背景技术
阀门是管件连接中常用的标准件,控制着两根或多根管道的流通,起到截流和导流的作用,现有的阀门结构简单,截流方式单一,长期使用后阀芯与阀体之间的缝隙越来越大,密封性降低,造成管道内液体的泄漏。
发明内容
为了克服现有的阀门结构单一,密封性能差的不足,本发明提供了一种加密阀门。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种加密阀门,包括阀体、阀芯和调节杆,阀芯安装在阀体内,调节杆连接在阀芯上,阀芯呈“U”形,调节杆底部设有弹性的撑杆,撑杆为倒置的“Y”形,两端分别连接在阀芯的两侧。
本发明的有益效果是,将阀芯设计成“U”形,在调节杆底部设置弹性的撑杆,撑杆为倒置的“Y”形,两端分别连接在阀芯的两侧,截流时,调节杆推动阀芯下降,当阀芯底部触底时,调节杆继续施压,压迫撑杆推动阀芯的两侧塞入通道口,形成截流和堵流的双重结构,彻底截断流体,大大提高了密封性,杜绝了泄漏事故的发生,保证管道的正常工作。

如图1是本发明的结构示意图,一种加密阀门,包括阀体1、阀芯2和调节杆3,阀芯2安装在阀体1内,调节杆3连接在阀芯2上,阀芯2呈“U”形,调节杆3底部设有弹性的撑杆4,撑杆4为倒置的“Y”形,两端分别连接在阀芯2的两侧。
