本发明公开了一种拉链织带预拉伸熨烫辅助装置，包括板体，所述板体表面沿弧线轨迹开设有T型槽，所述T型槽与拉链链牙横截面尺寸相适配。在进行操作时，只需将拉链链牙穿入T型槽内，就可直接在板体表面对拉链织带向外弧方向进行熨烫，从而达到拉长拉链织带的效果。整个过程可以实现标准化的作业，对熨烫工人的技能要求低，不仅提高了拉链织带进行预拉伸处理质量，而且也大大降低了服装生产成本。

发明涉及一种制衣辅助工具，尤其是一种拉链织带预拉伸熨烫辅助装置。
背景技术
服装厂家在进行衣服设计时，衣服开口边缘或袋口处经常采用拉链结构，这种拉链一般由链牙、拉头和织带组成，织带为两片，每片织带上各自有一列链牙，两列链牙相互交错排列，拉头夹持两侧链牙，通过拉动拉头即可使两侧的链牙相互啮合或脱开。
在制衣过程中发现，服装在完成成品水洗工序后，由于拉链两边织带部分的缩水率较大，而拉链的链牙部分又没有缩水率，这样在衣服的拉链部位就不会平整起波浪状，从而大大影响了衣服品质和成品的美观度。
为避免这种现象，一般需要采用人工熨烫的方式将拉链织带进行预拉伸处理，由于是纯手工操作，所以费时费力，且对操作工人的技术水平要求较高。
发明内容
发明目的：本发明的目的是提供一种提高拉链织带熨烫效率，降低对人工技能要求的拉链织带预拉伸熨烫辅助装置。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用了如下的技术方案：
一种拉链织带预拉伸熨烫辅助装置，包括板体，所述板体表面沿弧线轨迹开设有T型槽，所述T型槽与拉链链牙横截面尺寸相适配。
本发明中，优选的，在所述T型槽两侧的板体上开设有若干通孔。
有益效果：在进行操作时，只需将拉链链牙穿入T型槽内，就可直接在板体表面对拉链织带向外弧方向进行熨烫，从而达到拉长拉链织带的效果。整个过程可以实现标准化的作业，对熨烫工人的技能要求低，不仅提高了拉链织带进行预拉伸处理质量，而且也大大降低了服装生产成本。

如图1和2所示，本发明的拉链织带预拉伸熨烫辅助装置包括板体1，所述板体1表面沿弧线轨迹开设有T型槽2，所述T型槽2与拉链链牙横截面尺寸相适配。在所述T型槽2两侧的板体1上开设有若干通孔3，这样在对拉链织带进行蒸汽熨烫时，便于高温气体及时排出。
本发明的拉链织带预拉伸熨烫辅助装置的使用方法：将拉链链牙穿入T型槽2内，拉链织带由T型槽2的开口伸出并呈圆弧形，使用熨烫工具由圆弧形内侧朝外推压拉链织带使其贴至板体1表面进行熨烫。
