Abstract
本发明涉及一种花青素晒后修复凝露,主要用于击退黑色素、晒后修复抗氧化,使晒后的皮肤不受损伤,保持皮肤的青春润泽。皮肤细胞受到紫外线照射后特别容易氧化,产生大量自由基和一种叫做过氧化脂质的有害物质,这种物质同样会对真皮层造成伤害,容易引起色斑。目前市面上的晒后修复霜以化学添加剂为主,而且产品功效注重美白,皮肤刚受到日晒的刺激,水份流失较大,造成皮肤缺水、屏障功能丧失,产生肌肤光敏感。因此要大量补水、抗氧化。本发明的目的在于提供一种以花青素为主要抗氧化物质,主要组分均为纯天然提取物,具有高效晒后修复抗氧化、抗敏修复、防止皮肤晒伤、促进肌肤代谢、无毒、无刺激、绿色环保的特点。
Description
技术领域 本发明涉及一种花青素晒后修复凝露,配方的有效成份为芦荟凝胶、尿囊素、熊果酸、花青素、番茄提取物、薰衣草精油和洋甘菊精油等,经特殊工艺复配而成,主要用于击退黑色素、晒后修复抗氧化,使晒后的皮肤不受损伤,保持皮肤的青春润泽。目前市场上的晒后修复产品种类繁多,多数为霜状质地并且采用化学物质来达到晒后修复作用,或用强酸强碱调节修复霜的pH值,并且利用化学防腐剂进行化妆品防腐。此外,晒后修复霜为了达到水相油相混合的效果,往往要加入大量的化学乳化剂或者矿物油,这些成分不但油性大、不清爽,而且对皮肤的刺激很大。长期使用这样的修复霜,不但达不到皮肤护理的作用,还会对皮肤自我的新陈代谢产生很大的影响。本发明的目的在于提供一种凝胶质地、新概念的抗氧化晒后修复产品,以花青素为主要抗氧化物质,主要组分均为纯天然提取物,具有高效晒后修复抗氧化、抗敏修复、防止皮肤晒伤、促进肌肤代谢、无毒、无刺激、绿色环保的特点。
背景技术 太阳光包括可见光线、红外线、紫外线,其中UVC(波长最短的紫外线)对人体细胞中的脱氧核糖核酸(DNA)具有伤害作用。当皮肤接触紫外线,就会产生一种叫麦拉宁的褐色色素,而麦拉宁原本的功效是保护皮肤免受紫外线伤害,但当它的保护任务完成后,就会变成污垢剥落。当身体新陈代谢欠佳时,部分色素会留在皮肤表层,形成黑斑。皮肤细胞受到紫外线照射后特别容易氧化,产生大量自由基和一种叫做过氧化脂质的有害物质,这种物质同样会对真皮层造成伤害,容易引起色斑。晒后修复霜的作用原理是将受到阳光照射的皮肤进行镇定和保湿,防止皮肤的晒伤和黑色素的形成。目前市面上的晒后修复霜以化学添加剂,不但易光分解、引起皮肤的敏感、不适,还容易产生自由基并损伤皮肤DNA。而且大部分产品以美白为主,实际这是一种误区。烈日曝晒后的72小时,就是肌肤的“黄金修复期”,此时皮肤不要立刻用美白产品,因为皮肤刚受到日晒的刺激,水份流失较大,造成皮肤缺水、屏障功能丧失,产生肌肤光敏感。此外,要用抗氧化成分去除因光照产生的自由基。因此,一种纯生物制剂、保湿、镇定、抗氧化的非霜状质地的晒后修复产品的面世,成为了人们的急切需求。本发明花青素抗氧化晒后修复凝露,以花青素为主要抗氧化成分,并且以凝胶质地来代替霜状质地晒后修复产品,具有镇定保湿效果好、清爽不刺激、各种肤质适用、晒后修复抗氧化效果明显、绿色环保等特点。
