Abstract

本发明公开了一种气动地弹簧,包括固定板,固定板的底面固定设有壳体,壳体的下端设有底盖;壳体内设有凸型转子;凸型转子的端部穿过固定板,凸型转子的端部固定设有转轴;凸型转子的下端配合有导向座;导向座竖直设有导向槽;导向槽与壳体内部配合;导向座的底部设有活塞;壳体内设有支撑板,所述活塞穿过支撑板;活塞与支撑板设有密封圈;所述支撑板与壳体、底盖形成密闭的气体腔室;气体腔室内充有压缩氮气,由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明具有体积小,安装方便,降低了生产成本和安装成本,缩短了安装时间,大大的提高了工作效率。而且由于采用气动,从根本上解决了漏油问题,而且结构紧凑,使转轴不易偏心,从而大大延长了使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及闭门器材领域,具体地说,涉及一种转门用气动地弹簧。
背景技术
地弹簧是一种闭门器材,目前现有的地弹簧在工作时,其压紧弹簧的装置是蜗轮而不是齿轮齿条,由于蜗轮是可以正反向旋转的,所以地弹簧应用面比闭门器广,地弹簧适用于双向开启的门,而闭门器则只能用于单向开启的门。但是两者都是能够使玻璃门自动回到初始的关门状态,使其在关门的时候不会让门扇因关闭时甩伤人。
但是,在安装和使用过程中发现,传统的地弹簧具有以下缺点:
(1)体积大,耗材多,成本高;
(2)安装不方便,往往需要安装工人先切割一个较大的坑,然后最少两个人才能将其安装好,大大降低了工作效率;
(3)壳体易漏油, 铸造过程中如果造成砂眼,由于内部液体压力较大,易造成漏油现象;
(4)转轴易偏心,导致门体安装后偏离门扇中心线。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服上述缺陷,提供一种体积小、安装方便、结构巧妙、使用寿命长的气动地弹簧。
为解决上述问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
气动地弹簧,包括固定板,其特征在于:所述固定板的底面固定设有壳体,壳体的下端设有底盖;
壳体内设有凸型转子;
所述凸型转子的端部穿过固定板,凸型转子的端部固定设有转轴;
所述凸型转子的下端配合有导向座;
导向座竖直设有导向槽;
所述导向槽与壳体内部配合;
所述导向座的底部设有活塞;
所述壳体内设有支撑板,所述活塞穿过支撑板;
活塞与支撑板设有密封圈;
所述支撑板与壳体、底盖形成密闭的气体腔室;
所述气体腔室内充有压缩氮气。
作为一种改进:
所述导向座设有十字型的圆滑导向座凹槽,导向座凹槽之间设有圆滑状凸台;所述凸型转子设有与导向座凹槽配合的一字型圆滑凸块,凸块周围设有与凸台配合的转子凹槽。
所述壳体、凸型转子和导向座均为圆柱形结构。
作为进一步的改进:
所述导向座的外周均布有六个导向槽。
作为再进一步的改进:
所述活塞为中空的圆柱,活塞朝向气体腔室的一端设有开口,另一端封闭。
所述活塞与导向座连接的一端设有防磨盖。
作为再进一步的改进:
所述固定板上均布有四个固定孔。
作为再进一步的改进:
所述凸型转子壳体设有铜垫。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明具有体积小,安装方便,降低了生产成本和安装成本,缩短了安装时间,大大的提高了工作效率。而且由于采用气动,从根本上解决了漏油问题,而且结构紧凑,使转轴不易偏心,从而大大延长了使用寿命。
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明做进一步说明。

具体实施方式
实施例:如图1所示,气动地弹簧,包括固定板2,所述固定板2的底面固定设有壳体1,壳体1的下端设有底盖15;
壳体1内设有凸型转子4;
所述凸型转子4的端部穿过固定板2,凸型转子4的端部固定设有转轴14;
所述凸型转子4的下端配合有导向座6;所述壳体1、凸型转子4和导向座6均为圆柱形结构。
导向座6竖直设有导向槽7,所述导向座6的外周均布有六个导向槽7,当然根据需要可以设置不同数目的导向槽7;
所述导向槽7与壳体1内部配合,壳体1内部突出,形成导向条,与导向槽7配合,是导向座6只能竖直运动,而不能转动;
所述导向座6的底部设有活塞8;所述壳体1内设有支撑板11,所述活塞8穿过支撑板11;活塞8与支撑板11设有密封圈10;所述支撑板11与壳体1、底盖15形成密闭的气体腔室13;所述气体腔室13内充有压缩氮气。
所述活塞8为中空的圆柱,活塞8朝向气体腔室13的一端设有开口,另一端封闭,形成一个活塞腔室12。
所述活塞8与导向座6连接的一端设有防磨盖9。
所述固定板2上均布有四个固定孔5。
所述凸型转子4与壳体1设有铜垫3。
如图2和图3所示,所述导向座6设有十字型的圆滑导向座凹槽61,导向座凹槽61之间设有圆滑状凸台62;所述凸型转子4设有与导向座凹槽61配合的一字型圆滑凸块41,凸块41周围设有与凸台62配合的转子凹槽42。
安装时,只需要将圆柱形的壳体埋入地下,然后用螺钉或螺栓通过固定孔5再将其进一步的固定即可,十分方便。
使用时,由于导向座6只能上下移动,而凸型转子4则在转轴的带动下转动,在转动过程中,一字型凸块41在转动时下压凸台62,导向座6向下移动,当凸块41转动90°后,进入另一个导向座凹槽61中,此时门也转动90°,即门被打开或者关闭,每次开门或者关门均为上述动作,简单方便耐用。

1.气动地弹簧,包括固定板(2),其特征在于:所述固定板(2)的底面固定设有壳体(1),壳体(1)的下端设有底盖(15);
壳体(1)内设有凸型转子(4);
所述凸型转子(4)的端部穿过固定板(2),凸型转子(4)的端部固定设有转轴(14);
所述凸型转子(4)的下端配合有导向座(6);
导向座(6)竖直设有导向槽(7);
所述导向槽(7)与壳体(1)内部配合;
所述导向座(6)的底部设有活塞(8);
所述壳体(1)内设有支撑板(11),所述活塞(8)穿过支撑板(11);
活塞(8)与支撑板(11)设有密封圈(10);
所述支撑板(11)与壳体(1)、底盖(15)形成密闭的气体腔室(13);
所述气体腔室(13)内充有压缩氮气。
2.根据权利要求1所述的气动地弹簧,其特征在于:所述导向座(6)设有十字型的圆滑导向座凹槽(61),导向座凹槽(61)之间设有圆滑状凸台(62);所述凸型转子(4)设有与导向座凹槽(61)配合的一字型圆滑凸块(41),凸块(41)周围设有与凸台(62)配合的转子凹槽(42)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的气动地弹簧,其特征在于:所述壳体(1)、凸型转子(4)和导向座(6)均为圆柱形结构。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的气动地弹簧,其特征在于:所述导向座(6)的外周均布有六个导向槽(7)。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的气动地弹簧,其特征在于:所述活塞(8)为中空的圆柱,活塞(8)朝向气体腔室(13)的一端设有开口,另一端封闭。
6.根据权利要求5所述的气动地弹簧,其特征在于:所述活塞(8)与导向座(6)连接的一端设有防磨盖(9)。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的气动地弹簧,其特征在于:所述固定板(2)上均布有四个固定孔(5)。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的气动地弹簧,其特征在于:所述凸型转子(4)与壳体(1)设有铜垫(3)。
