Abstract
本发明公开了一种按压式延时阀芯结构,包括阀芯壳体及与阀芯壳体配合安装的压盖,阀芯壳体上设有阀芯进水口和阀芯出水口,阀芯出水口比阀芯进水口高,阀芯壳体内设有位于阀芯进水口和阀芯出水口之间的支架座,支架座固定安装有阀芯座,阀芯座设有阀芯座进水口和阀芯座出水口,阀芯座出水口上设有连接配合有T型活塞杆,阀芯座出水口内设有与T型活塞杆配合密封的第一密封胶圈;所述的T型活塞杆套有回位弹簧,T型活塞杆内设有导通其侧面至顶面的倒T型导水槽,T型活塞杆连接固定有T型压杆,T型压杆以铆钉与压盖的内顶面固定连接。该按压式延时阀芯结构采用抽拉式实现出水并具有延时出水的作用,压盖能自动回位,实现自动闭水。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及卫浴设备领域中的阀芯结构领域,尤其涉及一种采用按压式延时出水并可自动回位的阀芯结构。
背景技术
目前,现有技术中所使用的阀芯结构一般都是结构比较复杂,成本高,而且在出水后不能自动回位,自动关闭出水;当阀芯结构带有自动回位功能时,但由于结构的限制,自动回位较快,造成出水时间短,且浪费水十分严重。
发明内容
本发明为了解决上述的问题,提供一种具有延时出水作用的按压式延时阀芯结构,该按压式延时阀芯结构能延长出水的时间,自动回位后能自动关闭出水,节约水源。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种按压式延时阀芯结构,包括阀芯壳体及与阀芯壳体配合安装的压盖,阀芯壳体上设有阀芯进水口和阀芯出水口,阀芯出水口比阀芯进水口高,阀芯壳体内设有位于阀芯进水口和阀芯出水口之间的支架座,支架座固定安装有阀芯座,阀芯座设有阀芯座进水口和阀芯座出水口,阀芯座出水口上设有连接配合有T型活塞杆,阀芯座出水口内设有与T型活塞杆配合密封的第一密封胶圈;所述的T型活塞杆套有回位弹簧,T型活塞杆内设有导通其侧面至顶面的倒T型导水槽,T型活塞杆连接固定有T型压杆,T型压杆以铆钉与压盖的内顶面固定连接。阀芯座和T型活塞杆等设置于阀芯壳体内,通过压盖压下压杆控制活塞杆运动,活塞杆运动时倒T型导水槽的侧部进水口也跟随着运动,当倒T型导水槽的侧部进水口与第一密封胶圈不再处于密封状态时,水就从阀芯壳体的阀芯进水口进入,经过阀芯座进水口进入阀芯座,然后从倒T型导水槽的端部进水口流入倒T型导水槽内并从侧部的进水口流出,然后从阀芯壳体的阀芯出水口流出;由于回位弹簧的作用,当停止按压压盖时,T型活塞杆会自动回位到初始状态,完成闭水的功能。
进一步的,所述的支架座与阀芯座之间还设有第二密封胶圈密封。
本发明的有益效果是:该按压式延时阀芯结构以压盖、压杆、T型活塞杆等简单的部件取代传统技术的复杂阀芯,采用抽拉式实现出水并具有延时出水的作用,在出水后,压盖能自动回位,实现自动闭水,还能节约水源。且整体结构简单,使用方便,美观,成本低。

本实施例1所描述的一种按压式延时阀芯结构,如图1所示,包括阀芯壳体1及与阀芯壳体配合安装的压盖2,阀芯壳体上设有阀芯进水口3和阀芯出水口4,阀芯出水口比阀芯进水口高,阀芯壳体内设有位于阀芯进水口和阀芯出水口之间的支架座5,支架座固定安装有阀芯座6,阀芯座设有阀芯座进水口7和阀芯座出水口8,阀芯座出水口上设有连接配合有T型活塞杆9,阀芯座出水口内设有与T型活塞杆配合密封的第一密封胶圈10;所述的T型活塞杆套有回位弹簧11,T型活塞杆内设有导通其侧面至顶面的倒T型导水槽12,T型活塞杆连接固定有T型压杆13,T型压杆以铆钉14与压盖的内顶面固定连接。阀芯座和T型活塞杆等设置于阀芯壳体内,通过压盖压下压杆控制活塞杆运动,活塞杆运动时倒T型导水槽的侧部进水口也跟随着运动,当倒T型导水槽的侧部进水口与第一密封胶圈不再处于密封状态时,水就从阀芯壳体的阀芯进水口进入,经过阀芯座进水口进入阀芯座,然后从倒T型导水槽的端部进水口流入倒T型导水槽内并从侧部的进水口流出,然后从阀芯壳体的阀芯出水口流出;由于回位弹簧的作用,当停止按压压盖时,T型活塞杆会自动回位到初始状态,完成闭水的功能。
进一步的,所述的支架座与阀芯座之间还设有第二密封胶圈15密封。

1.一种按压式延时阀芯结构,其特征在于:包括阀芯壳体及与阀芯壳体配合安装的压盖,阀芯壳体上设有阀芯进水口和阀芯出水口,阀芯出水口比阀芯进水口高,阀芯壳体内设有位于阀芯进水口和阀芯出水口之间的支架座,支架座固定安装有阀芯座,阀芯座设有阀芯座进水口和阀芯座出水口,阀芯座出水口上设有连接配合有T型活塞杆,阀芯座出水口内设有与T型活塞杆配合密封的第一密封胶圈;所述的T型活塞杆套有回位弹簧,T型活塞杆内设有导通其侧面至顶面的倒T型导水槽,T型活塞杆连接固定有T型压杆,T型压杆以铆钉与压盖的内顶面固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种按压式延时阀芯结构,其特征在于:所述的支架座与阀芯座之间还设有第二密封胶圈密封。
