一种外圈带齿轮的双列圆锥、圆柱滚子组合轴承,包括外圈齿轮、圆柱滚子轴承内组件、圆锥滚子轴承内组件、中隔圈。所述的外圈齿轮为一个带外齿轮的整体式外圈齿轮,由两个圆锥滚子轴承(TDO型)内组件背靠背组成的双列圆锥滚子轴承内组件设置在外圈齿轮中间的内滚道上,所述背靠背组成的双列圆锥滚子轴承内组件中间设有调节轴承游隙的中隔圈。在双列圆锥滚子轴承内组件两侧的单列圆柱滚子轴承内组件分别设置在外圈齿轮两侧的内滚道上,构成一个外圈齿轮内设四列圆锥、圆柱滚子组合轴承。本发明结构简单紧凑,方便拆卸,占用空间小,承载能力大,使用寿命长,适用于承受重负荷与冲击负荷工况下使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及轴承制造技术领域,特别是涉及一种外圈带齿轮的双列圆锥、圆柱滚子组合轴承。
背景技术
随着行星齿轮变速器在陆用、航海、航空等交通运输工具中得到广泛应用与快速发展,对行星齿轮箱的设计难度逐渐增高。对行星齿轮箱的空间、寿命、复杂的载荷、传动比、运行平稳有了更高的要求。而本发明专利是在原有的行星齿轮结构基础上推新出行星齿轮内部结构。在行星齿轮内部设成圆锥、圆柱滚子组合轴承的结构形式,其目的为提高该行星齿轮的寿命、运行平稳、减少空间、适用复杂的载荷、高载荷等工况。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题,是提供一种外圈带齿轮的双列圆锥、圆柱滚子组合轴承,本轴承外圈为外齿轮,并采用齿轮与轴承组合的方式可直接作为行星齿轮,结构紧凑,占用空间大幅度减少,大大缩短工程周期成本低,轴承承载能力大,使用寿命长,适用于承受重负荷与冲击负荷,避免了行星齿轮局部受力太大提前失效问题。
采用的技术方案是:
一种外圈带齿轮的双列圆锥、圆柱滚子组合轴承,包括外圈齿轮、圆柱滚子轴承内组件、圆锥滚子轴承内组件、中隔圈。所述的外圈齿轮为一个带外齿轮的整体式外圈齿轮,由两个圆锥滚子轴承(TDO型)内组件背靠背组成的双列圆锥滚子轴承内组件设置在外圈齿轮中间的内滚道上,在双列圆锥滚子轴承内组件的两侧分别设置有一个单列圆柱滚子轴承内组件,两侧的单列圆柱滚子轴承内组件分别设置在外圈齿轮两侧的内滚道上,构成一个外圈齿轮内设四列圆锥、圆柱滚子组合轴承。
上述的背靠背组成的双列圆锥滚子轴承内组件中间设有调节轴承游隙的中隔圈。
上述的外圈齿轮的外齿轮为直齿轮、斜齿轮或人字形齿轮。
本发明采用整体装配性能好,结构简单紧凑,方便拆卸,集成式的设计,有效的节省了空间,使其在有限的空间里承载能力得到了大幅度的提升,延长了寿命;由于内组件中有TDO背靠背双列圆锥滚子轴承的使用,使得本发明的承受载荷方向多向化,不但能承受单一的径向、轴向力,还能承受两种方向的合力,甚至能承受更多方向的合力,根据这个特点,外圈的齿轮类型可为直齿轮、斜齿轮和人字形齿轮选择范围扩大化,根据圆锥滚子轴承的特点能够限制轴或外壳一个方向的轴向位移,因此本发明的稳定性能得到了优化。内组件中有两列是圆柱滚子轴承,使得径向承载能力得到了有针对性的加强,适用于承受重负荷与冲击负荷。

具体实施方式
一种外圈带齿轮的双列圆锥、圆柱滚子组合轴承,包括外圈齿轮1、圆柱滚子轴承内组件2、圆锥滚子轴承内组件3、中隔圈4。所述的外圈齿轮1本例为一个带直齿外齿轮的整体式外圈齿轮,由两个圆锥滚子轴承(TDO型)内组件3背靠背组成的双列圆锥滚子轴承内组件设置在外圈齿轮1中间的内滚道上,所述背靠背组成的双列圆锥滚子轴承内组件3中间设有调节轴承游隙的中隔圈4。在双列圆锥滚子轴承内组件的两侧分别设置有一个单列圆柱滚子轴承内组件2,两侧的单列圆柱滚子轴承内组件2分别设置在外圈齿轮1两侧的内滚道上,构成一个外圈齿轮内设四列圆锥、圆柱滚子组合轴承。

Claims (3)

1.一种外圈带齿轮的双列圆锥、圆柱滚子组合轴承,包括外圈齿轮(1)、圆柱滚子轴承内组件(2)、圆锥滚子轴承内组件(3)、中隔圈(4),其特征在于所述的外圈齿轮(1)为一个带外齿轮的整体式外圈齿轮,由两个圆锥滚子轴承内组件(3)背靠背组成的双列圆锥滚子轴承内组件设置在外圈齿轮(1)中间的内滚道上,在双列圆锥滚子轴承内组件的两侧分别设置有一个单列圆柱滚子轴承内组件(2),两侧的单列圆柱滚子轴承内组件(2)分别设置在外圈齿轮(1)两侧的内滚道上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种外圈带齿轮的双列圆锥、圆柱滚子组合轴承,其特征在于所述的背靠背组成的双列圆锥滚子轴承内组件(3)中间设有调节轴承游隙的中隔圈(4)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种外圈带齿轮的双列圆锥、圆柱滚子组合轴承,其特征在于所述的外圈齿轮(1)的外齿轮为直齿轮或斜齿轮或人字形齿轮。
