技术领域
本发明涉及一种面料，尤其是一种超轻薄户外吸汗面料。
背景技术
随着生活质量的提高，随着人们食物的丰富化，越来越多的人呈现出一种肥胖状态，因此很多人开始注重运动，通过运动来消耗热量锻炼身体。一般服装的面料为单层织物，功能单一，当人们出汗之后，服装便粘在身上，很不舒服。另外，传统的制作服装本体的面料不具有防水、透湿、保暖、抗撕拉和超轻薄等多项功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种能让人保持清爽的超轻薄户外吸汗面料。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种超轻薄户外吸汗面料，它包括基布层和面料层，所述基布层和面料层之间依次设有单向导汗层和吸汗层，所述单向导汗层为单向高分子薄膜，所述吸汗层为超吸水纤维；所述基布层包括基布，在基布表面涂覆有PU胶，在PU胶表面粘贴有PU膜，所述基布为超细旦即20旦尼尔织物。
本发明的有益效果是：
1、本发明超轻薄户外吸汗面料，其基布层和面料层之间依次设有单向导汗层和吸汗层，所述单向导汗层为单向高分子薄膜，所述吸汗层为超吸水纤维。当运动后，汗水会通过单向高分子薄膜进入到吸汗层，而汗水是无法逆向通过薄膜的，因此由该面料做成的服装不会粘在人身上，从而让人保持清爽。
2、本发明采用超轻薄尼龙织物+PU胶+PU膜三种材料复合制成，具有防水、透湿、保暖、抗撕拉和超轻薄等多项功能，可满足登山、滑雪等活动服饰的防水透湿的功能性及超薄的便利性要求，特别适合登山等户外活动中既需要减少背负物品重量，又需要服饰本身具备卓越的防护性能等条件下使用。

所述基布层包括基布，在基布表面涂覆有PU胶，在PU胶表面粘贴有PU膜，所述基布为超细旦即20旦尼尔织物。
