背景信息

发明内容

短语“在一个实施方案中”、“根据一个实施方案”等通常表示在该短语之后的具体的特征、结构或特性被包括在本发明的至少一个实施方案中,并且可以包括在本发明的多于一种的实施方案中。重要的是,这种短语不必然指相同的实施方案。
如果说明书记载组分或特征“可以”、“能够”、“会”或“可能”包括或具有一定特性,则该特定的组分或特征不是必须包括或具有该特性。
对于处理含有化石流体的地下地层的方法来说,术语“处理”包括使用本领域已知的任何适宜方式将化学品置于地下地层内,例如将该化学品泵送、注入、倾倒、释放、置换、定位或循环到井、井筒或地下地层中。
术语“化石流体”包括油质材料,例如在油田沉积物、油页岩、沥青砂、重油沉积物等中发现的那些。化石流体通常是天然存在的烃的混合物,其可以炼制成柴油、汽油、加热用油、喷气机油、煤油和被称作石化产品的其他产品。来源于地下地层的化石流体可以包括但不限于油母质、沥青、焦沥青、沥青质、油或其组合。
术语“烷基”包括直链和支链基团以及环状基团。环状基团可以是单环或多环,和在一些实施方案中可以具有3-10个碳原子。
术语“芳基”包括碳环芳族环或环体系,例如具有1、2或3个环和任选在环中含有至少一种杂原子(例如O、S或N)。芳基的例子包括苯基、萘基、联苯基、芴基、呋喃基、噻吩基、吡啶基、喹啉基、异喹啉基、吲哚基、异吲哚基、三唑基、吡咯基、四唑基、咪唑基、吡唑基、噁唑基和噻唑基。
术语“烷基芳基”指的是其上连接有烷基的芳基结构部分。
术语“碱金属”指的是锂、钠或钾。
术语“碱土金属”指的是钙、钡、镁或锶。
术语“低级碳链醇”指的是具有不多于10个碳原子的醇。
作为本文中使用的,术语“基本没有”当涉及到物质在配制物中基本不存在来使用时,其表示这种物质如果存在的话,则完全是作为偶然的杂质或副产物而存在。换言之,该物质不影响配制物的性能。
短语“地下地层”包括低于暴露的地面的区域以及低于被水例如海水或淡水覆盖的地面的区域。地下地层中的温度可以是约25°F-约300°F。在一些实施方案中,地层的温度是至少约100°F,在其他实施方案中地层的温度是至少约125°F,而在其他实施方案中,地层的温度是至少约150°F。
本公开总体上提供一种表面活性剂配制物,用于处理和从地下地层采收化石流体,和特别是用于在高盐度和/或高温条件下处理和从地下地层采收化石流体。根据一个实施方案,该表面活性剂配制物包括主表面活性剂、配制物稳定剂和注入水。已经令人惊讶地发现将少量的配制物稳定剂添加到配制物中增加了该配制物对盐度和硬度的耐受性,特别是在高盐度条件以及在高温条件的相稳定性。此外,在表面活性剂组合物中通常存在着另外的组分例如助表面活性剂,其通常包括来改进表面活性剂配制物的稳定性,可以被明显减少或消除,由此加速开发有效的配制物以及降低配制物的成本的过程。
如上所述,表面活性剂配制物包含主表面活性剂。主表面活性剂可以是任何具有疏水头、亲水尾和任选的中间基团的化合物。在一个实施方案中,主表面活性剂包含具有疏水头和亲水尾的化合物,该疏水头是基于天然或合成的烷基或烷基芳基,该亲水尾是烷氧基化基团、硫酸酯基团、磺酸酯基团、醚亚甲基羧酸酯基团、磷酸酯基团、膦酸酯基团、甜菜碱、磺基甜菜碱或氧化胺。表面活性剂配制物可以包含一种主表面活性剂或主表面活性剂的混合物。
根据一个实施方案,主表面活性剂包括烷基芳基磺酸酯。在一个具体的实施方案中,烷基芳基磺酸酯是式(I)所代表的化合物:
其中Ra是氢或含有1-3个碳原子的烷基,Rb是氢或含有1-3个碳原子的烷基,Rc是具有8-40个碳原子的烷基,和A是一价阳离子。在一个实施方案中,A是碱金属离子、铵离子或取代的铵离子。取代的铵离子的例子包括这样的铵,其独立地由1-4个具有1-15个碳原子的脂族或芳族烃基取代。
式(I)的化合物可以通过芳族化合物的烷基化来获得。在一个实施方案中,该芳族化合物是苯、甲苯、二甲苯或其混合物。对于芳族化合物包括二甲苯的实施方案来说,二甲苯化合物可以是邻二甲苯、间二甲苯、对二甲苯或其混合物。
