Abstract

本发明公开了风力发电机组感温自启动灭火系统，包括气瓶、瓶头阀、探火管；所述瓶头阀安装在气瓶上；所述探火管是充压非金属软管，其一端通过瓶头阀与气瓶相连，管身布置在各设备易起火部位；所述气瓶内装有灭火介质。由于采用了热裂材料做探火管，灭火介质由裂口自动喷出，实现了自动探测火源、自动灭火功能；整个设备结构简单，制作方便，成本低，效果好。

技术领域
本发明涉及风力发电机组消防设备，具体地讲是一种风力发电机组的火灾自动探测和自动灭火系统。
背景技术
风力发电机组长期运行在无人值守地区，且内部设备贵重。风力发电机组运行过程中的电气设备、电缆极易因为过载、短路等原因形成火灾事故，因无有效的火灾探测或灭火设备，导致风力发电机组被烧坏，损失惨重。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术问题，提供一种安装在风力发电机组，可以适应不同环境，能够实现对电气火灾自动探测、自动灭火的火灾防护系统。
实现本发明的技术方案是：风力发电机组感温自启动灭火系统，包括气瓶、瓶头阀、探火管；所述瓶头阀安装在气瓶上；所述探火管是充压非金属软管，其一端通过瓶头阀与气瓶相连，管身布置在各设备易起火部位；所述气瓶内装有灭火介质。
所述探火管以S型的方式布置在电气柜内的电气元件上。
所述探火管同时布置在多个电气柜内。
所述灭火介质为七氟丙烷气体、二氧化碳气体、超细干粉中的一种。
所述瓶头阀有压力开关，该压力开关连接有声光报警器。
所述声光报警器的报警信号线连接至风力发电机组主控系统。
本发明的有益效果是：
1、由于采用了热裂材料做探火管，灭火介质由裂口自动喷出，实现了自动探测火源、自动灭火功能；
2、探火管可以在多个电气柜内布置，使自动检测、自动灭火的范围很大；
3、整个设备结构简单，制作方便，成本低，效果好。

具体实施方式
  以下结合附图对本发明做进一步的说明。
如图1所示：风力发电机组感温自启动灭火系统，包括气瓶1、瓶头阀2、探火管3；所述瓶头阀2安装在气瓶1上；所述探火管3由热裂材料制成，其一端通过瓶头阀2与气瓶1相连，管身布置在电气柜内的各易起火部位；所述气瓶1内装有灭火介质七氟丙烷气体。所述探火管3以S型的方式布置在多个电气柜内的电气元件上。所述瓶头阀2有压力开关5，该压力开关5连接有声光报警器4。所述声光报警器4的报警信号线连接至风力发电机组主控系统。
本发明工作过程是：当电气柜内某一点发生燃烧，由于火焰的高温影响，探火管3距离火源最近的一点将会破裂形成一个小口，气瓶1中的灭火介质将从探火管3的该爆破口释放到火源点。当探火管3发生爆破后，瓶头阀2处的压力开关5将启动声光报警器4，进行报警。

1. 风力发电机组感温自启动灭火系统，其特征在于：包括气瓶、瓶头阀、探火管；所述瓶头阀安装在气瓶上；所述探火管是充压非金属软管，其一端通过瓶头阀与气瓶相连，管身布置在各设备易起火部位；所述气瓶内装有灭火介质。
2.根据权利要求1所述风力发电机组感温自启动灭火系统，其特征在于：所述探火管以S型的方式布置在电气柜内的电气元件上。
3.根据权利要求1所述风力发电机组感温自启动灭火系统，其特征在于：所述探火管同时布置在多个电气柜内。
4.根据权利要求1所述风力发电机组感温自启动灭火系统，其特征在于：所述灭火介质为七氟丙烷气体、二氧化碳气体、超细干粉中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述风力发电机组感温自启动灭火系统，其特征在于：所述瓶头阀有压力开关，该压力开关连接有声光报警器。
6.根据权利要求5所述风力发电机组感温自启动灭火系统，其特征在于：所述声光报警器的报警信号线连接至风力发电机组主控系统。
