本发明涉及一种导电滑环防尘盖装置的生产工艺。
背景技术
现有的轴承和导电滑环的防尘技术是直接用轴承自带防尘盖密封，但是带防尘盖的轴承轴向尺寸较大，在轴向尺寸要求较高的系统中无法使用，而且现有的防尘技术，在设计结构上轴向占用尺寸大，不利于导电滑环的紧密结构设计。
发明内容
为解决上述现有的缺点，本发明的主要目的在于提供一种实用的导电滑环防尘盖装置的生产工艺，使用超窄轴承与相邻零件之间的面进行配合达到轴承的密封，使产品的轴向尺寸达到最小，从而满足产品的轴向结构尺寸要求，同时解决了轴承的防尘问题。
为达成以上所述的目的，本发明的一种导电滑环防尘盖装置的生产工艺采取如下技术方案：