可以用含有C8-C40碳和在一些实施方案中C14-C30碳的正α烯烃的混合物来使芳族化合物烷基化,以产生芳族烷基化物。该芳族烷基化合物然后磺酸酯化来形成烷基芳族磺酸,其然后用碱金属或碱土金属或氨的源来中和,由此产生烷基芳基磺酸酯化合物。在一个实施方案中,该源是碱金属氢氧化物,例如但不限于氢氧化钠或氢氧化钾。

其中z是0或1,R1和R2各自独立地是氢、含有1-18个碳原子的烷基、或芳基,并且各X独立地是氢、碱金属离子、碱土金属离子或式(IV)的铵离子基团:

在一个实施方案中,R1和R2之一或二者均是含有6-16个碳原子的烷基。在另一实施方案中,X每次出现均是钠或钾。在又一实施方案中,z是1。
式(III)的化合物的例子包括但不限于十六烷基氧化二苯基二磺酸二钠;二-十六烷基氧化二苯基二磺酸二钠;二丙基氧化二亚苯基磺酸钠、二癸基氧化二亚苯基二磺酸二钠和单-和二-仲己基氧化二亚苯基二磺酸二钠及它们的混合物。这些物质可以由本领域技术人员使用公知技术来容易地制备。合适的程序描述在美国专利6,743,764及其引用的参考文献中,其在此引入作为参考。
根据一个实施方案,激发剂分子以约1:15重量份的激发剂分子:主表面活性剂的比例添加到表面活性剂配制物中。在另一实施方案中,激发剂分子以约1:10重量份的激发剂分子:主表面活性剂的比例添加到表面活性剂配制物中。在又一实施方案中,激发剂分子以约1:7.5重量份的激发剂分子:主表面活性剂的比例添加到表面活性剂配制物中。在再一实施方案中,激发剂分子以约1:5重量份的激发剂分子:主表面活性剂的比例添加到表面活性剂配制物中。在另一实施方案中,激发剂分子以约1:2.5重量份的激发剂分子:主表面活性剂的比例添加到表面活性剂配制物中。在又一实施方案中,激发剂分子以约1:1重量份的激发剂分子:主表面活性剂的比例添加到表面活性剂配制物中。
根据另一实施方案,激发剂分子以约1:20重量份的激发剂分子:主表面活性剂到约1:1重量份的激发剂分子:主表面活性剂的比例添加到表面活性剂配制物中。在另一实施方案中,激发剂分子以约1:15重量份的激发剂分子:主表面活性剂到约1:5重量份的激发剂分子:主表面活性剂的比例添加到表面活性剂配制物中。在又一实施方案中,激发剂分子以约1:12.5重量份的激发剂分子:主表面活性剂到约1:7.5重量份的激发剂分子:主表面活性剂的比例添加到表面活性剂配制物中。
在另一实施方案中,配制物稳定剂是式(V)所代表的二烷基磺基琥珀酸酯:
其中R4和R5各自独立地是含有5-13个碳原子的烷基,和M是碱金属离子、碱土金属离子、铵离子或取代的铵离子。取代的铵离子的例子包括这样的铵,其独立地由1-4个具有1-15个碳原子的脂族或芳族烃基取代。
根据一个实施方案,R4和R5独立地是C5烷基、C6烷基、C8烷基或C13烷基。这些基团可以例如分别衍生自戊醇、甲基戊醇(1,4-二甲基丁基醇)、2-乙基己醇和混合的醇异构体。
在另一实施方案中,M是碱金属离子或碱土金属离子。在另一实施方案中,M是钠。
根据一个实施方案,二烷基磺基琥珀酸酯以约1:15重量份的二烷基磺基琥珀酸酯:主表面活性剂的比例添加到表面活性剂配制物中。在另一实施方案中,二烷基磺基琥珀酸酯以约1:10重量份的二烷基磺基琥珀酸酯:主表面活性剂的比例添加到表面活性剂配制物中。在又一实施方案中,二烷基磺基琥珀酸酯以约1:7.5重量份的二烷基磺基琥珀酸酯:主表面活性剂的比例添加到表面活性剂配制物中。在再一实施方案中,二烷基磺基琥珀酸酯以约1:5重量份的二烷基磺基琥珀酸酯:主表面活性剂的比例添加到表面活性剂配制物中。在另一实施方案中,二烷基磺基琥珀酸酯以约1:2.5重量份的二烷基磺基琥珀酸酯:主表面活性剂的比例添加到表面活性剂配制物中。在又一实施方案中,二烷基磺基琥珀酸酯以约1:1重量份的二烷基磺基琥珀酸酯:主表面活性剂的比例添加到表面活性剂配制物中。
