本发明公开了一种矿植物多元复合液,是将金银花提取物、鱼腥草提取物、山楂提取物、太子参提取物中的任意两种或两种以上加入水中溶解,再加入矿物质浓缩液,溶解,反应1~3小时,随后加入药用腐殖酸,溶解,过滤制得的。本发明所提供的矿植物多元复合液,可为人体补充所需的微量元素和氨基酸,增强机体对各种有害刺激的防御能力,增强人体内的物质代谢,改善微循环,同时具有抗菌抗炎的效果,治疗如急(慢)性肠炎、胃十二指肠溃疡、单纯消化不良和菌痢等疾病的功效得到提高。将本发明矿植物多元复合液制成功能性饮料或保健酒品,也具有一定的抗病(抗菌抗炎)—疏通(改善微循环)—补充(微量元素和氨基酸)的保健效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及矿植物多元复合液及其制备方法和应用,属于医药领域。
背景技术
研究表明炎症是最常见的病理过程之一,是机体对各种损伤所发生的以防御为主的反应,除了物理、化学和生物学因素引起炎症外,一些让人倍感压力的事情过度烦恼可能会引发炎症。因此,慢性炎症被越来越多地与各种失调症和疾病联系起来。换句话说,机体一直都处在炎症和抗炎症的过程中。一些食药两用中药具有抗菌抗炎症的作用。
微循环障碍是血液理化性质的改变,使局部组织缺血缺氧甚至坏死,起一系列临床症状。微循环发生障碍容易导致人体的衰老、免疫功能的紊乱以及疾病的发生,会使很多人处于亚健康状态,微循环畅通百病不生,微循环障碍是百病之源。腐殖酸具有活血止血、抗菌、抗病毒、改善微循环、调节内分泌的作用。
现代大量研究证明,不论在工业化国家还是发展中国家,正常人、营养不良者,缺乏微量元素的情况均相当普遍。而矿元素是从原生矿中萃取出的多种人体必需的微量元素,通过补充人体需要的微量元素,可防止人体微量元素缺乏而产生的“现代病”。
目前,功能性饮料,例如红牛、脉动饮料主要就是补充维生素,保健酒劲酒主要是祛风除湿、补肾,作用都只侧重于一个方面。能够同时起到两种作用的功能性饮料或保健酒品尚未见于相关科技报道中。因此,制备一种同时兼具多种功用矿植物多元复合液,能让更多的人在日常补充水分和饮酒的过程中,就能够达到抗病(抗菌抗炎)—疏通(改善微循环)—补充(微量元素和氨基酸)的效果,显得尤为必要。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种矿植物多元复合液及其制备方法,所制备得到的矿植物多元复合液,可以为人体补充微量元素和氨基酸,改善微循环,同时具有抗菌抗炎的效果。
本发明的另一目的是为了提供矿植物多元复合液的应用,将矿植物多元复合液制成功能性饮料或保健酒品。
为了实现上述目标,本发明采用如下的技术方案:
一种矿植物多元复合液,它是将金银花提取物、鱼腥草提取物、山楂提取物、太子参提取物中的任意两种或两种以上加入水中溶解,再加入矿物质浓缩液,溶解,反应1~3小时,随后加入药用腐殖酸,溶解,过滤制得的。
前述1L矿植物多元复合液中:所述金银花提取物、鱼腥草提取物、山楂提取物、太子参提取物、药用腐殖酸的用量分别为0.5~1g、0.5~1g、0.03~0.3g、1~5g、0.05~0.1g,加入的矿物质浓缩液中含有镁30-60mg、锌3-20mg和铁10-20mg。
前述金银花提取物、鱼腥草提取物、山楂提取物和太子参提取物均为10:1的比例提取物。
矿植物多元复合液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将金银花提取物、鱼腥草提取物、山楂提取物、太子参提取物中的任意两种或两种以上加入纯净水中,搅拌至提取物完全溶解,(2)滴入矿物质浓缩液,搅拌至完全溶解,(3)调节pH值为5~7,加热至60~80℃,反应1~3小时,(4)随后加入药用腐殖酸,经搅拌,溶解,过滤后即得。
