本发明属于中药技术领域，涉及一种治疗疣的药物。
背景技术
疣是由病毒引起的一种皮肤表面赘生物，病毒存在于棘层细胞中，可促使细胞增生，形成疣状损害,多见于儿童及青年，潜伏期为1～3个月，能自身接扩散。常见的有寻常疣、扁干疣、传染性软疣、尖锐湿疣等，中医学称之为疣目、鼠乳、枯筋箭、千日疮、痂疮、悔气疮，俗称“瘊子”或“坚头肉”。
疣好发于手指、手背、足缘等处，亦可发生于身体表面的任何部位，甚至鼻孔、舌面、耳道内、唇内侧、睑缘，广泛者可累及四肢大部分。病变初期，表现为硬固、突出皮面的小丘疹，呈灰黄、灰白、黄褐或淡黄色，表面粗糙角化，数目不定，初起多为1个，以后可增多至数个或数十个不等，随病程进展，皮损可增大呈斑片状。其中，发生在指/趾甲周或甲下的寻常疣称为甲周疣或甲下疣，其根部常位于甲廓内，表现为单纯性角化，待侵及皮肤时，才出现典型的赘疣状损害，若向甲下蔓延、使甲掀起，破坏甲的生长，易致裂口、疼痛及继发感染；发生于眼睑、颈、颏部等处的疣为丝状疣，为单个细软的丝状突起，长度一般不超过1 cm左右，正常皮色或棕灰色；在同一个柔软的基础上发生一簇集的参差不齐的多个指状突起，其尖端为角质样物的疣为指状疣，常发生于头皮或趾间，亦可发生于面部，常为数个，可经久不消。
疣的治疗方法有全身及局部两种治疗方法，一般选择为局部治疗。局部治疗一般为物理疗法，如二氧化碳激光、高频电、液氮冷冻等。但是这些方法不仅疼痛严重、容易留疤痕、甚至损伤神经，而且存在容易复发的缺点。
为了解决现有技术存在的上述缺点，本发明提供了一种适用于局部治疗疣的药物。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种治疗疣的药物。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种治疗疣的药物，由下列重量份数的中药原料组成：
败酱草48-53       黄芪27-31      红花14-16
丹参8-11       木贼9-12     香附8-12
大黄7-11。
进一步地，上述治疗疣的药物，由下列优选重量份数的中药原料组成：
败酱草50       黄芪30       红花15
丹参10         木贼10       香附10
大黄10。
制备时，将上述中药原料清洗干净，加水分别煎煮三次，合并三次滤液，即得。
使用方法：每日用本发明药物湿敷患处30min，或者将药物加热水升温后泡洗患处20-30min。
本发明药物败酱草具有清热解毒、消痈排脓、祛瘀止痛的功效，为臣药，起到解毒排淤的作用；黄芪能排脓止痛，红花可活血通经，祛瘀止痛，丹参祛瘀止痛，凉血消痈，清心除烦，本发明药物组合物中，黄芪、红花、丹参为臣药，三者相互作用，加强药物补气活血、加强药物散瘀的功效；木贼疏散风热、明目退翳、止血，香附可解表止痛，本发明药物木贼和香附为佐药，两者一起起到清热散瘀，疏理气机的作用；大黄为使药，可加强君药的散瘀功效。
为了验证本发明药物的疗效，进行了以下试验：
选取年龄在7-45岁的患者50例，其中面部患疣的29例，手足患疣的21例，治疗时，每日使用本发明药物洗泡或者湿敷1次，时间为20-30min，其中39例在使用1周后，小皮疹结痂脱落，连用两周后，状态消失；有11例连用一个月后，皮损均可脱落，并且对激光或冷冻治疗后，预防皮损复发有效，愈后不留疤痕。即本发明药物治愈率达到98%，有效率达到100%。
本发明药物安全无毒，无副作用，治愈时间短，成本低，治愈率高。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1
称取败酱草50g、黄芪30g、红花15g、丹参10g、木贼10g、香附10g、大黄10g，将上述中药原料清洗干净，加水分别煎煮三次，合并三次滤液，即得本发明治疗疣的药物。
实施例2
称取败酱草52g、黄芪31g、红花16g、丹参9g、木贼11g、香附8g、大黄11g，将上述中药原料清洗干净，加水分别煎煮三次，合并三次滤液，即得本发明治疗疣的药物。
实施例3
称取败酱草53g、黄芪27g、红花14g、丹参11g、木贼9g、香附9g、大黄9g，将上述中药原料清洗干净，加水分别煎煮三次，合并三次滤液，即得本发明治疗疣的药物。
实施例4
称取败酱草48g、黄芪29g、红花15g、丹参8g、木贼12g、香附12g、大黄7g，将上述中药原料清洗干净，加水分别煎煮三次，合并三次滤液，即得本发明治疗疣的药物。