根据另一实施方案,二烷基磺基琥珀酸酯以约0.5:20重量份的二烷基磺基琥珀酸酯:主表面活性剂到约0.5:1重量份的二烷基磺基琥珀酸酯:主表面活性剂的比例添加到表面活性剂配制物中。在另一实施方案中,二烷基磺基琥珀酸酯以约0.75:15重量份的二烷基磺基琥珀酸酯:主表面活性剂到约0.75:1重量份的二烷基磺基琥珀酸酯:主表面活性剂的比例添加到表面活性剂配制物中。在又一实施方案中,二烷基磺基琥珀酸酯以约1:12.5重量份的二烷基磺基琥珀酸酯:主表面活性剂到约1:1重量份的二烷基磺基琥珀酸酯:主表面活性剂的比例添加到表面活性剂配制物中。
在另一实施方案中,配制物稳定剂是溶剂。合适的溶剂的例子包括但不限于醇,例如低级碳链醇,例如异丙醇、乙醇、正丙醇、正丁醇、仲丁醇、正戊醇、仲戊醇、正己醇和仲己醇;已经用环氧乙烷(EO)、环氧丙烷(PO)或环氧丁烷(BO)烷氧基化的低级碳链醇,例如正丁醇+1EO、正丁醇+2EO、正丁醇+3EO、正己醇+6EO、2-乙基己醇+2EO和异丁醇+3EO,醇醚,聚亚烷基醇醚例如乙二醇单丁醚,聚亚烷基二醇例如乙二醇和丙二醇,聚(氧化亚烷基)二醇例如二甘醇,聚(氧化亚烷基)二醇醚,或者其任意的混合物。
在一个实施方案中,溶剂以约20:1重量份的溶剂:主表面活性剂到约1:1重量份的溶剂:主表面活性剂的比例添加到表面活性剂配制物中。在另一实施方案中,溶剂以约15:1重量份的溶剂:主表面活性剂到约2.5:1重量份的溶剂:主表面活性剂的比例添加到表面活性剂配制物中。在又一实施方案中,溶剂以约10:1重量份的溶剂:主表面活性剂到约5:1重量份的溶剂:主表面活性剂的比例添加到表面活性剂配制物中。
表面活性剂配制物还包含注入水。在一个实施方案中,注入水可以是海水,卤水,来自蓄水层、河流或湖泊的淡水,或者其混合物。因此,根据多个实施方案,注入水含有矿物质例如钡、钙、镁和/或矿物盐,例如氯化钠、氯化钾、氯化镁。
公知水盐度和/或水硬度会影响地层中化石流体的采收。作为本文中使用的,“盐度”指的是注入水中溶解的固体的量。因此,在一个实施方案中,注入水的盐度是至少约20,000ppm。在另一实施方案中,注入水的盐度是至少约30,000ppm。在又一实施方案,注入水的盐度是至少约50,000ppm。在再一实施方案中,注入水的盐度是至少约100,000ppm。在另一实施方案中,注入水的盐度是至少约200,000ppm。
在又一实施方案中,表面活性剂配制物可以任选地包含螯合剂或聚合物。
可以使用的螯合剂的例子包括但不限于EDTA、EDTA盐、EDDS、EDDS盐、磷酸盐化合物、抗坏血酸、亚氨基二琥珀酸四钠、柠檬酸、二羧甲基谷氨酸、马来酸、二亚乙基三胺五乙酸、环己烷反式-1,2-二胺四乙酸、乙醇二甘氨酸、二乙醇甘氨酸、羟乙基-亚乙基-二胺三乙酸、亚乙基双[2-(邻羟基苯基)-甘氨酸]、腈基三乙酸(NTA)、非极性氨基酸、蛋氨酸、草酸、极性氨基酸、精氨酸、天门冬酰胺、天门冬氨酸、谷氨酸、谷氨酸盐、赖氨酸、鸟氨酸、含铁细胞、去铁敏B、水解的羊毛、琥珀酸、偏硼酸钠、硅酸钠、正硅酸钠及其任意的混合物。
在一个具体的实施方案中,表面活性剂配制物基本没有EDTA、EDTA盐和磷酸盐化合物。
根据另一实施方案,表面活性剂配制物包含约0-约10重量%的螯合剂,基于表面活性剂配制物的总重量计。在另一实施方案中,表面活性剂配制物包含约0.01-约5重量%的螯合剂,基于表面活性剂配制物的总重量计。在又一实施方案中,表面活性剂配制物包含约0.1-约3重量%的螯合剂,基于表面活性剂配制物的总重量计。
