一种穿综方法及其停经片，解决纺织前的穿综问题。其方案是：在停经片上加工出弹性卡爪；在综丝上加工出工艺通孔；综丝上的工艺通孔与停经片上的卡爪相对应；在穿综前，预先把综丝插入停经片的卡爪上，两者贴合在一起，满足穿经孔是重叠的。这样，每根经线可以同时穿过综丝和停经片；等整排或整轴穿完后，再集中把综丝和停经片分开。从而提高效率，降低难度。

本发明涉及一种穿综方法，属于织布前的工艺。
背景技术：
目前，无论是人工穿综还是机器穿综，综丝和停经片都是分开穿的，这样增加了穿综的难度，降低了效率。
发明内容：
本发明的目的是：设计一种穿综方法，降低难度，提高效率。
本发明的方案是：在停经片上加工出弹性卡爪；在综丝上加工出工艺通孔；综丝上的工艺通孔与停经片上的卡爪相对应；在穿综前，预先把综丝插入停经片的卡爪上，两者贴合在一起，满足穿经孔是重叠的。这样，每根经线可以同时穿过综丝和停经片；等整排或整轴穿完后，再集中把综丝和停经片分开。从而提高效率，降低难度。
具体实施方式：
典型实施例：在停经片上加工出2个弹性卡爪；在综丝上加工出2个工艺通孔；综丝上的工艺通孔与停经片上的卡爪相对应；在穿综前，预先把综丝插入停经片的卡爪上，两者贴合在一起，满足穿经孔是重叠的。这样，每根经线可以同时穿过综丝和停经片；等整排或整轴穿完后，再集中把综丝和停经片分开。

1.一种穿综方法及其停经片，其特征是：在停经片上加工出弹性卡爪；在综丝上加工出工艺通孔；综丝上的工艺通孔与停经片上的卡爪相对应；在穿综前，预先把综丝插入停经片的卡爪上，两者贴合在一起，满足穿经孔是重叠的。
2.如权利要求1所述，其特征是：每根经线同时穿过综丝和停经片。
3.如权利要求1所述，其特征是：穿综完成后，再集中把综丝和停经片分开。