矿植物多元复合液的应用,是按食品添加剂使用标准GB2760向矿植物多元复合液中添加适量的香精和甜味剂,勾兑制成功能性饮料。
进一步地,在前述功能性饮料中加入白酒,制成含酒饮料。
矿植物多元复合液的应用,是将矿植物多元复合液按10%~20%的体积浓度加入到白酒中,制成保健酒。
本发明首次将矿元素、药用腐殖酸和食药两用中药三部分经制备获得矿植物多元复合液。
矿物质浓缩液,矿元素是从原生矿中萃取出的多种人体必需的微量元素,通过补充人体需要的微量元素,防止人体微量元素缺乏而产生的“现代病”,将疾病抑制在萌芽状态,促进人体新陈代谢,提高身体免疫力。
腐殖酸,是含有羧基、酚羟基、醌基、醇基等官能团的天然芳香-脂肪族有机酸的复合物。具有活血止血、抗菌、抗病毒、改善微循环、调节内分泌的作用。相当于中医药的扶正祛邪、协调阴阳、补偏救弊的功效。可以治疗病毒和细菌感染,尤其是艾滋病毒感染,癌症和其它疾病。对上消化道出血,胃及十二指肠溃疡及高血压等病症效果显著。对治疗糖尿病有效果。
食药两用中药,选用金银花、鱼腥草、山楂和太子参。
、金银花,具有清热解毒,通经活络,广谱抗菌及抗病毒的功能。有解暑、醒酒、清脑、解渴、清除体内有毒物质、降脂、减肥、美容洁肤、延缓衰老等功效。
、鱼腥草,可提高机体的免疫力,广谱抗菌、抗病毒,有防癌、抗肿瘤的作用。
、山楂,具有养颜瘦身,消除体内脂肪,减少脂肪吸收的功效。有降压,防脂,抗氧化,增强免疫力,消除胃肠道有害细菌,养肝护肝,预防肝癌的作用。山楂中的总黄酮成份有扩张血管和持久降压的作用。还具有活血化淤止疼的功效。
、太子参,对机体具有适应原样作用,既能增强机体对各种有害刺激的防御能力。还可增强人体内的物质代谢。具有补益脾肺;益气生津。主脾胃虚弱;食欲不振;倦怠无力;气阴两伤;干咳痰少;自汗气短;以及温病后期气虚津伤;内热口渴;或神经衰弱,心悸失眠,头昏健忘,小儿夏季热。
利用矿元素与中药中的游离氨基酸螯合,形成微量元素氨基酸螯合物。同时腐殖酸含有大量的官能团,腐殖酸结构中的羧基、酚羟基等官能团也可以与一些金属离子形成HA-Ca、HA-Mg、HA-Zn等络合物或螯合物。微量元素络合物或螯合物、微量元素氨基酸螯合物更利于机体吸收,提高了生物利用率。由于微量元素氨基酸螯合物的生物效价高,上述四种植物药自身所含的微量元素和氨基酸与加入的金属微量元素经加热螯合,增加了螯合率,起到协同和强化的作用,使得矿植物多元复合液能补充人体需要的微量元素,治疗如急(慢)性肠炎、胃十二指肠溃疡、单纯消化不良和菌痢等疾病的功效得到提高。
金银花、鱼腥草有很好的抗菌抗炎效果;山楂配合腐殖酸能够改善微循环;添加矿物质浓缩液、太子参除了得到较好的螯合比,提高螯合物浓度外,太子参的皂苷等有效成分能增强机体对各种有害刺激的防御能力,增强人体内的物质代谢。
本发明中中药提取物的比例为10:1,金银花提取物的浓度为0.5~1g/L,鱼腥草提取物的浓度为0.5~1g/L,山楂提取物的浓度为0.03~0.3g/L,太子参提取物的浓度为1~5g/L,一方面是使用该比例配制多元复合液是有效和安全的;另一方面,有利于调节中药所含的微量元素和氨基酸含量,以及添加的矿物质浓缩液总量,从而形成微量元素和氨基酸的比例在1:2的最佳螯合比。
每1L矿植物多元复合液中加入的矿物质浓缩液里含有镁30-60mg、锌3-20mg和铁10-20mg。几种中药都含有丰富的微量元素,例如太子参含有Fe、Cu、Zn、Cr、Ni、Co、Sr、Mn、Pb、Li、Na、B、Be、Ti、Al、Ca、Mg、K、P、Se等丰富的元素。增加这几种元素的量,是为了增加这几种元素螯合物浓度。
药用腐殖酸中黄腐酸含量不少于90%,黄腐酸分子量小,生物活性高,适宜做药用保健品用。棕腐酸次之,黑腐酸更差,通常都是选用高纯度高活性的黄腐酸。