聚合物的例子包括但不限于聚丙烯酰胺、部分水解的聚丙烯酰胺、聚丙烯酸酯、烯属共聚物、生物聚合物、羧甲基纤维素、聚乙烯醇、聚苯乙烯磺酸酯、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮、AMPS(2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸酯)、改性淀粉及其混合物。烯属共聚物的例子包括丙烯酸和丙烯酰胺的共聚物、丙烯酸和月桂基乙酰化物的共聚物、丙烯酸月桂基酯和丙烯酰胺的共聚物。生物聚合物的例子包括黄原胶和瓜尔胶。
在一个实施方案中,表面活性剂配制物包含约0-约2重量%的聚合物,基于表面活性剂配制物的总重量计。在另一实施方案中,表面活性剂配制物包含约0.01-约1重量%的聚合物,基于表面活性剂配制物的总重量计。在又一实施方案中,表面活性剂配制物包含约0.2-约0.5重量%的聚合物,基于表面活性剂配制物的总重量计。
在又一实施方案中,表面活性剂配制物可以任选地用碱金属氢氧化物、碳酸盐或氯化物来中和。在一个实施方案中,碱金属氢氧化物、碳酸盐或氯化物在表面活性剂配制物泵入到含有化石流体的地下地层之前添加到其中。在另一实施方案中,表面活性剂配制物包含约0.01重量%-约2重量%,例如约0.05重量%-约1.5重量%或约0.01重量%-约1重量%的碱金属氢氧化物、碳酸盐或氯化物,基于该配制物的总重量计。
表面活性剂配制物可以通过将主表面活性剂与配制物稳定剂和注入水混合的方法来制备。组分可以以任何次序,使用常规装置混合在一起,例如但不限于搅拌的容器或静态混合器。
在另一实施方案中,提供了一种设计用于从地下地层中采收化石流体的表面活性剂配制物的方法。该方法包括测量地下地层的温度,测量注入水和化石流体的界面张力,将主表面活性剂添加到注入水中以将注入水和化石流体中的界面张力降低到小于1×10-2达因/厘米,优选小于0.5×10-3达因/厘米,和将配制物稳定剂以在地下地层的温度使混合物相稳定所必需的量添加到注入水和主表面活性剂的混合物中。在一个实施方案中,注入水的盐度是至少约20,000ppm,和地下地层的温度是约80°F-约300°F,不过在其他实施方案中,地层的温度是约125°F-约300°F。
本文所述的表面活性剂配制物可以注入到位于地下地层中的一个或多个注入井中,以使得化石流体随后从一个或多个生产井中产出。在一个实施方案中,注入井和生产井是同一井。在另一实施方案中,注入井和生产井彼此相邻。在一个实施方案中,地下地层温度条件是约80°F-约300°F,优选约125°F-约300°F。

Claims (9)
1.一种用于处理含有化石流体的地下地层的表面活性剂配制物,其包含主表面活性剂、配制物稳定剂和注入水,其中该配制物稳定剂是激发剂分子和二烷基磺基琥珀酸酯以及任选地溶剂的混合物,和其中该主表面活性剂包括
通式(I)所代表的化合物:
其中Ra是氢或含有1-3个碳原子的烷基,Rb是氢或含有1-3个碳原子的烷基,Rc是具有8-40个碳原子的烷基,和A是一价阳离子;
式(II)所代表的化合物:
其中Rd是含有6-30个碳原子的烷基,Re是CH3或CH2CH3,r是0-30的数,s是0-30的数,U是COO或SO4,和A是一价阳离子;或者
它们的混合物;
其中该激发剂分子具有式(III)所示结构:
其中z是0或1,R1和R2各自独立地是氢、含有1-18个碳原子的烷基或芳基,并且各X独立地是氢、碱金属离子、碱土金属离子或式(IV)的铵离子基团:

5.根据权利要求4所述的表面活性剂配制物,其中该溶剂是低级碳链醇或者已经用环氧乙烷(EO)、环氧丙烷(PO)或环氧丁烷(BO)烷氧基化的低级碳链醇。
6.根据权利要求1所述的表面活性剂配制物,其中该注入水是海水,卤水,来自蓄水层、河流或湖泊的淡水,或者其混合物。
7.根据权利要求6所述的表面活性剂配制物,其中该注入水的盐度至少20,000ppm。
8.一种制备用于处理含有化石流体的地下地层的表面活性剂配制物的方法,其包括将主表面活性剂与配制物稳定剂和注入水进行混合,该配制物稳定剂是激发剂分子和二烷基磺基琥珀酸酯以及任选地溶剂的混合物,其中该主表面活性剂包括
