Abstract
本发明涉及电缆线材料技术领域,尤其是一种超洁净搞焦烧挤包绝缘电缆用半导体外屏蔽料,其组分包括:乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物60-65重量份;炭黑40-45重量份;增塑剂6-15重量份;交联剂1-2.5重量份;抗氧剂0.1-1重量份。本发明电缆绝缘层无残留物,使用本产品制造电缆可以长时间连续开机生产,不但节约能源和材料,而且电缆质量稳定,使用寿命长。

技术领域
本发明涉及电缆线材料技术领域,尤其是一种超洁净搞焦烧挤包绝缘电缆用半导体外屏蔽料。
背景技术
在35KV及以下的电路输配系统中,交联聚乙烯绝缘电缆广泛应用于电力、建筑、工矿、石油、化工等部门,已完全替代了油浸纸绝缘电力电缆和部分替代了聚氯乙烯绝缘电力电缆。现有的主绝缘层承受的电场应力小,但要求表面耐太阳光照射、耐雷击耐光热老化性能优异,为了保护主绝缘,主绝缘层的内外必须用半导电层进行屏蔽。为此,IEC502(1983) 规定 :用丁基橡胶、聚乙烯、交联聚乙烯绝缘的电缆,额定电压在 1.8/3.0KV 以上时,要使用内外半导电屏蔽层,其主要作用是使电场分布均匀,降低电场强度,以减少导体与绝缘层交界面上的气隙,提高电缆起始电晕放电电压和电缆耐游离放电性能,并在一定程度上降低绝缘层的温升,以保护主绝缘。
发明内容
为了克服现有的技术的不足,本发明提供了一种超洁净搞焦烧挤包绝缘电缆用半导体外屏蔽料。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种超洁净搞焦烧挤包绝缘电缆用半导体外屏蔽料,其组分包括:
乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物 60-65重量份;
炭黑 40-45重量份;
增塑剂 6-15重量份;
交联剂 1-2.5重量份;
抗氧剂 0.1-1重量份;
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括所述增塑剂包括油、石蜡、硬脂酸、硬脂酸锌、聚乙烯蜡中的一种或多种混合。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括所述的交联剂为过氧化二异丙苯 DCP。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括所述的抗氧剂主要成分为芳香胺或受阻酚。
本发明的有益效果是,电缆绝缘层无残留物,使用本产品制造电缆可以长时间连续开机生产,不但节约能源和材料,而且电缆质量稳定,使用寿命长。
具体实施方式
一种超洁净搞焦烧挤包绝缘电缆用半导体外屏蔽料,其组分包括:
乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物 60-65重量份;
炭黑 40-45重量份;
增塑剂 6-15重量份;
交联剂 1-2.5重量份;
抗氧剂 0.1-1重量份;
所述增塑剂包括油、石蜡、硬脂酸、硬脂酸锌、聚乙烯蜡中的一种或多种混合。所述的交联剂为过氧化二异丙苯 DCP。所述的抗氧剂主要成分为芳香胺或受阻酚。
利用本发明生产的电缆线,拉伸强度≥10MPA,断裂伸长率≥200%,密度≤3g/㎝,热延伸长率≤100%,冷却后永久变形≤15%,空气热老化实验 拉伸强度变化率≤±20%。
本发明具有光滑的电缆表面,电缆绝缘层无残留物,使用本产品制造电缆可以长时间连续开机生产,不但节约能源和材料,而且电缆质量稳定,使用寿命长。
本发明适用于35KV及以下挤包绝缘电缆用半导电外屏蔽层,主要起保护电缆绝缘层和屏蔽电缆运行时产生的电磁场作用。

1.一种超洁净搞焦烧挤包绝缘电缆用半导体外屏蔽料,其特征是,其组分包括:
乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物 60-65重量份.
炭黑 40-45重量份;
增塑剂 6-15重量份;
交联剂 1-2.5重量份;
抗氧剂 0.1-1重量份;
根据权利要求1所述的超洁净搞焦烧挤包绝缘电缆用半导体外屏蔽料,其特征是,所述增塑剂包括油、石蜡、硬脂酸、硬脂酸锌、聚乙烯蜡中的一种或多种混合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的超洁净搞焦烧挤包绝缘电缆用半导体外屏蔽料,其特征是,所述的交联剂为过氧化二异丙苯 DCP。
3.根据权利要求1所述的超洁净搞焦烧挤包绝缘电缆用半导体外屏蔽料,其特征是,所述的抗氧剂主要成分为芳香胺或受阻酚。
