本发明涉及低温气瓶高真空抽空阀包括:抽空阀体、O型密封圈Ⅰ、抽口阀芯、O型密封圈Ⅱ和抽空保护套,所述抽口阀芯镶嵌于抽空阀体内腔上,O型密封圈Ⅰ和O型密封圈Ⅱ通过套接的方式与抽口阀芯凹槽连接,抽空保护套通过套接的方式与抽空阀体顶端连接,本发明密封效果更加优良,更好的保护气瓶内的真空状态,减少企业损失提高效益。

本发明涉及一种工业用品,特别是低温气瓶高真空抽空阀。 
背景技术
目前现有的低温气瓶高真空抽空阀的密封性能不好,容易使气瓶夹层内的高真空失效,给用户照成很大的损失。 
发明内容
本发明主要针对以上问题,提供一种密封效果更加优良,更好的保护气瓶内的真空状态,减少企业损失提高效益的抽空阀,其技术方案如下: 
低温气瓶高真空抽空阀包括:抽空阀体、O型密封圈Ⅰ、抽口阀芯、O型密封圈Ⅱ和抽空保护套,所述抽口阀芯镶嵌于抽空阀体内腔上,O型密封圈Ⅰ和O型密封圈Ⅱ通过套接的方式与抽口阀芯凹槽连接,抽空保护套通过套接的方式与抽空阀体顶端连接。 
在上述技术方案基础上,所述该装置由三道密封,保证密封的紧密性。 
在上述技术方案基础上,所述该装置通过抽空阀体的斜面进行定位。 
在上述技术方案基础上,所述该装置中的抽口阀芯开螺纹孔可以通过抽空工装与其相连接进行上下移动。 
本发明产生的有益效果有:密封效果更加优良,更好的保护气瓶内的真空状态,减少企业损失提高效益。

如图1和图2所示,低温气瓶高真空抽空阀包括:抽空阀体1、O型密封圈Ⅰ2、抽口阀芯3、O型密封圈Ⅱ4和抽空保护套5,所述抽口阀芯3镶嵌于抽空阀体1内腔上,O型密封圈Ⅰ2和O型密封圈Ⅱ4通过套接的方式与抽口阀芯3凹槽连接,抽空保护套5通过套接的方式与抽空阀体1顶端连接,该装置通过螺纹与前封头6固接。 
优选地,所述该装置由三道密封,保证密封的紧密性。 
优选地,所述该装置通过抽空阀体的斜面进行定位。 
优选地,所述该装置中的抽口阀芯开螺纹孔可以通过抽空工装与其相连接进行上下移动。 
本发明密封效果更加优良,更好的保护气瓶内的真空状态,减少企业损失提高效益。

1.低温气瓶高真空抽空阀,其特征是,包括:抽空阀体、O型密封圈Ⅰ、抽口阀芯、O型密封圈Ⅱ和抽空保护套,所述抽口阀芯镶嵌于抽空阀体内腔上,O型密封圈Ⅰ和O型密封圈Ⅱ通过套接的方式与抽口阀芯凹槽连接,抽空保护套通过套接的方式与抽空阀体顶端连接。
