技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于供电装置的储能模块,特别是为机动车供电,其由多个棱柱形的存储电池构成,这些存储电池堆叠成至少一个序列、彼此相继地布置;以及涉及一种包括所述储能模块的储能装置。
背景技术
在通常被称作电池组/蓄电池的机动车供电装置中大多使用多个储能模块用于驱动车辆,例如电动车或者混合动力车。各储能模块典型地由多个堆叠的棱柱形存储电池组成。各个单体的存储电池包含电化学的电池组电池单元。由堆叠起来的存储电池构成的序列优选被夹紧在两个端板之间。这两个端板通过牵条相互连接。因此夹紧方向垂直于端板。除了将模块彼此进行机械定位固定之外,端板和牵条还特别用于抵抗在运行过程中在布置于模块内部的电化学电池单元中出现的气体压力变化所导致的变形。通常,储能模块之一或者储能模块中的多个安装在一个例如构造成壳体的承载结构中。
特别是在机动车中储能器遭受极其不同的热负荷。在冬天,根据使用区域必须注意车辆的极端环境温度。在夏天,在高的环境温度上外加由排气装置所产生的负荷。在此,由于高辐射输入可以达到100°以上的温度。锂离子电池单元应该在20℃与40℃之间的理想运行温度范围内运行。对于最佳的运行策略来说,特别是储能模块的各个电池单元之间的非常小的温度差是必要的。
发明内容

为了将储能模块固定在承载结构中,储能模块包括至少一个销栓。该销栓特别是构造成螺钉。销栓穿过支承面并由此可以使储能模块与承载结构连接。绝热元件特别是这样地设置:使销栓同样穿过它。为此,绝热元件包括开口,特别是通孔。
特别优选地,在储能模块的所有端板的所有支承面上都安置一个绝热元件。
在一种简单构成的构造设计中,绝热元件是垫片。该垫片安置在支承面上并因此构成了端板与承载结构之间的隔断。
作为此外的可选方案,也可以将绝热元件与储能模块的其他组成部分直接连接:在优选的实施方式中,储能模块在端板之一与邻接该端板的存储电池之间包括至少一个热绝缘的成形件。该成形件除了实现存储电池与端板之间的热绝缘之外,同时还用于存储电池与端板之间的电绝缘。现在优选规定:应位于支承面上的绝热元件设置在该成形件上。在特别优选的实施方式中,所述成形件与其中至少一个所述元件成一件式制造,例如作为注射成型件制造而成。在此,绝热元件可以具有与成形件相同的材料。作为此外的可选方案,可以在用于成形件的注射成型法中将绝热元件设置为插入件。在此情况中,元件可以由任意的、绝热良好的材料构成。成形件本身优选由塑料构成。

具体实施方式
图1示出了存储模块1的第一实施例。该存储模块1由两个序列9组成。每个序列9具有六个棱柱形的存储电池2。堆叠的存储电池2通过两个平行的端板3和构造成三个牵条的牵拉元件4被相互夹紧。通过夹紧预力,所画出的夹紧力F作用到存储电池2上。在示出的实例中储能模块1包括多个序列9。然而本发明也能够同样良好地在具有仅仅一个序列9的储能模块1上得以实现。牵拉元件在目前的实施例中构造成牵条4,这不应该对本发明产生限制作用。当然牵拉元件也可以构造成一个或多个夹紧箍带或者构造成由一定数量的螺栓和螺母所构成的组合。
在每块端板3上分别构造有两个底脚20。底脚的下侧面称为支承面17。在机动车中,储能模块1设立于一个承载结构22内(参照图4)。储能模块1通过端板3中的固定孔16与承载结构22用螺纹件连接。为了尽可能地避免端板3与承载结构22之间的热传递,在每个底脚上有一个绝热元件14安置在支承面17上。在第一实施例中,绝热元件14例如可以构造成由陶瓷或纸构成的垫片。
图2示出了图1所示的储能模块1的一个局部部分。图2中的图中示出了带有构造成螺钉的销栓19的螺纹连接。在每个固定孔16中插入一根用于将储能模块1与承载结构22螺纹连接的销栓19。

图4示出了储能模块1的第三实施例。与上述实施例不同,在该第三实施例中螺纹连接18并没有贯穿端板3的整个高度。在第四实施例中,端板3具有向外伸出的底脚20。这些底脚20的下侧面构成了支承面17。绝热元件14插置在支承面17与承载结构22之间。

2.如权利要求1所述的储能模块,其特征在于,设有至少一个用于将所述储能模块(1)固定在所述承载结构(22)上的销栓(19),其中,该销栓(19)贯穿所述绝热元件(14)。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的储能模块,其特征在于:在所有端板(3)的所有支承面(17)上设置有所述绝热元件(14)之一。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的储能模块,其特征在于:所述绝热元件(14)为垫片。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的储能模块,其特征在于,所述储能模块(1)用于为机动车供电的供电装置。
6.如权利要求2所述的储能模块,其特征在于,所述销栓(19)构造成螺钉。
7.如权利要求1或2所述的储能模块,其特征在于:所述成形件(8)与其中至少一个所述绝热元件(14)作为注射成型件制造而成。
8.如权利要求1或2所述的储能模块,其特征在于:所述成形件(8)构造成板状的,其具有:第一侧面(11),邻接的存储电池(2)贴靠在该第一侧面上;和与所述第一侧面相对置的第二侧面(12),所述端板贴靠在该第二侧面上。
9.如权利要求1或2所述的储能模块,其特征在于:所述成形件(8)在面对所述端板(3)的整个存储电池正面(6)上延伸。
10.如权利要求1或2所述的储能模块,其特征在于:所述绝热元件(14)具有0.5mm与5mm之间的厚度。
11.如权利要求1或2所述的储能模块,其特征在于:所述绝热元件(14)由陶瓷和/或由塑料和/或由纸和/或由纸板构成。
12.储能装置,其包括:承载结构(22);和至少一个放置在该承载结构(22)中的、如权利要求1至11之任一项所述的储能模块(1)。
13.根据权利要求12所述的储能装置,其特征在于,所述承载结构(22)构造成壳体。
14.根据权利要求12所述的储能装置,其特征在于,所述储能模块(1)是被固定的。
