本发明公开了一种可有效避免爆裂水管喷水的连接头结构,包括带有通水孔的连接头本体,所述连接头本体的一端与水管连接,另一端上套置有螺帽,所述连接头本体安装螺帽一端的端部连接有阀体,所述阀体包括连接在连接头本体上的环形圈,所述环形圈上通过连接筋连接有阀片,阀片常开于所述通水孔,阀片在水压作用下可压紧密封所述连接头本体的通水孔。本发明可有效避免爆裂水管喷水,结构简单合理紧凑,实施成本低。

技术领域
本发明涉及水管接头,具体来说是一种可有效避免爆裂水管喷水的连接头结构。
背景技术
水管连接头用于连接水管与水源(如水龙头),使得人们方便的使用水管来引导水流,水管连接头一般包括带有通水孔的连接头本体,其中连接头本体的一端与水管连接,另一端上套置有螺帽,该螺帽与水源如水龙头连接。在水管使用过程中,水管的使用环境较为恶劣,水管也会受到弯折等,或者在长时间使用后易老化,使得水管出现爆裂,一旦水管出现爆裂,而水源又没有及时关闭,就会造成水管往四周喷射水,容易溅湿使用者、浪费水资源等,从而给使用者带来一定的不便,而传统技术中还没有对水管爆裂后喷水情况有很好的改观,因此,对水管的连接头结构还有待进一步改进和优化。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种连接头结构,其可有效避免爆裂水管喷水,结构简单合理紧凑。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种可有效避免爆裂水管喷水的连接头结构,包括带有通水孔的连接头本体,所述连接头本体的一端与水管连接,另一端上套置有螺帽,所述连接头本体安装螺帽一端的端部连接有阀体,所述阀体包括连接在连接头本体上的环形圈,所述环形圈上通过连接筋连接有阀片,阀片常开于所述通水孔,阀片在水压作用下可压紧密封所述连接头本体的通水孔。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述阀片沿环形圈轴向凸出于所述环形圈。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述阀片通过三根连接筋连接在所述环形圈上,所述三根连接筋周向均布在所述阀片周侧。
所进一步,述连接头本体的端部沿其轴向延伸出有环形凸起,所述环形凸起的端部径向延伸形成有凸环,所述环形圈的内壁上形成有与所述凸环相适配的环槽,所述环形圈通过环槽与凸环的配合连接固定在所述连接头本体上。
进一步,所述连接头本体上沿其轴向凸出有与所述阀片相适配的凸台,所述通水孔贯通该凸台。
进一步,所述连接头本体上设置有对所述螺帽限位的法兰盘。
本发明的有益效果是:采用上述结构的本发明,通过在连接头本体安装螺帽一端的端部连接阀体,阀体的阀片在水压作用下可压紧密封连接头本体的通水孔,使得当出现水管爆裂时,阀片两侧的水压不平衡,阀片靠近水源一端的水压高于水管爆裂一端的水压,使得阀片在水压的作用下被压紧贴合在连接头本体的通水孔上,从而密封通水孔,使得水流不会再从爆裂水管中喷射,很好的控制了水管爆裂后水流喷射,避免喷射的水流喷溅到使用者或水流喷射到使用环境中,同时也大大的节约了用水。本发明结构简单合理紧凑,安装方便,实施简单,成本低,可广泛用于各种水管连接头。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
参照图1~图5,本发明的一种可有效避免爆裂水管喷水的连接头结构,包括带有通水孔11的连接头本体1,所述连接头本体1的一端与水管4连接,另一端上套置有螺帽2,所述连接头本体1安装螺帽2一端的端部连接有阀体3,所述阀体3包括连接在连接头本体1上的环形圈31,所述环形圈31上通过连接筋32连接有阀片33,阀片33常开于所述通水孔11,当水管4出现爆裂后,阀片33两侧的水压不平衡,靠近水源一端的水压高,从而阀片33在水压作用下可压紧密封所述连接头本体1的通水孔11,阀体3优选采用橡胶材料。
在本实施例中,优选所述阀片33沿环形圈31轴向凸出于所述环形圈31,这种结构有利于阀片33更好的常开于所述通水孔11,使得阀片33在水管4未爆裂的情况下不会对水管的正常使用造成影响。
在本实施例中,优选所述阀片33通过三根连接筋32连接在所述环形圈31上,所述三根连接筋32周向均布在所述阀片33周侧,该种结构使得阀片33在环形圈31上的连接更可靠稳定,且不影响阀片33正常发挥作用。
在本实施例中,环形圈31的连接安装可采用如下结构:在所述连接头本体1的端部沿其轴向延伸出有环形凸起12,所述环形凸起12的端部径向延伸形成有凸环13,所述环形圈31的内壁上形成有与所述凸环13相适配的环槽34,所述环形圈31通过环槽34与凸环13的配合连接固定在所述连接头本体1上,该种结构连接可靠稳定,阀体3不易从连接头本体1上脱落,当然不限于该种结构,也可以采用其他习知的连接结构。
在本实施例中,优选所述连接头本体1上沿其轴向凸出有与所述阀片33相适配的凸台14,所述通水孔11贯通该凸台14,凸台14的设置使得阀片33在起密封作用时,更好的将所述通水孔11密封,密封效果良好。
为避免螺帽2从连接头本体1上脱落掉失,所述连接头本体1上设置有对所述螺帽2限位的法兰盘15。
采用上述结构的本发明,通过在连接头本体1安装螺帽2一端的端部连接阀体3,阀体3的阀片33在水压作用下可压紧密封连接头本体1的通水孔11,使得当出现水管爆裂时,阀片33两端的水压不平衡,阀片33靠近水源一端的水压高于水管爆裂一端的水压,使得阀片33在水压的作用下被压紧贴合在连接头本体1的通水孔11上,从而密封通水孔11,使得水流不会再从爆裂水管中喷射,很好的控制了水管爆裂后水流喷射,避免喷射的水流喷溅到使用者或水流喷射到使用环境中,同时也大大的节约了用水。本发明结构简单合理紧凑,安装方便,实施简单,成本低,可广泛用于各种水管连接头。

