背景技术
工程塑料 是指被用做工业零件或外壳材料的工业用塑料,是强度、耐冲击性、耐热性、硬度及抗老化性均优的塑料。日本业界将它定义为“可以做为构造用及机械零件用的高性能塑料,耐热性在100℃ 以上,主要运用在工业上”。 高强度、高机械模数、低潜变性、强耐磨损及耐疲劳性。耐化学药品性、抗电性、耐燃性、耐候性、尺寸安定性佳。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明要解决的技术问题是,提供一种工程塑料,耐疲劳,耐磨损性能也较好,同时耐高温、耐热性等方面能达到很高的要求。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采取的技术方案是:一种高强度工程塑料,以下各组份用量以重量份数计:
PC 树脂15-25份,天然沸石粉3-7份,纳米碳酸钙2-6份,相容剂1.5-4份,三元乙丙橡胶4-8份,EVA2.5-6份,活性钙3.4-8份,马来酸酐1-5份,聚丙烯酯2.3-7份,电气石晶矿微粉4.5-9份,硬脂酸钡0.2-0.6份,偶联剂0.4-0.9份,滑石粉3.5-8份。
本发明优化的技术方案是,一种高强度工程塑料,以下各组份用量以重量份数计:

本发明的有益效果是,本发明的工程塑料耐疲劳,耐磨损性能也较好,同时耐高温、耐热性等方面能达到很高的要求。
