一种能增加屋顶光照的丝瓜棚,棚架由立杆及纵、横杆和连结处的系线组成。引蔓上架时考虑架上下移位,要留有充裕的长度,以免伤断藤叶。立杆以及纵、横杆及连结处的系线,棚需要升降时就将其移到相应的扣上。在引蔓上架时,第一次要把蔓引到最高的位置,以后棚下降时,斜上的藤只是增加弯度而己,如果先在低位固定了,就无法抬高,以至拉伤,甚至拉断主藤。早上太阳从东方升起时,把东面的主杆调低;当中午11-14时,又把东西主杆调平;下午时把西面的主杆调低;这样增加受光面积、增强光合作用强度,提高丝瓜光合产量20%以上。

本发明属于果蔬生产领域,特别涉及一种能增加屋顶光照的丝瓜棚。
背景技术
由于人口的增长,人均占有耕地愈加减少,人们想到利用钢筋水泥结构的平板房屋顶种植丝瓜,一是增加蔬菜,二是改善环境。屋顶种植丝瓜,有其特殊性,因其面积、方位、高低都是固定的,在这种情况下要提高丝瓜的产量和质量,人们进行了很多的尝试,如用太阳能协同拔风的蔬菜大棚降温系统、三层双保式蔬菜大棚、三层单保式蔬菜、蔬菜大棚降温装置、省工省材蔬菜大棚、一种农业大棚供暖装置。此处还有立架式、营养配方,但利用棚架增加光能,提高丝瓜光合产量未见报道或发明。因此本发明提供了一种能增加屋顶光照量的丝瓜棚。
发明内容
因平板房本身的高度、经纬度不同,周边山体和建筑物等环境不同其接受光的辐射量不同,本发明旨在最大限度地提高现有屋顶丝瓜棚的受光量。
棚设立杆、纵横杆及连结处的系线。按房项的宽窄和丝瓜藤所占面积设计棚的宽窄:首先是按丝瓜藤、瓜和棚架总重设计棚架脚的承重;其次还要兼顾风吹雨打,动物(如狗、猫、禽)攀爬等因素。
立杆,垂直于屋顶,立杆的脚用边长30-60cm等腰三角形的不锈钢板。三角形的不锈钢板的三个角钻三个能通过膨胀镙钉(直径φ=10-30mm的孔,长L=5-10cm膨胀镙钉)固定在楼顶的钢筋水泥板上。然后将立杆焊接到三角板的正中位置。立杆用直径5-15cm厚1-2cm高180-250cm的圆管。立杆脚固定后再复盖水泥沙浆,强化固定,减缓氧化。或可做成下部直径φ30-40cm上部直径φ5-10cm高15-30cm的柱体,并将立杆固定在圆柱体的中心。立杆脚上安5-10个支撑扣。立杆如还不稳固,可因地制宜固定在墙上或加横直支撑杆或对角线支撑杆。
纵横杆:即棚顶的纵横杆,分别设主杆和支杆。主杆较粗,支杆较细。主杆用方型或园型不锈钢,起承重和棚的固定作用,用304钢管或更厚的钢管。用在棚的四周及纵向中间隔60-120CM一条,或用较粗的竹木条,可使用多年。支杆起引蔓和承载藤蔓的作用,用绳或细金属线,细竹木藤条都可以,使用1季或1年换一次。用轻质材料如竹木条,每隔30-45cm纵横各搭一条,即一根纵主杆中间设置4-8根支杆,并用铁线或藤竹固定。横的主杆少,若中间太宽也要加1-3根主杆。主支杆间空隙太大时,还要斜搭支杆,以不使藤蔓下掉。一个棚架的面积不宜太宽,4-6平方米为宜,太宽了,降低稳定。立杆支撑主杆形成棚架,支点离主杆近端要有15-45cm长,这个长度考虑到主杆与立杆垂直时,两立杆所支撑的主杆距离最短,当其上下移位时就会变长。当其放到最下卡扣点时,支杆端点要离楼顶有20-50cm高,主杆与立杆交接处安有卡扣,以便固定。
在满足上述承重基本要求的前提下,应就地取材,最大限度地降低造价。

罗城县东门镇成吉钦家五层楼房,在楼顶上做有6个各3平米的能增加屋顶丝藤光照量的棚,棚架间加以连系固定,种的是丝瓜,当早上太阳从东方升起时,把东面的主杆调低;当中午11-14时,又把东西主杆调到最高且平;下午时把西面的主杆调低;这样增加受光面积、增强光合作用强度,提高光合产量,其丝瓜产量比普通架提高20%以上。

1.一种能增加屋顶光照的丝瓜棚,其特征在于它是由立杆,纵、横杆及连结处的系线组成,棚需要升降时就将其移到相应的立杆扣上,就可调到所需的高度,以增加丝瓜的光合产量。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种能增加屋顶光照的丝瓜棚,其特征在于立杆支撑主杆形成棚架,支点离主杆近端要有15-45cm长,这个长度考虑到主杆与立杆垂直时,两立杆所支撑的主杆距离最短,当其上下移位时就会变长;当其放到最下卡扣点时,支杆端点要离楼顶有20-50cm高,主杆与立杆交接处安有卡扣,以便固定。