本发明中四种中药均为陕西昊辰生物科技有限公司生产,金银花提取物,生产批号:JYH11140410;鱼腥草提取物,生产批号:YXC1404015;山楂提取物,生产批号:SZY140401;太子参提取物,生产批号:TZS140410;药用腐殖酸为上海通微生物技术有限公司生产;矿物质浓缩液为辽宁昂宇矿物质浓缩液有限公司生产,辽研(2014)第0073号和第0074号。
将浓度为1g/L金银花10:1的比例提取物、浓度为1g/L鱼腥草10:1的比例提取物和矿植物多元复合液对不同菌株进行抑菌实验。采用常量肉汤稀释法,用千分卡尺测量抑菌直径,其中1L矿植物多元复合液中各组分含量如表1所示。

抑菌实验用检测设备:细菌培养用牛肉蛋白胨培养基。仪器:手提压力蒸汽灭菌锅(XFS-280),培养箱(HN-40S,天津宏诺仪器有限公司),超净工作台(SW-CJ-1D,上海苏净实业有限公司),pH酸度计(HM-205TOA),水浴锅(HH-2),万分之一电子天平(JJ124BC),冰箱(BCD-180)。
测试结果如表2所示。

由表2测试结果可以得知,对于三种不同菌株,矿植物多元复合液的抑菌效果明显比单一中药提取物高。表明矿植物多元复合液由于产生协同增效效应,其抗菌抗炎效果有了明显提升。
本发明的有益效果:本发明所提供的矿植物多元复合液,可以为人体补充所需的微量元素和氨基酸,能增强机体对各种有害刺激的防御能力,增强人体内的物质代谢,改善微循环,同时具有抗菌抗炎的效果,治疗如急(慢)性肠炎、胃十二指肠溃疡、单纯消化不良和菌痢等疾病的功效得到提高。还可以将本发明矿植物多元复合液制成功能性饮料或保健酒品,从而在日常生活中对人体起到一定的抗病(抗菌抗炎)—疏通(改善微循环)—补充(微量元素和氨基酸)的保健效果。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的介绍。
实施例1
矿植物多元复合液的制备:包括以下步骤:(1)将1g金银花10:1的比例提取物、1g鱼腥草10:1的比例提取物、0.03g山楂10:1的比例提取物和1g太子参10:1的比例提取物加入约1L纯净水中,搅拌至提取物完全溶解,(2)滴入矿物质浓缩液至混合溶液为1L,滴入的矿物质浓缩液中含有镁30mg、锌3mg和铁10mg,搅拌至完全溶解,(3)调节pH值为7,加热至80℃,反应3小时,(4)随后加入50mg药用腐殖酸,经搅拌,溶解,过滤后得到矿植物多元复合液。
实施例2
矿植物多元复合液的制备:包括以下步骤:(1)将0.5g金银花10:1的比例提取物、0.5g鱼腥草10:1的比例提取物、0.3g山楂10:1的比例提取物和5g太子参10:1的比例提取物加入约1L纯净水中,搅拌至提取物完全溶解,(2)滴入矿物质浓缩液至混合溶液为1L,滴入的矿物质浓缩液中含有镁60mg、锌20mg和铁20mg,搅拌至完全溶解,(3)调节pH值为5,加热至60℃,反应1小时,(4)随后加入100mg药用腐殖酸,经搅拌,溶解,过滤后得到矿植物多元复合液。
实施例3
矿植物多元复合液的制备:包括以下步骤:(1)将0.75g金银花10:1的比例提取物、0.75g鱼腥草10:1的比例提取物、0.16g山楂10:1的比例提取物和3g太子参10:1的比例提取物加入约1L纯净水中,搅拌至提取物完全溶解,(2)滴入矿物质浓缩液至混合溶液为1L,滴入的矿物质浓缩液中含有镁45mg、锌10mg和铁15mg,搅拌至完全溶解,(3)调节pH值为6,加热至70℃,反应2小时,(4)随后加入75mg药用腐殖酸,经搅拌,溶解,过滤后得到矿植物多元复合液。
实施例4
