水涂层面料,减少细菌对人体的危害。本发明在穿着的过程中感觉舒服。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种纺织面料,尤其涉及一种抗菌棉织物超疏水涂层面料。
背景技术
人们每天都会穿着衣服在各种场合学习、工作、生活,不自觉间就会接触到各种细菌,长期累积富集,会对人体的健康产生危害。另外,传统的制作服装本体的面料不具有超疏水性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种抗菌棉织物超疏水涂层面料,可以提高抗菌效率,减少对人体健康的危害。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种抗菌棉织物超疏水涂层面料,包括基层和抗菌层,所述抗菌层由经纱和纬纱相互连接制成,所述经纱和纬纱采用纳米银纤维纺织而成;所述基层由面料制成,所述面料包括棉织物,棉织物双层面上涂覆有纳米硅粒子层,在纳米硅粒子层表面还涂覆有疏水性的氟季胺硅烷耦合剂涂层。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的抗菌棉织物超疏水涂层面料的抗菌层由经纱和纬纱相互连接制成,所述经纱和纬纱采用纳米银纤维纺织而成,纳米银纤维可以对大肠杆菌、淋球菌、沙眼衣原体等数十种致病微生物都有强烈的抑制和杀灭作用,抗菌效果较好。
本发明棉织物层、纳米硅粒子层和疏水性氟季胺硅烷耦合剂层的结合,使织物具有超疏水性能,水在织物表面的接触角为140°~150°;棉织物层、纳米硅粒子层和疏水性氟季胺硅烷耦合剂层的结合,水分子不容易通过,而气体分子可以通过,从而使织物具有拒水透气的效果,使人们在穿着的过程中感觉舒服。

参见图1,本发明涉及一种抗菌棉织物超疏水涂层面料,包括基层2和抗菌层1,所述抗菌层1由经纱11和纬纱12相互连接制成,所述经纱11和纬纱12采用纳米银纤维纺织而成,所述抗菌层1厚度为0.2mm。
所述基层由面料制成,所述面料包括棉织物,棉织物双层面上涂覆有纳米硅粒子层,在纳米硅粒子层表面还涂覆有疏水性的氟季胺硅烷耦合剂涂层。

1.一种抗菌棉织物超疏水涂层面料,包括基层(2)和抗菌层(1),所述抗菌层(1)由经纱(11)和纬纱(12)相互连接制成,其特征在于所述经纱(11)和纬纱(12)采用纳米银纤维纺织而成;所述基层由面料制成,所述面料包括棉织物,棉织物双层面上涂覆有纳米硅粒子层,在纳米硅粒子层表面还涂覆有疏水性的氟季胺硅烷耦合剂涂层。
