本发明公开了一种棘爪式承插连接铜管,包括带有凸出端的第一铜管和带有承接端的第二铜管,所述第一铜管的凸出端的外径与第二铜管承接端的内径相适配,且第一铜管的凸出端设置有倒刺,第二铜管的承接端设置有与所述倒刺相适配的插接纹。本发明的一种棘爪式承插连接铜管,安装省时省力,方便可靠。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种管道连接件,尤其涉及一种棘爪式承插连接铜管。
背景技术
目前,铜管常用的连接方式有螺纹连接、焊接连接、法兰连接、承插连接等形式,这些连接方式均能保证牢固、可靠、无渗漏。但是,螺纹连接需要旋转两根相互连接的管道,当相互连接的两根管道长度较长或重量较大时,螺纹连接非常不适用;铜管的焊接连接需要电气焊设备,对于场地较小的地方不适用,并且铜管的焊接连接成本较高;法兰连接不符合无接头连接的需求。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的不足,本发明具体公开了一种棘爪式承插连接铜管,连接方便可靠。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种棘爪式承插连接铜管,包括带有凸出端的第一铜管和带有承接端的第二铜管,所述第一铜管的凸出端的外径与第二铜管承接端的内径相适配,且第一铜管的凸出端设置有倒刺,第二铜管的承接端设置有与所述倒刺相适配的插接纹。
优选的,所述倒刺与插接纹为过盈配合。
优选的,所述承接端与凸出端为过盈配合。
本发明的有益效果:
在进行装配时仅需要将凸出端插入承接端内部即可,倒刺与插接纹相适配,在装配完成后,第一铜管和第二铜管分别受反向拉力时不会松脱,且具有良好的密封性。

下面结合附图对本发明进行详细说明:
一种棘爪式承插连接铜管,其结构如图1-1所示:包括带有凸出端3的第一铜管6和带有承接端1的第二铜管5,所述第一铜管6的凸出端3的外径与第二铜管5承接端1的内径相适配,且第一铜管6的凸出端3设置有倒刺4,第二铜管5的承接端1设置有与所述倒刺4相适配的插接纹2。
所述倒刺4与插接纹2为过盈配合。
所述承接端2与凸出端1为过盈配合。
在进行装配时仅需要将凸出端3插入承接端1内部即可,倒刺4与插接纹2相适配,在装配完成后,第一铜管6和第二铜管5分别受反向拉力时不会松脱,且具有良好的密封性。

1.一种棘爪式承插连接铜管,其特征在于:包括带有凸出端的第一铜管和带有承接端的第二铜管,所述第一铜管的凸出端的外径与第二铜管承接端的内径相适配,且第一铜管的凸出端设置有倒刺,第二铜管的承接端设置有与所述倒刺相适配的插接纹。
2.如权利要求1所述的棘爪式承插连接铜管,其特征在于:所述倒刺与插接纹为过盈配合。