矿植物多元复合液的制备:包括以下步骤:(1)将0.8g金银花10:1的比例提取物和0.7g鱼腥草10:1的比例提取物,加入约1L纯净水中,搅拌至提取物完全溶解,(2)滴入矿物质浓缩液至混合溶液为1L,滴入的矿物质浓缩液中含有镁35mg、锌8mg和铁18mg,搅拌至完全溶解,(3)调节pH值为6,加热至75℃,反应2小时,(4)随后加入80mg药用腐殖酸,经搅拌,溶解,过滤后得到矿植物多元复合液。
实施例5
矿植物多元复合液的制备:包括以下步骤:(1)将0.7g金银花10:1的比例提取物和0.26g山楂10:1的比例提取物加入约1L纯净水中,搅拌至提取物完全溶解,(2)滴入矿物质浓缩液至混合溶液为1L,滴入的矿物质浓缩液中含有镁40mg、锌15mg和铁11mg,搅拌至完全溶解,(3)调节pH值为5,加热至60℃,反应1小时,(4)随后加入60mg药用腐殖酸,经搅拌,溶解,过滤后得到矿植物多元复合液。
实施例6
矿植物多元复合液的制备:包括以下步骤:(1)将0.9g金银花10:1的比例提取物和3g太子参10:1的比例提取物加入约1L纯净水中,搅拌至提取物完全溶解,(2)滴入矿物质浓缩液至混合溶液为1L,滴入的矿物质浓缩液中含有镁43mg、锌13mg和铁12mg,搅拌至完全溶解,(3)调节pH值为6,加热至65℃,反应3小时,(4)随后加入60mg药用腐殖酸,经搅拌,溶解,过滤后得到矿植物多元复合液。
实施例7
矿植物多元复合液的制备:包括以下步骤:(1)将0.6g鱼腥草10:1的比例提取物和0.17g山楂10:1的比例提取物加入约1L纯净水中,搅拌至提取物完全溶解,(2)滴入矿物质浓缩液至混合溶液为1L,滴入的矿物质浓缩液中含有镁55mg、锌19mg和铁13mg,搅拌至完全溶解,(3)调节pH值为5,加热至80℃,反应2小时,(4)随后加入70mg药用腐殖酸,经搅拌,溶解,过滤后得到矿植物多元复合液。
实施例8
矿植物多元复合液的制备:包括以下步骤:(1)将0.8g鱼腥草10:1的比例提取物和2g太子参10:1的比例提取物加入约1L纯净水中,搅拌至提取物完全溶解,(2)滴入矿物质浓缩液至混合溶液为1L,滴入的矿物质浓缩液中含有镁38mg、锌17mg和铁14mg,搅拌至完全溶解,(3)调节pH值为5,加热至70℃,反应2.5小时,(4)随后加入55mg药用腐殖酸,经搅拌,溶解,过滤后得到矿植物多元复合液。
实施例9
矿植物多元复合液的制备:包括以下步骤:(1)将0.21g山楂10:1的比例提取物和4g太子参10:1的比例提取物加入约1L纯净水中,搅拌至提取物完全溶解,(2)滴入矿物质浓缩液至混合溶液为1L,滴入的矿物质浓缩液中含有镁58mg、锌9mg和铁15mg,搅拌至完全溶解,(3)调节pH值为7,加热至70℃,反应1.5小时,(4)随后加入75mg药用腐殖酸,经搅拌,溶解,过滤后得到矿植物多元复合液。
实施例10
矿植物多元复合液的制备:包括以下步骤:(1)将0.9g金银花10:1的比例提取物、1g鱼腥草10:1的比例提取物和0.11g山楂10:1的比例提取物加入约1L纯净水中,搅拌至提取物完全溶解,(2)滴入矿物质浓缩液至混合溶液为1L,滴入的矿物质浓缩液中含有镁52mg、锌11mg和铁16mg,搅拌至完全溶解,(3)调节pH值为6,加热至75℃,反应2.5小时,(4)随后加入85mg药用腐殖酸,经搅拌,溶解,过滤后得到矿植物多元复合液。
实施例11
矿植物多元复合液的制备:包括以下步骤:(1)将0.5g金银花10:1的比例提取物、0.6g鱼腥草10:1的比例提取物和2g太子参10:1的比例提取物加入约1L纯净水中,搅拌至提取物完全溶解,(2)滴入矿物质浓缩液至混合溶液为1L,滴入的矿物质浓缩液中含有镁36mg、锌6mg和铁17mg,搅拌至完全溶解,(3)调节pH值为5,加热至70℃,反应1小时,(4)随后加入65mg药用腐殖酸,经搅拌,溶解,过滤后得到矿植物多元复合液。
