本发明涉及一种活皮虾去头装置。
背景技术
目前，国内在加工活皮虾时大部分都需要把活皮虾的头去掉，如速冻无头活皮虾，虾肉丸，虾肉糜等虾的深加工产品，现在国内的活皮虾加工企业大部分都是用手工处理，企业的加工成本较大。
发明内容
针对上述问题中存在的不足之处，本发明提供一种活皮虾去头装置。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供一种活皮虾去头装置，包括：
工作台，所述工作台中部安装有两个立板，所述两个立板之间安装有滚轮，所述滚轮上安装有挡圈，所述滚轮上方一侧设有滑道与输送带，所述滑道侧面安装有光电检测头，所述滚轮的左侧面安装有去头刀，所述去头刀后端固定连接有连接板，所述滚轮上表面开有下料槽。
作为本发明进一步改进，所述工作台上开有与所述下料槽相配合的下料孔。
作为本发明进一步改进，所述下料槽的截面的形状为上大下小的等腰梯形。
作为本发明优选的，所述立板与所述滚轮通过轴连接、并通过铜套固定。
作为本发明进一步改进，所述滚轮与所述轴为钢性连接。
作为本发明优选的，所述滚轮与所述挡圈通过内六角螺栓固定。
作为本发明进一步改进，所述去头刀的刀刃与所述滚轮相切。
与现有技术相比，本发明具有以下优点：
1、本发明通过对活皮虾的形状分析，使虾进入到下料槽时保持一定的规律，即尾部朝下，头部露在下料槽上部，通过去头刀把头去掉，该装置可降低操作人员的劳动强度，具有操作简单、效率高的特点。
2、该装置采用滑道的旁边安装光电检测头的方法，来检测活皮虾的数量及控制输送带的停开，使装置的自动化程度提高。
3、该装置设计合理，机械传动简单，能做到活皮虾的头及身体部位分离，分离率高，出肉率高。

如图1-2所示，本发明实施例所述的一种活皮虾去头装置，包括：
工作台14，所述工作台14中部安装有两个立板10，所述两个立板10之间安装有滚轮5，所述滚轮5上安装有挡圈4，所述滚轮5上方一侧设有滑道2与输送带1，所述滑道2侧面安装有光电检测头3，所述滚轮5的左侧面安装有去头刀8，所述去头刀8后端固定连接有连接板9，所述滚轮5上表面开有下料槽6，所述工作台14上开有与所述下料槽6相配合的下料孔13，所述下料槽6的截面的形状为上大下小的等腰梯形，所述立板10与所述滚轮5通过轴12连接、并通过铜套11固定，所述滚轮5与所述轴12为钢性连接，所述滚轮5与所述挡圈4通过内六角螺栓7固定。通过对活皮虾的形状分析，使虾进入到下料槽时保持一定的规律，即尾部朝下，头部露在下料槽上部，通过去头刀把头去掉，该装置可降低操作人员的劳动强度，具有操作简单、效率高的特点，该装置采用滑道的旁边安装光电检测头的方法，来检测活皮虾的数量及控制输送带的停开，使装置的自动化程度提高；该装置设计合理，机械传动简单，能做到活皮虾的头及身体部位分离，分离率高，出肉率高。
具体使用时：利用活皮虾尾部小，头部大的特征，在滚轮的表面加工上大下小的下料槽，通过输送带及滑道下来的活皮虾按尾部朝下头朝上的规律进入下料槽，由于活皮虾经过分级处理，大小相差不多，再加上活皮虾的头部与身体部位存在一个连接区域，当下料槽的槽口宽带与活皮虾的头部与身体部位之间连接区域的直径相当时，活皮虾的身体部位在下料槽内部，活皮虾的头部在下料槽的外部。通过去头刀去头。从而实现活皮虾的去头功能。
