发明内容

因此,本发明采取的是用于优选人用的纺织品中的织物的形式,所述织物由合成和天然纤维以及由纤维素和锌类化合物构成的抗菌纤维的混合物构成。构成丝线的该混合物具有8%~70%的抗菌纤维百分比。
抗菌纤维素纤维具有在其内部的元素锌,使其具有所述锌对抗臭味和细菌增殖的性质。其效果即使洗涤也经时持续,因为其位于纤维内部而不是附着于纤维,后者使其非常容易因洗涤而脱落,从而丧失其特性。

具体实施方式

-革兰氏阴性菌:大肠埃希菌(Eschericha Coli)、肺炎克雷伯氏杆菌(KlebsiellaPneumoniae)、绿脓杆菌(Pseudomonas Aeruginosa)、猪霍乱沙门氏菌(Salmonella Choleraesuis)、普通变形杆菌(Proteus Vulgaris)、粘质沙雷氏菌(Serratia Marcescens)、奇异变形杆菌(Proteus Mirabilis)。
利用此处理,真菌族属也被消除,例如:
-黑曲霉(Aspergillus Niger)、枝孢菌(Cladosporium spp)、须癣毛癣菌(Trichophyton mentagrophites)、白色念珠菌(Candida Albicans)、桔青霉(Penicillium Citrinum)、腐皮镰孢菌(Fusarium Solani)、链格孢菌(Alternariaspp)。
除此之外,此处理还避免了一些种类的藻类和孢子的形成,以及具有抵抗如甲型流感(H1N1)病毒、鼻病毒(Rhinovirus)、单纯疱疹病毒(Herpes Simplex)和猫杯状病毒(Feline Calicivirus)等一些病毒的作用。
优选的是,将织物用于制作短袜,当然也可以制作长袜、内衣和医疗保健物品和家用布料用织物。在短袜的制作中,使用的是长度为20mm~100mm且厚度为1分特~8分特的纤维素抗菌纤维。
在充分描述本发明之后,容易发现可以引入任何种类的被认为有必要的修改,只要其不改变本发明的主旨即可,本发明的主旨被总结在以下权利要求中。
Claims (3)
1.一种纺织品用防臭抗菌织物,所述织物由纤维的混合物构成并释放锌以执行防止臭味和消除细菌的功能,其特征在于,所述纤维的混合物具有至少一种由纤维素和锌类化合物构成的抗菌纤维,所述锌在所述纤维的结构的内部,其中,所述织物中的所述纤维的混合物的配比由百分比为8%~70%的抗菌纤维和作为天然和合成纤维的其余部分构成,并且所述纤维用提供到所述纤维的结构的过氧化氢衍生物处理。
2.如权利要求1所述的纺织品用防臭抗菌织物,其特征在于,所述织物含有通过将所述织物进行浸泡而并入的铝。
3.如权利要求1所述的纺织品用防臭抗菌织物,其特征在于,所述织物以制作短袜、长袜、内衣、医疗保健物品和家用布料的方式使用。