实施例12
矿植物多元复合液的制备:包括以下步骤:(1)将0.7g金银花10:1的比例提取物、0.05g山楂10:1的比例提取物和3.5g太子参10:1的比例提取物加入约1L纯净水中,搅拌至提取物完全溶解,(2)滴入矿物质浓缩液至混合溶液为1L,滴入的矿物质浓缩液中含有镁50mg、锌12mg和铁18mg,搅拌至完全溶解,(3)调节pH值为6,加热至75℃,反应3小时,(4)随后加入95mg药用腐殖酸,经搅拌,溶解,过滤后得到矿植物多元复合液。
实施例13
矿植物多元复合液的制备:包括以下步骤:(1)将0.9g鱼腥草10:1的比例提取物、0.1g山楂10:1的比例提取物和4.5g太子参10:1的比例提取物加入约1L纯净水中,搅拌至提取物完全溶解,(2)滴入矿物质浓缩液至混合溶液为1L,滴入的矿物质浓缩液中含有镁47mg、锌5mg和铁19mg,搅拌至完全溶解,(3)调节pH值为6,加热至75℃,反应2小时,(4)随后加入90mg药用腐殖酸,经搅拌,溶解,过滤后得到矿植物多元复合液。
实施例14
矿植物多元复合液的应用:将实施例1制得的矿植物多元复合液900ml按食品添加剂使用标准GB2760添加0.125mL香精和250mg甜味剂,勾兑制得功能性饮料;在前述功能性饮料中加入白酒100mL,制得含酒饮料。该功能性饮料和含酒饮料均具有一定的抗病(抗菌抗炎)—疏通(改善微循环)—补充(微量元素和氨基酸)的保健效果。
实施例15
矿植物多元复合液的应用:取实施例2制得的矿植物多元复合液150mL,加入850 mL的白酒中,制得保健酒。该保健酒具有一定的抗病(抗菌抗炎)—疏通(改善微循环)—补充(微量元素和氨基酸)的保健效果。
Claims (7)
1.一种矿植物多元复合液,其特征在于:它是将金银花提取物、鱼腥草提取物、山楂提取物、太子参提取物中的任意两种或两种以上加入水中溶解,再加入矿物质浓缩液,溶解,反应1~3小时,随后加入药用腐殖酸,溶解,过滤制得的。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的矿植物多元复合液,其特征在于:1L矿植物多元复合液中:所述金银花提取物、鱼腥草提取物、山楂提取物、太子参提取物、药用腐殖酸的用量分别为0.5~1g、0.5~1g、0.03~0.3g、1~5g、0.05~0.1g,加入的矿物质浓缩液中含有镁30-60mg、锌3-20mg和铁10-20mg。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的矿植物多元复合液,其特征在于: 所述金银花提取物、鱼腥草提取物、山楂提取物和太子参提取物均为10:1的比例提取物。
4.如权利要求1~3任一项所述的矿植物多元复合液的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:(1)将金银花提取物、鱼腥草提取物、山楂提取物、太子参提取物中的任意两种或两种以上加入纯净水中,搅拌至提取物完全溶解,(2)滴入矿物质浓缩液,搅拌至完全溶解,(3)调节pH值为5~7,加热至60~80℃,反应1~3小时,(4)随后加入药用腐殖酸,经搅拌,溶解,过滤后即得。
5.如权利要求1~3任一项所述矿植物多元复合液的应用,其特征在于:按食品添加剂使用标准GB2760向矿植物多元复合液中添加适量的香精和甜味剂,勾兑制成功能性饮料。
6.根据权利要求5所述的矿植物多元复合液的应用,其特征在于:在所述功能性饮料中加入白酒,制成含酒饮料。
7.如权利要求1~3任一项所述的矿植物多元复合液的应用,其特征在于:将矿植物多元复合液按10%~20%的体积浓度加入到白酒中,制成保健酒。
