本发明涉及一种款冬花泡腾片及其制备方法。
背景技术
款冬为菊科款冬的花蕾,性味辛温,具有润肺下气,化痰止嗽的作用。在《本经》中记载:对“寒束肺经之饮邪喘、嗽最宜”。气味虽温,润而不燥,则温热之邪,郁于肺经而不得疏泄者,亦能治之。故外感内伤、寒热虚实的咳嗽,皆可应用。特别是肺虚久咳不止,最为适用。
目前,由于款冬花的药用价值较高,款冬花的种植也收到越来越多的普及,因此,对于款冬花进行下游产业的开发非常有市场前景。

本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种款冬花泡腾片,具有润肺下气,化痰止嗽的功效。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的。
一种款冬花泡腾片,其成分包括:
款冬花50-120份、甘草20-50份、桃仁5-20份、紫苏叶10-30份、黄芩5-20份、川芎5-15份、红花5-15份、苦杏仁5-15份、连翘5-20份、枸杞子5-15份。
进一步地,其成分包括:
款冬花80份、甘草40份、桃仁8份、紫苏叶26份、黄芩13份、川芎7份、红花7份、苦杏仁13份、连翘9份、枸杞子8份。
一种款冬花泡腾片的制备方法,步骤包括:
(1)挑选饱满的款冬花,在40-45℃条件下烘干,并平摊晾晒;
(2)将晾晒后的款冬花进行粉碎,粉碎至30-40目;
(3)将粉碎后的款冬花在真空烘焙箱内在80-85℃条件下烘焙1-2h;
(4)将甘草、紫苏叶、黄芩、川芎、红花分别粉碎至20-30目、30-50目、30-50目、25-40目、15-30目,并将粉碎后的款冬花、甘草、紫苏叶、黄芩、川芎、红花混合加5-10倍的水煎煮至少2次,每次至少1小时,过滤后收集滤液A;
(5)将桃仁、苦杏仁、枸杞子分别粉碎至50-80目、60-85目、55-75目,并将粉碎的桃仁、苦杏仁、枸杞子加10-15倍的水煎煮至少4次,每次至少1小时,过滤后收集滤液B;
(6)将滤液A、滤液B进行混合均匀后,浓缩成膏;
(7)将(6)的膏在80-90℃条件下烘干至少1天,粉碎成30-40目的粉末;
(8)将(7)的粉末进行压片获得泡腾片。
本发明的有益效果:
以款冬花为主要原料,制得的泡腾片具有润肺下气,化痰止嗽的功效,并且确保了款冬花泡腾片的有效性、高效性、安全性;款冬花泡腾片的制备方法步骤精简,获得的泡腾片质量较佳。