Claims (6)

1.一种可有效避免爆裂水管喷水的连接头结构,包括带有通水孔(11)的连接头本体(1),所述连接头本体(1)的一端与水管连接,另一端上套置有螺帽(2),其特征在于:所述连接头本体(1)安装螺帽(2)一端的端部连接有阀体(3),所述阀体(3)包括连接在连接头本体(1)上的环形圈(31),所述环形圈(31)上通过连接筋(32)连接有阀片(33),阀片(33)常开于所述通水孔(11),阀片(33)在水压作用下可压紧密封所述连接头本体(1)的通水孔(11)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可有效避免爆裂水管喷水的连接头结构,其特征在于:所述阀片(33)沿环形圈(31)轴向凸出于所述环形圈(31)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种可有效避免爆裂水管喷水的连接头结构,其特征在于:所述阀片(33)通过三根连接筋(32)连接在所述环形圈(31)上,所述三根连接筋(32)周向均布在所述阀片(33)周侧。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种可有效避免爆裂水管喷水的连接头结构,其特征在于:所述连接头本体(1)的端部沿其轴向延伸出有环形凸起(12),所述环形凸起(12)的端部径向延伸形成有凸环(13),所述环形圈(31)的内壁上形成有与所述凸环(13)相适配的环槽(34),所述环形圈(31)通过环槽(34)与凸环(13)的配合连接固定在所述连接头本体(1)上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种可有效避免爆裂水管喷水的连接头结构,其特征在于:所述连接头本体(1)上沿其轴向凸出有与所述阀片(33)相适配的凸台(14),所述通水孔(11)贯通该凸台(14)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种可有效避免爆裂水管喷水的连接头结构,其特征在于:所述连接头本体(1)上设置有对所述螺帽(2)限位的法兰盘(15)。