发明内容 本发明的要点在于以花青素为主要抗氧化成分,配合天然精油相复配的协同作用,使每种有效成分的作用都达到最强,不会对肌肤造成伤害和伤害,在高效晒后修复的同时达到保湿抗氧化等作用。
本发明选择的配方如下(组分及其重量百分比%):尿囊素 8.0-10.0;熊果酸6.0-8.0;花青素3.0-5.0;番茄提取物 1.0-2.0;薰衣草精油0.5-1.0;洋甘菊精油0.1-0.5;芦荟凝胶加至100。
芦荟凝胶从多年生百合科芦荟叶的肉汁部分所得的液汁(经提纯加工),主要有芦荟大黄素,芦荟蒽酮,多种糖类、酶、氨基酸等组成。为淡黄绿色液体,相对密度为0.98~1.02,pH值4~6。主要用于化妆品中的皮肤、头发保护用品,具有保湿、防晒、防臭、防肥胖、软化皮肤,消炎止痒,防粉刺、雀斑等功效。也可用于医药和食品中。芦荟总蒽醌能吸收UVA、UVB段紫外线 ,防止皮肤被晒伤和晒斑的生成。芦荟凝胶富含天然生理水、矿物质和木质素,渗透性极强,如海绵吸水般直达皮肤最深层,直接补充皮肤所需水份。增白保湿:富含多种氨基酸和天然美白保湿因子,可直接被皮肤吸收,分解和转换色素沉积,达到自然保湿美白。此外,它还富含单糖和多糖、维他命和矿物质,对细胞的衰老有明显的治疗效果,减少皱纹的产生。
尿囊素具有促进细胞生长,加快伤口愈合,软化角质蛋白等生理功能,是皮肤创伤的良好愈合剂和抗溃疡药剂。可用作缓解和治疗皮肤干燥症、鳞屑性肤疾患、皮肤溃疡、消化道溃疡及炎症,对骨髓炎、糖尿病、肝硬化、痤疮均有较好疗效。在化妆品方面:由于尿囊素是一种两性化合物,能结合多种物质形成复盐,具有避光、杀菌防腐、止痛、抗氧化作用,能使皮肤保持水份,滋润和柔软,是美容美发等化妆品的特效添加剂,广泛用于雀斑霜、粉刺液、香波、香皂、牙膏、刮脸洗剂、护发剂、收敛剂、抗汗除臭洗剂等的添加剂。 添加尿囊素的化妆品具有保护组织、亲水、吸水和防止水分散发等作用;添加尿囊素的发乳、发膏、洗发露,对头发有保护作用,可使头发不分叉、不断发;添加尿囊素的唇膏、面霜能使皮肤、嘴唇柔软且富有弹性,并有美丽的光泽。尿囊素促进组织生长,细胞新陈代谢,软化角质层蛋白。
熊果酸是存在于天然植物中的一种三萜类化合物,具有镇静、抗炎、抗菌、抗糖尿病、抗溃疡、降低血糖等多种生物学效应,熊果酸还具有明显的抗氧化功能,因而被广泛地用作医药和化妆品原料。熊果酸是一个较强的抗氧化剂。熊果酸的抗氧化作用对人体的抗衰老、皮肤祛斑、祛色素都有积极作用。日本1983—2004年的有关熊果酸的29篇专利中,有10篇是关于熊果酸的皮肤美容 保健方面的应用,作为化妆品,熊果酸性质稳定,颜色和气味不随时间改变,而且有很好的触摸感,因此在美容护肤品中有广泛的应用。
花青素是配方中主要的抗氧化、去黑眼圈组分。自由基攻击和破坏细胞过程中,导致细胞大量死亡和代谢紊乱,细胞内杂质无法代谢出体橡皮,造成色素沉积,而死亡老化细胞加重了皮肤的颜色,使皮肤灰暗无光泽,并且死亡细胞使细胞组织分裂增殖速度减慢,新生细胞数量大量减省(新生细胞是肌肤美的的重要因素),久而久之形成了黑眼圈。生物活性上, 花青素是葡萄籽原花青素的10倍。因此,花青素最容易被吸收,活性也越大。原花青素(OPC)是一种新型高效抗氧化剂,是很强的自由基清除剂,具有非常强的体内活性。