本发明公开了一种帆布鞋用抗菌反光面料,包括:基层、抗菌层和防水层;所述基层与所述抗菌层相连接;所述抗菌层覆盖在所述基层的下面,所述抗菌层为经线和纬线编织而成,其中经线和纬线均为竹炭纤维,所述经线中每隔一个经向间隔距离具有一根经向合股线,纬线中每隔一个纬向间隔距离具有一根纬向合股线;所述防水层与所述基层相连接,所述防水层覆盖在所述基层的上面;所述防水层表面设有反光条;所述面料表面设有微孔。通过上述方式,本发明一种帆布鞋用抗菌反光面料,该面料采用特殊的竹炭纤维,使其具有良好的抗菌能力,而且表面设有反光条,使其带有反光功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及面料领域,尤其涉及一种帆布鞋用抗菌反光面料。
背景技术
鞋子是人们活动的必备服装,休闲帆布鞋是年轻人非常喜爱的一种鞋,鞋面使用帆布制成,结实耐穿,结合不同的颜色和图案设计,时尚休闲。休闲帆布鞋一般用于户外穿着,然而由于长时间穿带,使得鞋子内容易滋生细菌,使得人们脚部感染一系列的疾病。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种帆布鞋用抗菌反光面料,该面料具有良好的抗菌能力,而且还有反光的功能。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:一种帆布鞋用抗菌反光面料,包括:基层、抗菌层和防水层;所述基层与所述抗菌层相连接;
所述抗菌层覆盖在所述基层的下面,所述抗菌层为经线和纬线编织而成,其中经线和纬线均为竹炭纤维,所述经线中每隔一个经向间隔距离具有一根经向合股线,纬线中每隔一个纬向间隔距离具有一根纬向合股线;
所述防水层与所述基层相连接,所述防水层覆盖在所述基层的上面;
所述防水层表面设有反光条;
所述面料表面设有微孔。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述径向间隔距离为0.5~1mm,所述纬向间隔距离为0.5~1mm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述经向间隔距离与所述纬向间隔距离相等。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种帆布鞋用抗菌反光面料,该面料采用特殊的竹炭纤维,使其具有良好的抗菌能力,而且表面设有反光条,使其带有反光功能。

请参阅图1,本发明实施例包括:一种帆布鞋用抗菌反光面料,包括:基层1、抗菌层2和防水层3,所述基层1与所述抗菌层2相连接,所述基层1为基底,用于所述抗菌层2和所述防水层3的附着。
所述抗菌层2覆盖在所述基层1的下面,所述抗菌层2为经线和纬线编织而成,其中经线和纬线均为竹炭纤维,所述经线中每隔一个经向间隔距离具有一根经向合股线,纬线中每隔一个纬向间隔距离具有一根纬向合股线,所述径向间隔距离为0.5~1mm,所述纬向间隔距离为0.5~1mm,所述经向间隔距离与所述纬向间隔距离相等,竹炭纤维具有良好的抗菌抑菌作用,还具有良好的吸湿透气功能。
所述防水层3与所述基层1相连接,所述防水层3覆盖在所述基层1的上面,所述防水层3起到了对所述基层1的防水作用。
所述防水层3表面设有反光条4,所述反光条4使得所述面料在夜晚显得格外醒目。
所述面料表面设有微孔5,所述微孔5大小大于汗气分子的大小,且小于水分子的大小,使得液态的水无法通过,而人体的汗气可以通过所述微孔5顺利排出体外,由于贴近人体的气体会相对较热,压力会比体外气体大,在这种压力的作用下汗气就会自动排出。
与现有技术相比,本发明一种帆布鞋用抗菌反光面料,该面料采用特殊的竹炭纤维,使其具有良好的抗菌能力,而且表面设有反光条,使其带有反光功能。

1.一种帆布鞋用抗菌反光面料,其特征在于,包括:基层、抗菌层和防水层;所述基层与所述抗菌层相连接;
所述抗菌层覆盖在所述基层的下面,所述抗菌层为经线和纬线编织而成,其中经线和纬线均为竹炭纤维,所述经线中每隔一个经向间隔距离具有一根经向合股线,纬线中每隔一个纬向间隔距离具有一根纬向合股线;
所述防水层与所述基层相连接,所述防水层覆盖在所述基层的上面;
所述防水层表面设有反光条;
所述面料表面设有微孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种帆布鞋用抗菌反光面料,其特征在于:所述径向间隔距离为0.5~1mm,所述纬向间隔距离为0.5~1mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种帆布鞋用抗菌反光面料,其特征在于:所述经向间隔距离与所述纬向间隔距离相等。
