Description
本发明涉及一种用于可分离连接单元的阀瓣式控制阀,这些可分离连接单元用于软管,这些软管用来输送流体产品,特别是石油产品。
已知的是,石油产品从石油化工设备、从平台、从油船到油船、从油船到陆地设备和反之亦然的海上输送通过柔性软管和软管连接单元进行,这些软管连接单元包括两个可分离部分,每个可分离部分设有相应控制阀,该控制阀在分离时自动地关闭,以限制产品到海中的溢出,因此使后者的污染较小。这些连接单元放置在柔性软管的部分上,并且具有在异常情形下保护软管,并且更一般地保护连接管线,的基本目的,该部分定位在海中,这些异常情形引起对于软管的过分拉动或在管线上的过大压力。这样的异常情形可能是:油船或更一般地石油设备(FPSO)的逃脱和漂离,因而拉紧柔性软管;波涛汹涌的大海引起在软管上的牵引力超越极限;船舶撞击到软管上并且将它拖离,因而在其上创建过大负载;在流动下游的阀的快速关闭;或引起过大轴向负载和/或压力增大的任何其它原因。
当前可得到连接单元这样制成,从而控制阀在连接单元的两个部分的分离之后自动地关闭,即在上述情形下没有通过操作人员的控制。

使阀瓣枢转的问题在上述类型的阀中存在,因为枢转运动必须准确、可靠及从连接单元是外部可接近的,用来调整和可能更换使用的销。
因此,本发明的目的是,提供一种用于可分离连接单元的阀瓣式控制阀,这些可分离连接单元用于软管,这些软管用来输送流体产品,这些可分离连接单元具有转动阀瓣的有效枢转系统。
按照本发明,这样一个目的借助于球形销的使用而实现,这些球形销介入在横向相邻阀瓣之间,并且设有螺纹定位颈部,该螺纹定位颈部插入和拧入在连接单元的本体的相应径向孔中。
锁定帽盖依次拧入在所述径向孔中,并且紧密地抵靠球形销的所述颈部,用来将球形销保持在适当位置中,以实现在两个相邻阀瓣之间的正确和精确枢转,并且防止销从设置位置转动和移动。

图1表示用于柔性软管的连接单元,该连接单元包括两个可分离阀部分或阀体1和2,这两个可分离阀部分或阀体1和2分别在运输流体产品的流动方向(在图2中从右到左)上的上游和下游。
两个部分1和2由破裂螺钉3连接,这些破裂螺钉3在强牵引应力(等于或高于设置负载)的情况下断开,因而允许使两个部分分离。
圆柱形滑动套管4(图2)布置在连接单元内,当单元的两个部分分离时,该套管从连接单元是自动地和轴向地可除去的。
圆柱形套管4保持两个可转动扇形片阀5-5’的常开位置,这两个可转动扇形片阀5-5’分别放置在石油产品的流动方向上的上游和下游。
例如,在意大利专利申请MI2009A002146中描述了套管4的功能和操作模式,该申请由本申请人在2009年12月4日提交。
每个阀5-5’包括两个系列的不同形状和尺寸的阀瓣或扇形段6-7和6’-7’,这两个系列的不同形状和尺寸的阀瓣或扇形段6-7和6’-7’周向交替,并且绕相应轴线在图2中的打开位置与在图3和4中的关闭位置之间是可转动的。

图4和图14表示控制阀5的阀瓣7和6的关闭构造。阀5’的阀瓣7’和6’的构造完全类似。
单一阀瓣7和6从打开位置到关闭位置的运动由一种类型的自动关闭装置9控制,这种类型的自动关闭装置9在意大利专利申请MI2010A002248中描述,该申请在2010年12月6日提交,当套管4根据在意大利专利MI2009A002146中解释的模式从阀5的内部轴向拉出时,该自动关闭装置9在螺旋弹簧17的偏置力下作用在跟部62和64上,因而停止阀本身的可转动阀瓣6和7的保持作用。
阀5的阀瓣7和6的关闭运动通过粘型制动流体从流体本身的壳体腔室18穿过泄漏管19到弹簧17的壳体腔室14的受控泄漏而制动,流动速度调整芯21插入在该泄漏管19中,该流动速度调整芯21具有螺旋外部凹槽。
制动流体的泄漏速度借助于不同开槽芯21而调整,从而确定阀5的单一阀瓣的不同转动速度,并因而确定其关闭速度。更明确地说,将较大尺寸的阀瓣7的关闭速度设置成,比较小尺寸的阀瓣6的关闭速度快,这些较小尺寸的阀瓣6因此重叠并部分地安置在相邻阀瓣7的边缘上,因而实现在图4中的关闭构造。这允许得到闭合,该闭合当关闭控制阀5时将产品的释放限制到最大,因而将压力波峰限制到可接受水平,该压力波峰由石油产品的水锤现象产生。
较小尺寸的阀瓣6的翅片59避免较大尺寸的阀瓣7的任何早期关闭,并且当将阀瓣7的突起53容纳在它们的凹口60中时,允许阀瓣在紧密关闭位置中的准确放置,如图14所示。
在流体产品的流动方向上的下游控制阀5’的阀瓣6’-7’类似地设有与阀瓣6-7的翅片59和突起53类似的翅片和突起,并且又设有自动关闭装置,这些自动关闭装置在专利申请MI2010A002248中描述,这些自动关闭装置借助于适当弹簧作用在阀瓣6’和7’的跟部上,以当将套管4拉出时(图3),确定阀瓣6’和7’的转动,并因而确定其自动关闭。制动效果这里由在接合部分2内部的加压流体确定。