实验证明,OPC的抗自由基氧化能力是维生素E的50倍,维生素C的20倍。花青素对皮肤起双重作用:一方面它可促进胶原蛋白形成适度交联;另一方面,它作为一种有效的自由基清除剂,可预防胶原蛋白“过度交联”这种反常生理状况的发生,从而也就阻止了皮肤皱纹和囊泡的出现,保持皮肤的柔顺光滑。硬弹性蛋白可被自由基或硬弹性蛋白酶所降解,缺乏硬弹性蛋白的皮肤松弛无力,像褶皱的衣服披在身上。OPC还可以稳定胶原蛋白和硬弹性蛋白,在根本上改善皮肤弹性。
番茄提取物是从天然植物番茄中,经提取精制而成,其活性成份为番茄红素。番茄提取物又称番茄烃(Lycopene),是一种类胡萝卜素,和β-胡萝卜素同属一族。据最新科学研究表明,番茄提取物不仅是人体的基本营养成份,而且在增加人体免疫功能,抑制诱变,抗氧化等方面有其独特的药理作用。番茄提取物所具有的优越生理功能和防癌、抗癌作用,被誉为“二十一世纪保健制品的新宠”。在医药保健、食品添加剂、化妆品、食用色素等领域具用广泛的发展空间。
薰衣草精油是一种无色到淡黄色的液体,具有天花草香味,有提神、镇静和清新的作用。适合大部分肌肤的皮肤保养,可以改善过敏、青春痘、擦伤、烫伤、皮炎等,有非常好的保湿皮肤的功效。
洋甘菊精油蒸馏自花朵,安抚效果绝佳,可舒解焦虑、紧张、愤怒与恐惧,使人放松有耐性,感觉祥和。减轻忧虑,让心灵平静,对失眠很有帮助。减轻烫伤,水疱、发炎的伤口,溃疡和愈。帮助改善湿疹、面疱、疱疹、干癣、超敏感皮肤,及一般的过敏现象。平复破裂的微血管,增进弹性,对干燥易痒的皮肤极佳。消除浮肿,强化组织,是非常优良的皮肤净化保养品。
本发明产品的制备方法是:
(1)制备油相组分:将薰衣草精油和洋甘菊精油按比例配制,混合均匀;
(2)制备水相组分:分别将熊果酸、花青素、番茄提取物和尿囊素按比例配制,混合均匀;
(3)将水相组分加热至50℃,缓慢加入油相组分,乳化均匀;
(4)将芦荟凝胶缓缓加入(3)的组分中,添至100;
(5)随机抽检,检验合格后,分装、贴标、密封。
本发明具有以下优点:
(1)以花青素为主要抗氧化成分,组分中含有抗氧化效果的熊果酸和番茄提取物,协同作用抗氧化效果极佳;
(2)加入了提取自天然植物的提取物,绿色环保;
(3)使用了凝胶质地,吸收效果好、清爽不油腻;
(4)对皮肤刺激性小,适合各种肤质的人群使用。

Claims (2)
1.一种花青素晒后修复凝露,其特征在于以花青素为主要抗氧化成分,具有如下配方(组分及其重量百分比%):尿囊素 8.0-10.0;熊果酸6.0-8.0;花青素3.0-5.0;番茄提取物 1.0-2.0;薰衣草精油0.5-1.0;洋甘菊精油0.1-0.5;芦荟凝胶加至100。
2.一种权利要求1所述一种花青素晒后修复凝露的制备方法,其特征在于具有如下的步骤:
(1)制备油相组分:将薰衣草精油和洋甘菊精油按比例配制,混合均匀;
(2)制备水相组分:分别将熊果酸、花青素、番茄提取物和尿囊素按比例配制,混合均匀;
(3)将水相组分加热至50℃,缓慢加入油相组分,乳化均匀;
(4)将芦荟凝胶缓缓加入(3)的组分中,添至100;
(5)随机抽检,检验合格后,分装、贴标、密封。
